Verbal, writing no way at all..*2. *I received a warning letter for being late, which was vaguely worded and there was no standard time line set, which would allow me ample time to reform myself, failing upon which I might be terminated from the company...*3. *I never accepted the warning letter like I don't accept the termination letter, because of the abysmal way I have been treated by the management,*4. *No one bothered to revert me back when I asked for clarification to the thread which contains the warning letter, where I have made attempts to inquire if there is anything which might put my job at risk, which is other than my habit of late coming....*5. ***The management never bothered to clarify things for me in the first place, replying in a simple yes or no, whether indeed it was only late coming or any other reason which may result in me getting terminated.... Proceeded to terminate me 8 days later, due to non performance and attendance issues, which clearly has nothing to do with the reasons that I was warned about... Like how is the HR even allowing this to happen?***6. *Now I am in terminated by the company on the policy of 'breach of contract', as has been mentioned by the appointment letter that I was provided with during the time of my appointment. Now since I was convinced that I was not breaking any rule mentioned underneath the breach of contract policy of the company, I asked Rohit Mazumdar for other reasons which would result in my termination from the company, only because the appointment letter clearly states that for more information contact the HR!*7. *John Parker is my immediate senior who says he cannot be bothered on this so contact the HR.*8. *I can only access or contact the HR through an email and the HR never shows any alacrity in acknowledging or replying to the emails.*9. *Rohit da is supposedly the HR who has signed my appointment letter in the capacity of the HR but keeps asking me to contact the HR for any call clarity that I might want.*10. *Now then we're back to the HR who was not present at the time of my appointment, who can be accessed only through an email, but does not show any alacrity in acknowledging or reverting back to emails.*Me ranting and all of it fall on deaf ears, and that’s the story of how i got terminated in three simple steps. 1–2–3 , just like that. Potential of abuse of power in India is pretty staggering as you can see.*But Econstra is a big name known for its integrity and there is no chance in hell this could have ever happened. Since it is a small teeny-tinny unit in Kolkata, the HR may not even have known, a someone called Navdeep Singh Chahal actually existed?*Sadly, sir they did, they also responded to one of my mails i sent to them with a one-lettered word!Maybe, the management didn’t know anything about this, and all this right under the nose of the Managing Director, Arunavaa D. Bajpai, who left a high-paying job to work for the discriminated in India, Impossible! I reckon he didn’t even know you.But sir he did, and I rephrased an entire book for him, which the management said was very important, it will be serve as a reference material for folks who sign up to join one of these coaching classes put in place by Econstra Business Consultants LLP Coaching (Coaching)And i had to meet the deadline otherwise there be consequences..But i completed the deadline or rephrasing the entire 384 page book into bullet points, first in word and then made a ppt on it, comprising all the 18 chapters within the work.Feedback to the work was very much appreciated and my work satisfied the management.*I was waiting on the management to revert back with a negative feedback, which sadly didn’t happen, and from that itself, i was expecting to be terminated/ laid-off by the management for one reason or the other. Surely, they played the waiting game, but since this is influenced, they need to crack the whip when the master calls..*How was i expecting termination since mid-march?*Because I submitted the work, but never quite submit the 18th and last chapter, both the delegation of this project and feedback which was taken very seriously by the management or that is what they say. My instincts are fairly good, but i sure haven’t used it for my benefit if i am writing this**All that jazz is irrelevant, but if the management at Econstra* can produce* the 18th chapter of my work delegated and approved by them, ****I will delete this answer and jump off a building of their choosing.
