Drink lukewarm water.. 2-3 L is good.. It not only helps you lose weight but also got a lot of benefits such as prevents pimples, dandruff and if you're a girl, menstruation pain won't be an issue once you start doing this.3. Drink green tea.. every single day.. No i wont tell you drink 4-5 cups a day.. One worked for me every night before sleeping.4. Drink lukewarm water or you can add lemon to it when you get up in the morning, if you don't feel like adding lemon then only.. then you should drink lemon + warm water after sometime ( Empty stomach & nothing before half an hour of it ).5. I don't think a lil bit of yoga could hurt.. Just concentrate on parts you want to lose weight and do that only.. 20- 30 mins of that will serve you very well.6. You can go for brisk walking/ light jogging in the morning .. try to wake up early, 5 or 6 am will do ... and DO NOT BE A NIGHT OWL.. try to sleep before 11pm..7. So coming to the last one.. avoid non-veg, rice.. too much butter and make your dinner as light as you can..Eat a heavy breakfast, lunch should be proper too, but try not filling up on your dinner table..I live in hostel so we kind of eat pasta, maggie , noodles etc in breakfast but still i did it so why cant you.. I avoided dinner most of the time although but this may fade away the charm of your face that you'll get back within weeks ones you start eating all this oily stuff again :P .. Yh u dont get back to heavy when u leave these.. M not doing any of the above since may n I've put up just one kg.. That too when I was having cold coffee with ice cream and desi ghee ke laddu every single day.. you may not want to do that.. :PAnd a personal suggestion.. don't set your goals too high, most people fail because they want things too early and too easily.. You can't get a baby in one month by making 9 women pregnant.... So be happy when you see you lost 300 gms .. When u see those before decimal digit change.. be proud of yourself .. You just have to have patience and that's it...And most important .. Love yourself.. you are way more beautiful the way you are, it's not the figure that matters but how big your heart is that counts...ALL THE BEST.. :)PS : I dint do anything in April & May as I was having an extreme busy schedule.. just green tea was there..March 01, 72 kgs.. that's similar to what you want .. 45 days and 7 kgs.. .. note your weight down in a calender or something so you can see how much you have lost in how many days.PPS : I'm 55 Kgs now.. Running is a complete exercise they say..and it is very correct. I was the lone child to my parent and also in the family so got all the attentions and pampering. Due to all the love and afdection that i used to get in the form of all kinds of sweets and snacks i started putting on weight and back in 2008 i weighed 95kgs.I was very fond of sweets and ate them like anything. People advised me to take care of my growing waistline and increasing weight, but i hardly paid attention to them. When i joined college in 2010 my waistline measured 43 inches..Second year in college and i was given the name fatty…and was called by what-nots…i felt hurt by those words and took a pledge to completely change myself. I started running in a field nearby my house.
