PDF Editor FAQ

Are you a narcissist if you say you look good?

In my humble opinion, the United States has become a push-button society, completely dependent on technology, and always quick to provide instant gratification for the low, low price of one’s personal integrity. In a world wrought with war, corruption, and misinformation, we find nothing more blindingly soothing than sinking into the blissful ignorance known as Facebook. However, that is just half the problem. The true issue lies in the consequential effects now taking hold in every inhabitant of this well-known social medium. Suffice it to say, Facebook not only enables this society’s collective narcissistic characteristics, it in fact encourages each individual to capitalize on their narcissistic personality, passing off such behavior as acceptable alternatives to natural, healthy, human experiences, sometimes before maturation. To put it plainly, Facebook is building a nation of narcissists. Before this goes any further, perhaps, let us discuss what narcissism is and how it may affect us. According to the American Psychiatry Association, approximately 1% of the general population will have narcissistic personality disorder at some point in their lifetimes. As is stated in the Rossenberg and Kosslyn’s academic text, Abnormal Psychology (611). There is reason to believe that that estimate is lower than expected. Dr. Drew Pinsky is a practicing physician, Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Board Certified in Addiction Medicine and a member of the staff at Huntington Memorial Hospital. Pinsky is also Assistant Clinical Professor of Psychiatry at the Keck USC School of Medicine, and has recently stated in his book, co-written by Dr. S. Mark Young, called The Mirror Effect: How Celebrity Narcissism Is Seducing America how narcissism is on the rise with young people in the United States. Reality television shows and the ever-lowering standard of what is considered quality entertainment has made the country a breeding ground for the narcissist and with the help of websites like Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube, the base from which this animal grows can only grow larger and more naturalized (Pinsky).People of all class and generation have found themselves at the helm of this new form of Facebook communication, but none so dramatically influenced as the latest generation of young adults. Dr. Drew is not the only expert who sees the problem. Dr. James Eckman, a theologian at Grace University, in his online newsletter and radio broadcast, Issues In Perspective, says “The millennial generation is decidedly more narcissistic and technology is feeding that narcissism” (Eckman). He goes on to say that the natural identity of our youth is getting lost, and is not likely to return. The motives of Dr. Eckman may have a theological edge to them, however, one thing is certain to those of all schools of social science, never before have young people been so at risk of losing themselves. The way young people receive and share information has also changed dramatically. However, the key issue in this instance is not so much the method of transmitting information, but in the intent and motive of the transmission itself. There was, perhaps, a time when young people sought to share important information with each other to create a well-informed society, but it now seems that young people are using each instance to perpetuate a Facebook personality, claiming false knowledge of world events, political opinions, and even simple everyday occurrences. Moreover, it appears that young people are more concerned with the amount of “likes” their social links receive, rather than a logical conversation. This behavior is especially daunting when someone is challenged on the opinion or agenda concerning the link, thereby leaving the proponent to become defensive and hostile toward those who are, at least in the guise of Facebook, considered friends. This description is exemplified in the Journal of Personality and Social Psychologyarticle, “Narcissistic admiration and rivalry: Disentangling the bright and dark sides of narcissism.” This study notes that “rivalry showed a stronger overlap with pathological narcissism as opposed to admiration, … and this difference was due to there being more pathological vulnerability contained in rivalry” (Back 1013-1037).Facebook must have some good parts to it, but before that is explored, there are a few other things contributing to this latest example of social media culture. By now, nearly everyone in the U. S. has heard the term “selfie,” and maybe even posted one or two, or even 500, to their favorite social media site. You know, because the light was just right. Nevertheless, the phenomenon of the self-portrait is only gaining speed, and it even has a gender focus. Pamela Rutledge, Ph.D., notes, “Young women are the biggest population of selfie-posters and you know it’s going mainstream when marketers jump on the bandwagon. The Fashion Conglomerate, Westfield, launched a contest called ‘Selfies Style’ soliciting selfies that highlight individual style after research indicated that six out of every ten women used their mobile device to take self-portraits, most of which end up on Facebook” (Rutledge). Also making headlines recently is Oxford’s online dictionary declaring the term Selfie as the “word of the year” for 2013 It seems that selfies are popping up everywhere from Mars to the Vatican (yes, even the Pope is getting in on it!), and it will only be a matter of time before the term is placed permanently in the human vernacular (Killingsworth). This aspect of narcissistic influence comes in first place, but in a close second is the well-known Facebook Check-in. This is best described as people telling each other where they are, were, or are going, but is in fact just another way to practice self-importance. Check-ins are a Facebooker’s way of saying, “Hey! Look at me! I’m special!” and, consequently, do damage to the fragile narcissist’s ego every time a check-in goes unnoticed. Imagine being on top of a moving car, racing through a busy intersection, screaming at the top of your lungs, and no one so much as gives a second look; this is how the Facebook narcissist experiences the letdown of little to no likes to both the check-in, and even more so for the selfie. Something so very interesting about this particular piece of the phenomenon is peoples’ willingness to be tracked every step of their day. It seems that many are trading their fears of living a Big Brother, police state for the mere notion of being looked for and sought after. In a 2010 blog, Marshall Kirkpatrick wrote in a blog that, “The thing that surprised me most when I asked people why they use location-based social networks is how many of them say they use it primarily to track their own personal history. It is a lazy diary, people say. I thought, naively, that I was the only one who felt that way” (Kirkpatrick). Needless to say, not much thought is going into who or why we are allowing others’ to know our whereabouts. It is known that narcissistic behavior is damaging to an individual’s psyche, but could it also be dangerous to the person’s well-being? Because of how rampant a flood it has become with the constant selfies, check-ins, and because of the level of information available to whomever is clever enough to stalk another human being, predators are having a field day with the simplicity Facebook provides. Facebook is a virtual market place of unsuspecting victims, and has led to the terrorizing and even death of young people all across the globe. Earlier this year, Rebecca Sedwick, a 12 year old from Winter Haven, Florida, took her own life, sadly succumbing to the incessant taunting of her classmates. Now, perhaps it is easy to dismiss the antics of young children; they tease, and sometimes become more self-assured as a result. However, in this case, it is not so much about what led to the child’s demise, but in the public reaction of her alleged assailants. According to Breaking News, U.S., World, Weather, Entertainment & Video News, one of the minors accused of taunting the departed was quoted, saying, “Yes IK I bullied REBECCA nd she killed her self but IDGAF.” If this is what is becoming of our young people because of social media excess, a complete apathy to tragedy, then it is now wonder why so many children are capable of committing such horrendous acts as homicide and suicide (Segal). It should also be mentioned that narcissism not only effects those practicing narcissism, but also those close to the narcissist, such as family and friends. Therefore, it is safe to say that the narcissist never suffers alone; there will always be those who suffer with him or her. Of those who suffer, the people connected to the narcissist through Facebook will feel a sharp impact, likely because it is under the veil of Facebook that the narcissist finds the most freedom to spread their self-serving wings. Because the narcissist will often alienate themselves from others, the effect that others feel is also alienation. The narcissist will go to almost no end to make their self-perception be realized by those around them, and in doing so, leaving a trail of collateral damage in their wake (Rossenberg & Kosslyn). It also seems that narcissism is becoming contagious. There are new parents who are molding their childrens’ identities via Facebook, much like the parents of the past who used cowboy and ballroom beauty outfits to suit their kids for the structured designation of social scripts. But when the global power of Facebook is added to this phenomena, it could be possible that these seemingly well-intentioned parents are setting their children up for failure, but in the eyes of the parents, however, in the eyes and psyches of the children themselves. If an impossible standard is beset, then an unachievable bar will forever be far out of reach (Dockterman). Before this rant concludes, perhaps a little light should shed on the positive aspects of this phenomenon known as Facebook. Many people now know others in faraway places, such as family members, and family friends; long-time lovers, both current and past; and even those who have never met, but through the modern science miracle of Facebook. These people have found a common ground on which they have formed a friendship, and that is sometimes better than the proximal, hollowed out relationships many folks can take for granted. On Pros and Cons of Controversial Issues, there are plethora of examples that look honestly at both sides. However, some very important things to consider are the ways Facebook keeps people connected, e.g. “Proponents of social networking sites say that the online communities promote increased interaction with friends and family; offer teachers, librarians, and students valuable access to educational support and materials; facilitate social and political change; and disseminate useful information rapidly.” There are those times, too, when Facebook has been the anchor of a relationship, given two, or more, people just enough connection as to not do further damage to a relationship, but also to not let it slip away completely either. One such instance happens when an individual ceases to inhabit dangerous, drug using dwellings, bars and taverns included, but does not necessarily wish to obliterate the deep-seeded relationships they have known for years. It is only through Facebook that such relationships can continue to exist, without the threat of putting the newly free from drugs and alcohol at risk of relapse, and keeping a safe distance between life and death.Facebook, and all social media, like anything, can be abused by its users, and, like anything, could sometimes use a little temperance. Therefore, if the object of your desire, or even the desire of your obsession, is causing pain, grief, or distress, perhaps it is best to let go, and proceed in life as you were: alone, afraid, and completely free to experience feelings, without feeling the need to validate them as a status update on Facebook. The worst part of all of this is the passivity that now plagues our society as a result of social media codependence (Barone). Once upon a time, when information was just as accessible but required a little effort, we did not take for granted the knowledge at our fingertips, and we surely did not miss an opportunity to relate our newly acquired knowledge with those we held dear. However, as it is now, we just assume saturate the secreting “news” as it is oozed into our Facebook and Twitter feeds, rather than read into viable news sources. Sadly, we are more comfortable simply monitoring our family and friends from our electronic devices, rather than reach out to them in a human way, telling them we think of them, and that we care about their wellbeing. Have we reached a point in our evolution where we no longer require person-to-person relations, or has our individualistic culture and our socially acceptable narcissism convinced us that that is just no longer necessary?ReferencesBack, Mitja D., Albrecht C. Are Marxist revolutionaries in America terrorists? Or are such people merely phantoms of our imagination and simply do not exist?

This answer may contain sensitive images. Click on an image to unblur it.The Marxist problem in America is much bigger than anyone can imagine. Marxism has been cultivated in American Universities since the 1960’s. The late Professor Noel Ignatiev from Harvard was a leading figure in the Marxist movement and his works “Critical race theory” and “Race Traitor” are being taught in Political science classes in most American Universities. If you think about terrorism as people like Che Guevera running around with an AK47 and murdering people, you have been misled.Terrorists look like this:and this:White Privilege Privilege ConferenceWhite Privilege Conference (WPC) is directed by Jewish professor Abby L. Ferber. The conference pertains to be “beyond skin colour” but the very name “White Privilege Conference” cannot suggest anything but marginalising racial in differences through sociological societal structures. The curricula include films charging whites with inherent, unconscious racism.Abby L. FerberAbby L. Ferber Ph.D. is Professor of Sociology, and Womens’ and Ethnic Studies, and co-founder and Associate Director of the Matrix Center for the Advancement of Social Equity and Inclusion at University of Colorado Colorado Springs. Ferber’s first published book was titled White Man Falling: Race, Gender and White Supremacy, then more recently Ferber co-edited Sex, Gender, and Sexuality: The New Basics. Ferber also directs the national White Privilege Conference and is co-founded and co-facilitate the Knapsack Institute, a national curriculum transformation project.Eddie MooreWPC was founded in 2000 by Eddie Moore Jr. Moore also serves as Director of The Privilege Institute. This black male think tank which he founded in 2014 meets annually at the WPC. Moore is as co-editor of Everyday White People Confront Racial and Social Injustice: 15 Stories and the forthcoming on-line workbook, The White Women’s guide to teaching Black Males. Moore attained his Ph.D. in Educational Policy and Leadership Studies at the University of Iowa. Media critics have dismissed the conference as nothing more than White Guilt…“By chalking it all up to white privilege, they don’t have to acknowledge the influence of biology or the deficiencies of other cultures…. White privilege propaganda serves to make whites feel bad about themselves. A demoralised population is easier to manipulate and control.”Brad TrunSomewhere hidden amongst WPC partners you’ll find the ADL (Anti-Defamation League). Perhaps they should have a conference about the number of influential Jews and Jewish organisations in America have over the government, media, banking and financial industry, academia, Hollywood? come on, lets talk about her lofty Jewish Privilege!Which anti-White Professor is teaching your child this semester?Where is the ethic in socially engineering the demise of white people through anti-White prejudicial indoctrination of America’s vulnerable young adults? I’ve intentionally split the following list of anti-White professors into two categories in retrospect of public awareness of their characters.·Walter Goettlich, gives the bird in view of to his equals patch, personalised rainbow badge and communist fist unification poster.Stephanie Behm-CrossProfessor Stephanie Behm Cross, Georgia State University published an academic journal article lamenting the “insidiousness of silence and whiteness” on college campuses. The article states that “Remaining silent may itself be the luxury of white privilege and may reinforce oppression… This is particularly true when working as a White faculty member, operating with high levels of White fragility, within a system of higher education cloaked in Whiteness.”Rochelle GutierrezProfessor Rochelle Gutierrez, University of Illinois argued in a newly published book that algebraic and geometry skills perpetuate “unearned privilege” among whites. “On many levels, mathematics itself operates as Whiteness. Who gets credit for doing and developing mathematics, who is capable in mathematics, and who is seen as part of the mathematical community is generally viewed as White”Katherine CrugerProfessor Katherine Cruger, Chatham University, published an article on employing a “feminist pedagogy” teaching technique in her classes, describing it as a necessary response to students’ waning attention to feminist concerns. Noticing Cruger was quoted to have said that students “seem to be experiencing a kind of feminism fatigue,” and are “wary to admit that they could ever suffer at the hands (or be the instrument) of imperialist white-supremacist capitalist patriarchy.”Sara GiordanoProfessor Sara Giordano, University of California Davis, has vowed to “challenge the authority of Science” by “rewriting knowledge” through a feminist lens. Not only is science rooted in racism, she alleges; it has been used to perpetuate racism and colonial practices.Jodi LinleyProfessor Jodi Linley, University of Iowa, detailed her extensive commitment to teaching classes that “de-construct whiteness” in an academic journal article, arguing that to do otherwise would make her “complicit” in perpetuating white supremacy and white privilege.“These courses really pound a wedge between people based on race, the taxpayers are funding these kinds of courses as well, you’re not really seeing these classes in private institutions.”Arizona State Rep. Bob ThorpeAngela PutmanAssistant Communications Professor Angela Putman, Penn State-Brandywine, believes “mediocracy is a lie” and that white people are “socialised to believe that they got where they are” because of “individual effort”. the only data collected amounting to this surmise was a simple survey completed by 12 of her students.Jennifer GabouryProfessor Jennifer Gaboury, is offering through Hunter College an undergraduate class called the “Abolition of Whiteness” . The course is said to examine “how whiteness – and/or white supremacy and violence – is intertwined with conceptions of gender, race, sexuality, class, body ability, nationality, and age.”Donna RileyEngineering professor Donna Riley of Purdue University denounced academic “rigor,” calling it a “dirty deed” that upholds “white male heterosexual privilege.” Riley defines rigor as “the aspirational quality academics apply to disciplinary standards of quality,” Riley asserts that “rigor is used to maintain disciplinary boundaries, with exclusionary implications for marginalized groups and marginalized ways of knowing.”Rachel ScherrPhysics professors Rachel Scherr and Amy Robertson, both at Seattle Pacific University, argue in the October issue of Race and Physics Teaching that physics instruction is currently unfair to women because “white male privilege pervades the discipline of physics as well as the classrooms in which physics is taught and learned.”Amy RobertsonTo combat this state of affairs, they call upon fellow physics professors, especially those who are white males, to “disrupt privilege” in their classrooms by “recognising their own privilege, coping with the discomfort of unfair advantage, and coming to see themselves as agents of change who can contribute to the disruption of systems of unfair advantage.”Ashleigh $hackleford (pay pal me) gives a lecture titled “All White People Are Racist” to some white people. Note also on the discussion list is Capitalism.Ashleigh $hackleford: White people are born into being DemonsKyle RudickAssistant Professor C. Kyle Rudick University of Northern Iowa and Kathryn B. Golsan of Southern Illinois University argued in an academic paper that that practising “civility” in college classrooms can “reproduce white racial power.” expressing that particularly “whiteness-informed civility,” allegedly “functions to assert control of space” and “create a good white identity”.Kathryn GolsanThis civility can reinforce white privilege, Rudick and Goslan argue, because “civility within higher education is a racialized, rather than universal, norm,” according to the field of “critical whiteness studies.” Responding to criticism Rudick said that he wrote the article in the spirit of his “continued service to Cthulu,”.Dae ElliottProfessor Dae Elliott at San Diego State University faced national criticism and ridicule after giving students a “White Privilege Checklist”. The document also informed students about their alleged privilege based on “gender, sexual orientation, class, and religion. According to the checklist you know you have “white privilege” if, for example, you “can arrange to be in the company of people of my race most of the time.”Claudia RankineClaudia Rankine is a Frederick Iseman Professor of Poetry at Yale University, the Jamaican-born Poet teaches a 2018 spring semester course entitled “An interdisciplinary approach to the understanding of whiteness.” offering students paying 70,570 per year a “discussion of whiteness as a culturally constructed and economic incorporated entity, which touches upon and assigns value to nearly every aspect of American life and culture,”.Courtni WolfgangCourtni Wolfgang, associate professor at Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU) recently wrote an article titled “The White Supremacy in art and education and how she has been a participant.” Elaborating Wolfgang claims that race is a construct created for the purposes of white supremacy claiming that race has been created as an “intentionally violent” weapon against “black and brown bodies”; Wolfgang also charges that the “normalisation of whiteness” in art is inherently violent. She argues that white teachers who do not try to combat the whiteness in art are propagators of violence against their students.Michelle Chan and Maria-Jose Zeledon-PerezProfessors and co-directors of World Cultures program at SDCC Michelle Chan and Maria-Jose Zeledon-Perez lanched a white supremacist seminar ()early October 2019) titled “Confronting White Supremacy through the Arts”. At the event flyers were disturbed claiming that cultural appropriation, “racist mascots,” and “Make American Great Again” are instances of white supremacy. Amongst the leaflets distributed were a White Supremacy Wheel, a Pyramid of White Supremacy that classified “Euro-centric curriculum” and “claiming reverse racism” as “veiled racism” and “funding schools locally as “discrimination.”·Distributed white supremacy “pyramid” which categorizes “Make America Great Again,” cultural appropriation, Columbus Day celebration, and “racist mascots” as instances of “covert white supremacy.”Emily WaltonEmily Walton sociology professor at Dartmouth University called upon other universities to require students to take courses on white privilege and black history stating “if racial equity is to be an achievable goal” then students should be required to take courses on the topics before they graduate. Walton refers to “white blindness” as no accident, that public k-12 schools perpetuate a “white blindness” culture by not “requiring white students to contend with history in an inclusive critical way. Although Walton claims a “small handful of white students in the class usually learn the most”.Vincent FlewellenVincent Flewellen chief diversity officer at Webster University in St.Louis has plans for a new program based of a book, titled, “Witnessing Whiteness: The need to talk about race and how to do it”. The YWCA (a Christian Organisation) initally began the program, which requires participants to be white. Flewellen previously brought a “Witnessing Whiteness” program to Washington University in St.Lous. According to YWCA racial justice director Mary Ferguson, there are currently 16 “Witnessing Whiteness” groups that meet regularly and a dozen more that might start meeting this year.Cheri Gurse and Steven SchapiroAntioch University professor Cheri Gurse and Fielding Graduate University Dean for Academic Affairs Steven Schapiro hosted a screening of a film titled “Mirrors of Privilege: Making Whiteness Visible”. In conjunction with the narrative of the film the hosting professor explained “Racism and white privilege both function at the personal level, the interpersonal level, institutional and systemic levels of society”. “The shame is too deep to look at,” one interviewee said while the film displayed images of a lynching and a black man with a scarred back, “Please don’t make me look at this”.George Ciccariello-MaherCamtab, Associate Professor George Ciccariello-Maher teaches Politics and Global Studies at Drexel University in Philadelphia. On the eve of Christmas 2016 (a Communist obviously infuriated with capitalism) humbug George exploded writing the following anti-White tweet on twitter. In 2016 Ciccariello-Maher had at the time tweeted over sixteen thousand times on twitter accumulating a following influence of over ten thousand subscribers. He also spews his Marxist rhetoric (which he self describes as radical theory) in visitation at U.C. Berkeley, San Quentin State Prison, and the Venezuelan School of Planning in Caracas.··George Ciccariello – “All I want for Christmas is White Genocide.” – “To Clarify: when the whites were massacred during the Haitian Revolution, that was a good thing indeed.”Philip N. CohenCohen is an American sociologist. He is a Professor of Sociology at the University of Maryland, College Park, and director of SocArXiv, an open archive of the social sciences. In a February Twitter account tweet he wrote “It’s hard for us all to coordinate our stories sometimes, so it appears there are disagreements among us. Fortunately we all agree on the most important issues; eradicating whiteness and undermining it’s civilisations”.Jessie DanielsProfessor, Sociologist at Hunter College Jessie Daniels believes that white people should not bother having families; obviously surmising that to ‘solve the problem’ whites should not be procreating at all. Such arrogance to the fact that White people now make up less than 10% of the worlds population renders her tweets as heading towards a ‘final solution’. Amongst being Anti-white and Jewish Daniels is also a self described ‘expert on race, racism and technology’, an aspiring New York Times best-selling memoirist and an internationally recognized expert in Internet expressions of racism.··Jessie Daniels – “I mean, if you’re a white person who says they’re engaged in dismantling white supremacy, but + you’re forming a white family + reproducing white children that “you want the best for” – how is that helping + not part of the problem?”Daniels writes a scholarly blog, Racism Review, with an architect of white guilt Joe Feagin (Feagin is a variant spelling of Fagin or Fagan, oh, how uncanny!) which boasts two hundred thousand visitors each month and receiving over three point two million visitors since it began.Damon SajnaniIn Spring of 2015 Damon Sajnani, anti-White assistant Professor in UW-Madison’s African Cultural Studies at Arizona State University (ASU) taught a course entitled “U.S Race Theory and the Problem of Whiteness“. In December 2016, two Wisconsin legislators asked the University of Wisconsin to fire Sajnani and cancel his course citing “adding to the polarization of the races in the state” and that the course unfairly premised White people as racist.A quick description of the course asserts how white people:“consciously and unconsciously perpetuate institutional racism and how this not only devastates communities of colour but also perpetuates the oppression of most white folks along the lines of class and gender. In this class, we will ask what an ethical white identity entails, what it means to be #woke, and consider the journal Race Traitor’s motto, ‘treason to whiteness is loyalty to humanity‘.”Robert PoeASU Faculty Associate Robert Poe when taking part in a ‘teach in’ to promote the latter course exclaimed “I advocate violence against racists when they mobilise politically”. When asked by an interviewer if he’d had ever used violence to those he deemed ‘racist’ Poe replied “I have”. Robert Poe is listed as teaching classes on Justice Studies, Welfare, and Immigration at ASU.Saida GrundyBoston University professor Saida Grundy teaches sociology and African-American studies but is more infamous known by her controversial anti-White tweets on twitter. Grundy has stated that she attempts to avoid shopping at “white owned businesses” and also that “white men are a population problem”. Further tweets included “White masculinity is THE problem for America’s colleges,” and “Deal with your white s**t, white people. Slavery is a *YALL* thing,”Jonny Eric-WilliamsJohnny Eric Williams is a sociology professor at Connecticut Trinity College teaches the topics of race and racism. In June 2017 the professor fled the state after calling white people “inhuman assholes” stating on both Facebook and Twitter “put end to the vectors of their destructive mythology of whiteness and their white supremacy system #LetThemFuckingDie.” A Republican House Leader and State Senator have since called for the removal of the Professor.Chad ShomurChad Shomura is a assistant Professor of Political Science at University of Colorado Denver, Shomura was teaching a course of America Political Thought when he explained to the students in the room that most traditional “American Political Thought” courses are too focused on the achievements of white men. As a consequence, he exclaimed that he had removed every single white male and their theoretical perspectives from the entire course curriculum.Cheryl MatiasCheryl Matias is an Associate Professor at University of Colorado Denver. As well as being a long standing member of the Judaic / Communist NAACP (National Association for the Advancement of Colored People) Bell has been an intellectual mentor to President Barack Obama.“These principles suggest that legal rules that stand for equal treatment under law ” i.e. the 14th Amendment ” can remedy only the most blatant forms of discrimination.’ The system is too corrupted, too based on the notion of white supremacy, for equal protection of the laws to ever be a reality. The system must be made unequal in order to compensate for the innate racism of the white majority.”The Marxist criticism of the system was called critical theory; the racial criticism of the system was therefore called Critical Race Theory.Tommy Curry is a professor at Texas A&M. These comments seriously contravenes article 2b of the United Nations Crime on the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide 1948One communist attendee, a Ph.D. candidate at the University of Chicago, concluded her time at the conference by noting that she’s “happy” since she managed to collect “a few white tears.”Kamau KambonDr. Kamau Kambon (aka Leroy Jefferson) used to teach Afrikaner Studies at North Carolina State University before his infamous ‘white genocide’ speech was broadcast on CSpan addressing a panel on “Hurricane Katrina Media Coverage”. And when it dies, there will be millions of cultural zombies aimlessly wandering across a vastly changed landscape. I've used Fine Reader, probably, 10 years and with pleasure I observe, how the program develops. It's cool that now it has the ability to recognize texts in almost 200 languages and for many of them there is a spelling checker. I often have to recognize scanned texts in my work, which clients send in a variety of formats and Fine Reader perfectly copes with all documents.
