Amit has already answered. He was one of the tutors when I taught the course. I had explained to the class exactly what I am going to do and how good is this moss software in detecting copying. The idea was that once the students know that I have a strong copying detection tool, they may not copy and learn things better. But this does not happen in real life. To several students who copied in the first 3 labs (which did not result in F grades), I would ask them to come to my office, show them the output of moss. The hope was that they will refrain from copying in future at least. But no, it only meant to them that they needed to do more changes, make more substantial changes to variable names, change the order of declaration of variables and later functions. Change for to a while loop, and so on. And they were shocked when I showed them the output of moss, along with a letter asking them to stop coming to classes and labs. The news spread, and the hope was that at least now, the copying will stop. But, the human mind has infinite innovative ideas (or at least this is what some students believed).We caught a few pairs who claimed that they don't even know each other. But the moss was giving a huge similarity. On further investigation, the students agreed that they had both copied from the same site suggested by Google uncle. There were a few brave souls who argued that I had only banned copying from other students and not banned copying from the Internet. But in these matters, unfortunately the decisions are not taken very democratically, and the power equation wasn't in their favor.This again was flashed to the entire class again with the hope that now we will not see any more copying. But once again, moss would show significant copying. Interestingly, we found that the students were going to the seniors and asking them to write code in exchange for a treat at the canteen. And a few seniors would "sell" the same code (at best with minor modifications) to multiple freshers. They had obviously not signed any indemnity bonds.It is so disappointing that our students could be caught so simply even after they are given all the details of how we will check for copying.

It's simple. You will have to meet AO of your zone. They will ask you to submit an indemnity Bond on Rs.500 stamp paper (commonly) with 3 years IT Return copies+ one ID proof.Indemnity Bond states:I,……..resides at…….. possosse PAN card…..I declare that I use only this PANcard for all my financial purpose whenever it requires.If other PANs exist, it should be deactivated as I am not aware of that. Kindly activate my this PAN card immediately.Regards,Signature of PAN card holder.….….Now…you know the process…do it.

1) Give an affidavit and indemnity bond signed by all the partners to settle any liability which may arise on LLP in future.2) File an application for closure with the ROC for declaring the LLP as defunct and for striking off its name from the register of LLP.
