This means you can hone in on the area where you want to be known as an expert.UA STAR HVACR Master CertificationAnother exam, conducted by the National Inspection Testing and Certification Corporation (NITC), requires five years of documented work experience or being in the fifth year of an HVACR training program.Participants are expected to “demonstrate mastery of the trade and will be skilled and experienced in operations, planning, blueprint reading, safety, and the practical installation, repair, and service of HVACR systems” according to the NITC’s website.EPA 608 CertificationIf your HVAC work involves the “R” in HVACR – that is refrigerant work – you’re going to need to get EPA 608 certification.This certification refers to section 608 of the federal Clean Air Act and is required of all “technicians who maintain, service, repair, or dispose of equipment that could release ozone depleting refrigerants into the atmosphere.”If that sounds like you or the career path you’re working on, you’ll need to get certified from a testing agency like ESCO mentioned above.There are also some free practice tests available online if you want to gauge where your knowledge stands before committing to the official test.

While I can accept that as they are energy beings made of pure mana, the Omnitrix has an alien that is made of rocks on fire, made of radiation, a being of slime, a ghost that doesn’t have conventional life force (although he DOES have DNA), another rock person, a diamond person and a reality warper made of stars who can recreate the universe (as well as several others) so I don’t think the “doesn’t have DNA” argument holds much weight especially considering it once scanned P’andor who is made of pure radiation (and no, he doesn’t just generate it. He’s intangible, feeds on energy, grows bigger depending on how much radiation he’s fed on and shrunk when exposed to carbon rods which slow the rate of reaction).My belief is that Ben just doesn’t think it’s worth it. He’s always been lazy and only really tries when he believes it’s worth his time. He didn’t try at all for the Plumbers Exam and he obtained a score of 95%. Trying is beneath him when he can just… not. Now look at Gwen when she was learning magic. Unlike Ben who was bestowed the most powerful weapon in the universe, Gwen had to work her ass off just to keep up. Even though her Anodite heritage allowed her to pick up on it more easily than (the relationship between her and Charmcaster is effectively a reverse of her relationship with Ben), she still had to study, find solutions on her own and train. By Ben has an alien that is suited for most situations he will come across.There’s actually basis for it not being worth his time. There are consequences to becoming an Anodite. Gwen once nearly lost her mind/got drunk with power when she turned into one and Verdona says it takes about 70 years to fully master the power. BUT even then Verdona (a full powered Anodite) nearly lost to Ben, Gwen and Kevin and only won the fight because she absorbed the life force of her surroundings like some kinda spirit bomb. Even if Ben did become an Anodite and did master the power, he still wouldn’t be as powerful as Alien X who can recreate the universe while standing still.And while we’re at it, let’s look at Ben’s arsenal of powers. He has flight, super strength, speed, durability etc, regeneration, invisibility, intangibility, mind control, hypnosis (and immunity to hypnosis), super intelligence, shapeshifting, possession, sleep inducement, enhanced senses, camouflage, underwater breathing, enhanced swimming, resistance to the elements, shockwave and earthquake generation, space survivability, web generation, laser generation, size shifting, energy absorption, barrier creation, telekinesis and self-duplication. He can manipulate the following: fire, earth (and plants), air, water, electricity, acid, gas, radiation, gravity, dreams, technology, sound, crystals, magnetism, energy and time. If that’s not enough, he always has Alien X which can just warp reality on a universal level with but a thought.Quite frankly there is no need for Ben to become an Anodite. His current arsenal of aliens, even without Alien X, will adequately do the job 99% of time. The anodite form is frankly too impractical for him to use. He’d have to take the time to study and train while doing Plumber work and while a new villain is threatening the planet every month or so.

I love action/shounen/supernatural/fantasy/magic/adventure/romance. So here are my top 10 list of animes.Hajime:10.Inazuma ElevenBasically it is a type of anime that most doesnt recommend. But it is one of the best and one of its kind. Since there is not much sports anime, I will recommend this to sports lovers.9. The irregular at magic High School.just look at the pictures. They are themselves proofs that this is one of the best Animes in terms of Animation Quality. The plot is based in 2095, and magic is highly used in everyday basis. This deals with two MCs(I think there are two) who all though suffer but manage to lead a happy life. I won’t say much about this anime but this a must watch if you are a magic genre lover.8.Twin star Exorcist.Magano, a parallel realm filled with monsters known as "Kegare," is a place where exorcists deal with all impurities. Benio Adashino is a prodigy exorcist who is recognized for her strength and is summoned to Tokyo by the Exorcist Union. On her way, she plummets into the arms of Rokuro Enmadou, a young exorcist with a troubled past.But the impurities of Magano do not rest. When these two exorcists witness a couple of children stolen by a Kegare, Benio rushes to save them, dragging Rokuro along with her into Magano. Engaged in a fight she is on the verge of being defeated in, Benio is saved by Rokuro, revealing himself capable of being her rival in talent.Sousei no Onmyouji tells the story of two talented exorcists who are destined to become the "Twin Star Exorcists" and the prophesised parents of the Miko—the reincarnation of Abe no Seimei—who will cleanse the world of all impurities. This anime is a must for action/romance genre lover.7. Attack on titan.Centuries ago, mankind was slaughtered to near extinction by monstrous humanoid creatures called titans, forcing humans to hide in fear behind enormous concentric walls. What makes these giants truly terrifying is that their taste for human flesh is not born out of hunger but what appears to be out of pleasure. To ensure their survival, the remnants of humanity began living within defensive barriers, resulting in one hundred years without a single titan encounter. However, that fragile calm is soon shattered when a colossal titan manages to breach the supposedly impregnable outer wall, reigniting the fight for survival against the man-eating abominations.After witnessing a horrific personal loss at the hands of the invading creatures, Eren Yeager dedicates his life to their eradication by enlisting into the Survey Corps, an elite military unit that combats the merciless humanoids outside the protection of the walls. Re: Starting life in another dimensionWhen Subaru Natsuki leaves the convenience store, the last thing he expects is to be wrenched from his everyday life and dropped into a fantasy world. Things aren't looking good for the bewildered teenager; however, not long after his arrival, he is attacked by some thugs. Armed with only a bag of groceries and a now useless cell phone, he is quickly beaten to a pulp. Fortunately, a mysterious beauty named Satella, in hot pursuit after the one who stole her insignia, happens upon Subaru and saves him. In order to thank the honest and kindhearted girl, Subaru offers to help in her search, and later that night, he even finds the whereabouts of that which she seeks. But unbeknownst to them, a much darker force stalks the pair from the shadows, and just minutes after locating the insignia, Subaru and Satella are brutally murdered.However, Subaru immediately reawakens to a familiar scene—confronted by the same group of thugs, meeting Satella all over again—the enigma deepens as history inexplicably repeats itself.5. Blue ExorcistHumans and demons are two sides of the same coin, as are Assiah and Gehenna, their respective worlds. The only way to travel between the realms is by the means of possession, like in ghost stories. However, Satan, the ruler of Gehenna, cannot find a suitable host to possess and therefore, remains imprisoned in his world. In a desperate attempt to conquer Assiah, he sends his son instead, intending for him to eventually grow into a vessel capable of possession by the demon king.Ao no Exorcist follows Rin Okumura who appears to be an ordinary, somewhat troublesome teenager—that is until one day he is ambushed by demons. His world turns upside down when he discovers that he is in fact the very son of Satan and that his demon father wishes for him to return so they can conquer Assiah together. Not wanting to join the king of Gehenna, Rin decides to begin training to become an exorcist so that he can fight to defend Assiah alongside his brother Yukio.3. Fairy tail.In the mystical land of Fiore, magic exists as an essential part of everyday life. Countless magic guilds lie at the core of all magical activity, and serve as venues for like-minded mages to band together and take on job requests. Among them, Fairy Tail stands out from the rest as a place of strength, spirit, and family.Lucy Heartfilia is a young mage searching for celestial gate keys, and her dream is to become a full-fledged wizard by joining this famous guild. This leaves the remainder of the world completely powerless, and Izuku Midoriya is one such individual.Since he was a child, the ambitious middle schooler has wanted nothing more than to be a hero. Izuku's unfair fate leaves him admiring heroes and taking notes on them whenever he can. But it seems that his persistence has borne some fruit: Izuku meets the number one hero and his personal idol, All Might.
