Which is the best Canadian immigration consultant in Bangalore?

Alorence immigration consultant:I moved to Canada last year, my reason was simple, In India, the working hours were becoming lengthier and hectic and pay scale was not going anywhere, even the hike percentage over company switch was only also not that great. Being a Pharmacovigilance and 6 years of experience I was expecting more for my efforts but I couldn’t get. So I thought of moving to Canada but I needed some consultation so I looked for a few consultancies and ended founding good of the lot i.e. Alorence Immigration Pvt. Ltd.Process Explanation:In Alorence Immigration I spoke to Mr Mohit Gupta (7507779235), he described the process in a very simple way making me understand every step related to the PR process. Initially, he guided about the Eligibility criteria, to apply for PAR first you need to have a minimum 67 points based on your age, education, work experience and language ability. When he calculated mine I was scoring 49 as per age, education and work experience which has to validated by Govt. of Canada i.e. Education Credential Assessment (ECA) report, where my study and age-related documents will be sent to Govt. of Canada and they will review my Education as per their System and provide an assessment report and remaining 18 points I had to get in IELTS abbreviated as International English language testing system. Based on my reading, listening, speaking and writing ability I had to score the remaining 18 points. Once I had the ECA done plus IELTS score I will be able to submit my application to the immigration refugee and citizenship Canada (IRCC).The profile has to be made in Express Entry pool where the IRCC will provide you with Comprehensive Ranking System (score) based on same factors i.e. Age, education, work experience and additional factors such as previous Study or work experience in Canada, any sibling in Canada etc. once you have the CRS score then your profile will receive nomination either by Federal Govt. or Provincial Govt., nomination depends on your CRS score and labour market need of the particular province. If your skillset is matching the requirement then it is almost confirmation of PR visa. For provincial nomination, you need to submit the application to the desired province separately. Then if your profile gets selected or nominated it is followed with Invitation to reply (ITA) after which you need to submit your medical certificate, Police clearance certificate and proof of fund i.e. you have to prove that you are medically fit, didn’t have any criminal history and be able to support yourself once you land in Canada. After that everything is like a cakewalk and you get your Visa and have 6-8 months of time to make your first visit to Canada and get your card activated. It’s important to get your card activated else it will expire and you have to apply again, but after activation, it’s not compulsory to stay you can always come back to India, find a job and then settle in Canada. My experience in CanadaAfter getting the PR I got a job in Company in 2 months of time, I stayed back in India and had interviewed over Skype, Fortunately, these guys signed me up, the salary package was good and work responsibilities were specified. Most importantly working hours were restricted and leisure time was considered as valuable. My joining was in last week of March of 2018 so landed in 2nd week so as to look for some accommodation and get to know the place. Mr Mohit gave me the contact details of Mr Rahul who was their ex-client living in the same city and told he will help me out. I’m really thankful to Rahul he let me stay in his flat for 2 days and find me one at a reasonable cost. Apart from that, he helped me figure about a few day-to-day things like:Kijiji app which is really helpful in finding anything you want like book a cab, book a hotel, sell or buy anything, order food, etc.Frescho supermarket provides grocery items at very reasonable rates compared to other shops like 5ltr can of milk half a dollar less at FreshcoWinner’s showroom here you can buy brand apparels at a lesser cost.SIN number is necessary to have access to all govt. programs. The future Immigration trend in Canada:You will be happy to know that in upcoming years Govt. of Canada is increasing the Immigration intake by 40%, so a lot more foreign nationals are likely to get PR. The increase in no. is purely because of increased labor market demand that means Job vacancies, the shift of local Canadian youth to US has also forced Govt. of Canada to invite more foreign Nationals. The most important thing that Canada is coming up with certain programs for PR holder’s where they will be registered and gets benefits in accommodation, Hydro, Electricity until they found a job. These programs vary Province to province and are only for PR’s Holder without a job. Also, additional Job Banks facilities have been added where foreign national can register themselves and get help for finding jobs. As per my experience, this is going to be far easy for new PR’s landing in Canada. They will be saving some money and thus, are able to survive longer. To make life easier for yourself try to involve with local people like going to park, society meeting discussion, going out with friends, try to attend the cultural function, make friends in your neighbourhood, go to nearby spots or clubs. This will help you mix with the locals and understand their culture which is very important for long term survival. Sometimes it also results in finding Job opportunities i.e. someone may recommend you. So just try for your PR and never fear as the country is welcoming everyone with an open heart. The interesting part is that this basic idea is applicable to all people no matter they rule or not.“राज्ञ: प्रतिकूलं नाचरेत्It conveys the message that one must not go against the order given by the King. Now a days we don’t have kings at most of the places, but everywhere there exists some sort of authority with power concentrated in its hands. How true is Milton Friedman's opinion that free immigration and a welfare state are incompatible?

Milton Friedman’s writings and ideas have come under fire in recent times and are of questionable value, especially after their application in the post USSR Eastern Bloc. His Free Market advocacy, anti-regulatory stance and academic war against social safety nets during the Reagan and Thatcher years created systemic shocks upon the American economy whose aftereffects are still being felt by poverty stricken communities today. The regions of the world where his ideas took hold, the former Soviet states, suffered catastrophic declines in standards of living with oligarchies taking hold of corrupt government machinery and social evils emerging like parents having to bribe cancer hospitals for children’s treatments and women being trafficked enmasse as sex slaves abroad. So his views have to be taken with a grain of salt. It’s true that there are worrying signs for the welfare states on the horizon. Over the long term, it’s becoming a question that is starting to face a lot of politicians in countries like Sweden or Canada: Can we continue to maintain our vast, all encompassing social safety networks in health care, living assistance, unemployment benefits and so on while taking on new immigrants?Lets break here: Why is immigration being juxtaposed against welfare state models? Is immigration really the drain here?Lets focus on just the “illegal immigrant” phenomena in the US:According to a study of the bipartisan immigration bill passed in the Senate in 2014, provisions in the bill could potentially bring between 336,000 and 470,000 undocumented immigrant entrepreneurs into the formal economy. Given that the average immigrant-owned business hires 11 employees, these businesses would account for between 3.7 million and 5.2 million jobs in the formal economy.Undocumented immigrants pay an average of $11.64 billion in state and local taxes a year. On average, an undocumented individual has about 8% of their income go to taxes. Moreover, all immigrants—regardless of status—will contribute approximately $80,000 more in taxes than government services used over their lifetime. In 2010, undocumented individuals paid $13 billion into retirement accounts and only received $1 billion in return. Indeed, over the years, immigrants have contributed up to $300 billion to the Social Security Trust Fund. Without the contributions of immigrants going into the system, it is estimated that full benefits would not be able to be paid out beyond the year 2037.In 2014, there were 11 million undocumented individuals in the United States. This number has remained unchanged from 2009, and represents a decline from 12.2 million undocumented individuals who resided in the United States in 2007.DACA recipients—people who came to the United States at a young age and applied for Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals—paid a $465 fee with their applications, meaning that the program has not cost taxpayers a single cent. Since the program began in 2012, more than 750,000 individuals have had their applications for DACA approved—and the U.S. economy has benefitted. The cost of ending the DACA program would eliminate at least $433.4 billion from the GDP over the course of a decade.According to the Congressional Budget Office, the bipartisan immigration bill that passed in the Senate in 2014 would have helped reduce the deficit by $197 billion, increased investment by 2%, and increased overall employment by 3.5% by the year 2023.Studies have confirmed that immigrants are less likely to commit crimes than native-born Americans and they are associated with lower crime rates. Additionally, in counties that have put in place policies to limit cooperation with immigration enforcement and to uphold the Fourth Amendment, there are lower crime rates than in counties without “sanctuary policies.”How immigrants are enriching our economy and societyDon’t let the current US political discourse set the stage for the rest of the world’s debate on important issues. US politics don’t translate over well into the rest of the world and are unique to the US only.So lets put the US perspective aside and start from a fresh perspective. Taken at it’s simplest level: A social welfare program is powered with tax money. In order to keep a social welfare running, you need to be able to keep pumping taxes into it.This means that as long as you are able to collect taxes effectively, you are able to keep your social programs in place. We saw above how illegal immigrants surprisingly pump more money into the tax kitty of the American state than they receive.Granted, this may not be a universal phenomena. There will definitely be free loaders who collect more money from the welfare program than they put into it.It’s always going to be a mix between hard working immigrants who do the jobs the natives aren’t willing to do at lower wages and put more into the economy than they take from it. Vs the ones who don’t. And the economy will have some level of waste and tax loss due to this.BUT: This taxation loss pales in comparison to the tax loss caused by individuals in a society who are able to accumulate vast amounts of concentrated wealth only to send it to offshore tax havens.Lets take the worst possible example of an immigrant: Someone who comes to your country, collects welfare and doesn’t have a job or anything, stays home and spends his welfare checks on booze and food while watching TV all day.At the end of the day, his checks are circulating back into the country’s economy and the wealth simply circulates back into the economic cycle. He even contributes a trickle of sales tax on his purchases at the beer store and the McDonalds. If you have a couple of thousand free loaders in your society, it’s a waste no doubt and you may have to rethink some of those benefits.BUT: It is nothing compared to how devastating it is to a country’s economy if wealthy individuals who are worth millions if not billions, obfuscate and hide their wealth behind tax havens and off shore accounts such that the wealth leaves the country entirely. And is not recirculated back in and not a dime of it is taxed. That is just a net negative with 0 positive impact on any sector of the economy. And the massive offshoring of wealth flowing out of countries like Sweden and Canada due to wealthy individuals taking advantages of the 21st century globalized world, increased de-regulations, lack of international cooperation on taxation and offshore-enabling legal infrastructure is a greater threat to the welfare state than immigrants ever will be.In Canada, there is nearly 240 billion USD stashed abroad and a taxation loss of $15 b a year which if plugged, would actually cover the current federal deficit.Well-heeled Canadians have hidden up to $240.5 billion in foreign accounts and are dodging up to $3 billion a year in federal tax on those funds, according to the CRA's first ever attempt to estimate how much government revenue is lost from individuals stashing money abroad. The Canada Revenue Agency arrived at the figure as part of its effort to calculate the country's "tax gap" — the difference between how much the government would collect if everyone paid what they owe, and how much the government actually takes in."Imagine if that money was coming into productive investments in Canada building our economy," said Diana Gibson of the advocacy group Canadians for Tax Fairness. "Imagine how many jobs you could get off of that."The agency's new estimates released Thursday are rough figures only, based on crude calculations of the total amount of hidden stocks, bonds and bank accounts owned globally. That aggregate is thought to be between $6.3 trillion and $9.1 trillion as of 2013, the CRA report says, citing various academic studies.Canadians account for anywhere from 1.2 per cent to 2.6 per cent of that wealth, the CRA says. That translates to between $75.9 billion and $240.5 billion in hidden assets, as of 2013, representing potential federal tax revenues of between $800 million and $3 billion in 2014."It's sort of on the low end of what we expected," said Gibson of Canadians for Tax Fairness. "We've done some number crunching that would put this at $5 billion to $7 billion" in lost tax, she said. There could be much more hidden money and unpaid tax to be discovered, as the CRA has yet to estimate the tax gap for domestic and foreign holdings of corporations. The CRA's latest numbers also don't only account for money hidden in tax havens, because the agency uses a very liberal interpretation of "offshore" wealth that includes any jurisdiction outside Canada.Overall, including domestic and foreign tax dodging, Canada's tax gap is now estimated to be at least as much as $14.6 billion a year based on 2014 data, the CRA says — the equivalent of 5.3 per cent of all federal revenues. That's enough money to plug the entire projected federal government deficit for next year.https://www.cbc.ca/news/business/cra-tax-gap-foreign-holdings-1.4726983Sweden meanwhile:Sweden, meanwhile, has the opposite problem, and has leaked 1.5 trillion Swedish krona (around $180 billion) since the late 1980s, when the country abandoned capital controls and wealthy Swedes tried to reduce their exposure to their homeland’s high taxes. (‘This means that Sweden’s national statisticians underestimate Swedish foreign wealth by 100 percent,’ the report said.)Moneyland: The Inside Story Of The Crooks And Kleptocrats Who Rule The WorldSweden has already scrapped it’s wealth tax in order to lure some of that money back in.Which begs the question: If tax laws and tax bodies are being dismantled in order to convince wealthy citizens to stop offshoring their wealth and pay some taxes at least, and if the dismantling of these tax regimes lead to less money for social safety nets like healthcare and welfare….then why exactly are immigrants being blamed?Because they make convenient scapegoats: It’s easier for the Brexiteers to convince the British public to vote for Brexit by showing long lines of brown men marching towards Europe than to convince them to vote for Brexit so EU regulations around taxes and capital flight don’t apply to the UK anymore.Similarly, it’s easier for politicians in Sweden, Canada and the US to point the finger at immigrants, asylum seekers and what not and blame them for the lack of revenue for social safety nets than the wealthy citizens who are offshoring their wealth to tax havens. Possibly because said politicians are either part of that wealthy class itself or on its payroll. The central thesis of the argument is correct: The welfare state is in trouble. But the problem isn’t immigrants as long as you can tax those immigrants effectively and tie in benefits to some basic level of productivity in a way to curtail freeloaders. The problem is that the wealthier citizens in the welfare states are taking advantage of a globalized, deregulated world with fractured international jurisdictions to offshore their wealth abroad and conceal it in order to avoid taxes in the nations that raised them. Thus creating massive deficits which can only be plugged by curtailing spending on social services. All the while, blaming immigrants for burdening the state. But immigrants are nowhere near as damaging to the world economy or any economy in particular as the threat of wealth being hidden in offshore accounts, behind the cover of a different country’s jurisdictions:Tax Haven Cash Rising, Now Equal To At Least 10% Of World GDPSuper rich hold $32 trillion in offshore havensWhile the developed world does take it’s own hit in terms of yawning deficits, the impact on the developing world is absolutely catastrophic due to their weaker law enforcement and tax regimes. They are systemically being deprived of entire decades worth of budgets for healthcare, education and what not. This is purely money leaving a country or going into a dark, untraceable hole where no one can account for it or tax it. Leading to harsh blows to a country’s economy and it’s tax revenue. The US itself is both a victim and a perpetrator of this: the US loses massive amounts of revenue to tax havens that operate….within the US!Whether it’s Nevada Trust funds or Delaware shell companies:The World's Largest Tax Haven? Guess Who - The American InterestWhen you have hundreds of billions, possibly trillions of dollars disappearing into the dark hole of shell companies, opaque trust funds and untraceable offshore accounts, the impact is far more devastating than immigrants, even illegal immigrants, since the latter are still a part of your economy. Spending in it, buying in it, being taxed in it. But the former, the hidden wealth of rich citizens avoiding taxes, is just chunks of your economy and tax revenue disappearing.Pakistan is one of the countries of the undeveloped world that has struggled to collect taxes from it’s wealthy citizens. Our taxation and law enforcement agencies are not as well funded, trained and organized as the ones in the developed world. So we are in the midst of an economic crises spurred by a low tax base and tax flight.Which has led to some unusually creative ways to urge wealthy citizens to pay taxes: Most notable of which is the public shaming by Hijras, Pakistan’s transgender community. In a bright pink shalwar kameeez and matching headscarf, Nargis marches around one of Pakistan's richest neighbourhoods on a mission to embarrass residents into paying their taxes.Armed with a bundle of paperwork, the 32-year-old raps on the gate of a mansion whilst a pickup truck full of guards and tax officials remains at a distance. The householder who answers grins nervously at Nargis, who is a "hijra" – a member of Pakistan's increasingly assertive transgender community. With a sheepish look to see whether anyone is watching from the street, the owner meekly accepts a bill for outstanding property tax and municipal fees.Given his effusive promises to pay as soon as possible, there is no need for what Qazi Aftab, the head of tax collection for the Clifton cantonment board in Karachi, calls "the nuclear option" – clapping, shouting and generally making a scene. "Because of the neighbours they get very embarrassed," he said. "Usually just one minute of shouting is enough and then they pay up."It's even more mortifying on an ordinary day, when groups of four hijras exercise their powers of persuasion on the doorsteps of Karachi, where there is a tradition of rich and well-connected residents ignoring tax demands. The lone hijra approach seems to work well enough. On the third floor of an apartment block one tenant pretended to be a visitor from out of town and closed the door in Nargis's face. After a few minutes of knocking he relented. The authorities are extremely pleased with their efforts to combat the tax dodgers. Aftab says recovery rates are up 15% from when conventional tax collectors often clashed violently with householders. That never happens with the hijras, he said.Pakistan's tax dodgers pay up when the hijra callsThere are a lot of academic papers and discussions on how tax laws should be framed so that wealthy citizens can be cajoled and begged into paying their taxes. In Pakistan, the concept of public shaming for tax dodgers is taking root recently.I guess it’s a perspective that places nationalism, love for country and patriotism first. If you are refusing to pay your taxes and off shoring your wealth, hiding it behind tax havens and shell companies, then you should be named publicly in your country. Hell, it could even be considered a national security threat (we love calling everything a national security threat). We are at the point where tax avoidance is so bad, the defense budget might have to be borrowed.Pakistani logic being that this country gave its precious resources to raise you, guard your borders, feed you and provide you the basic services whose presence is rarely felt but whose absence is immediately felt. So if you are not paying your taxes, then you should have no claim or pretense to being a patriot and caring about your country.Such cultural attitudes towards tax cheats might not be acceptable in a more legalistic society like Canada i suppose. So Canadians will have to come up with their own solution to the problem of tax havens, tax cheats, offshore wealth and so on.But that solution must come sooner rather than later: The welfare states across the planet might be in trouble if this problem continues to grow and the tax base continues to shrink and the deficits continue to grow larger. And at some point, we will be faced with a more existential threat and fork in the road situation:If the countries of the world actually cooperate internationally, plug their tax holes, exchange information on assets held by their citizens in each others territories and come up with solutions so that wealth is taxed effectively, then the nation state can survive well into the 21st century despite all the technical, geographical and legal advancements being made that are a threat to every country’s tax base. But if they don’t, then the nation state will cease to be an effective entity and dissolve into being a weak middleman between corporations and citizens with corporate entities controlling vast amounts of concentrated wealth calling the shots while citizens beg for scraps where they can. The nation state becomes the truck from which bread is flung into the starving crowd and nothing else. Everything else is controlled through incorporated entities that jealously guard and hide the wealth that powers the world. And no Public service entity having the financial, legal, law enforcement or even military muscle to challenge them. The full fury of the Mongols was reservedfor the great cities of Islam.Their Sultan had twice murdered Temujin’s emissaries —what rose in Temujin was the rage to annihilatenot just the civilization thatinsulted him, but what made it possible ...In the end, there was little left for his tax collectorsin the future to tax.The Fourth Hour of the Night by Frank Bidart
