District Donation Receipt: Fill & Download for Free

My answer might look like a Conspiracy Theory, but I think it's logical.I think the top leaders of these parties will use this way. They will deposit all their unaccounted cash in the party’s bank account. The money will be distributed to many locations and donation receipts will be made of amount less than Rs.2000 (by this way they won't have to keep records of details of donors). They will then be deposited in the bank accounts by the party's district offices, in different parts of the country / state. The money received as donations by political parties is exempted of tax.The money will be withdrawn in future on account of expenses and paid back to the politicians or maybe adjusted for various things like politicians buying tickets for candidates (and collect money from them directly), future collections of donations etc. There can be various ways for payback.Besides the big parties, there are thousands of small political parties. They too might use the same trick. They can launder money of other smaller fishes (who might belong to other parties) and payback after deducting some commission.These might be my Conspiracy Theories but I strongly feel these are very much possible.So effectively, top politicians will not lose money ( of course if they use these ways.

Ah, another excuse to roll out Mike’s Campaign Finance Reform.If I ran the zoo, I’d make this the rule:Anyone can donate up to $5,000 per election cycle to any campaign providedThey are eligible to vote for the candidate to whom they’re donating.Information about the donor (sufficient to determine that #1 is being followed) must be published within 48 hours of receipt of the donation.No donated money may be spent until #2 is satisfied.This wouldn’t completely solve the PAC problem, but it would stop them (as well as corporations, unions, etc.) from making direct donations.
