The election security bill Democrats want is shit. McConnell is correct.It mandates paper ballots - Remember hanging chads in Florida, and recounts. On top of that, many states will not be able to easily or switch quickly enough to meet that standard. What is needed is a hybrid that both records the vote electronically and on paper. Most states are not equipped for that. These problems give Democrats a chance to cheat.It requires States to allow “ballot harvesting” - This puts absentee and mail-in ballots even unsealed ones, in the hands on third parties (even partisan ones) up to election night, which increases the possibility of voter fraud. This is a California scheme, to ensure Democrats win.It requires the ability to use “ranked choice voting,” This is scheme Democrats feel favors them.Requires paper ballots to be printed on recycled paper only - Recycled paper sometimes does not work well and register properly when it comes to counting votes. This means counts can be off or require manual counts (again, think about problems we always have in Florida) which increases errors and more chance for fraud as well.While it provides money for states to modernize voting systems, it does not provide any incentive for states to do so on their own. It creates a dependence on the federal government when elections are a function of the state. This is a heavy burden especially when you consider most things on ballots are all state issues, you are creating a way for states to pawn election costs off on the federal government. So people in Wyoming are paying the bills for elections in California. A decent bill would force states to match funds for any modernizing and upgrading.If election security is so important, where is voter ID?Russians interfered in the Election? OK, but.., they hacked the DNC…which is a private entity, responsible for their own security. No votes were hacked and the Russians didn’t change votes in voting machines. There has been some evidence they may have looked at voter rolls but those are separate from actual voting systems. The Senate already passed election security measures before anyways.The Democrats, and their compliant and complicit media are just cooking up this nonsense to pretend they are doing something when it is really smoke and mirrors. The only thing they care about is the message,”We did something, Republicans are not doing something.” The problem is what they are doing is stupid nonsense, except the ballot harvesting and ranked voting part. They really want those parts because they know those will help them cheat.

Absolutely terrible service! I had to walk a whole 6 steps to open my garage when they showed up to my home and didn’t even give me enough time to wait around and get more of my work done since they arrived as scheduled to install my spoiler.When the tech showed up he saw that I had kids, and had the audacity to give them one of these unfinished brochures.They purposely forgot to print the ink and color! Leave it to Tesla to give a kid an unfinished product on recycled paper.The tech tried to kill one of my plants too! When I offered him a drink of ice water he drank the water throughout the job and dumped the leftover ice in one of my plants outside. Do you have ANY idea how long that takes to melt?! The poor plant was probably in pure agony the whole time with such a trickle.When he left, he wasted 3 minutes of my life making absolutely sure I was happy with his work and was patient while I gave the thumbs up.Then I found this:We are supposed to be reducing our carbon footprint and he attaches this CARBON FIBER spoiler to my trunk! Wtf hypocrites!?He didn’t even help me pick my jaw up off the floor or anything!Then on a second visit, to fix something stuck in the door latch that caused the locking mechanism to not pull all the way up - the door would not close without manually lifting the latch before closing. He fixed it and made sure the door was adjusted properly so I could drive without using my telekinesis to make the door close again later.I basically wasted my time looking for loose door panels or broken clips/loose panel pieces, and found nothing! Thats 5 minutes of time I will never get back.Tesla should really be classified as a terrorist organization for such a horrible experience. Any takers for a petition?

Memories visiting a currency printing facility in India.I visited a currency printing press in Dewas as a kid in late 90's. We were taken on to an observation deck of the plant where the freshly printed money is separated from us by a bullet proof glass by about 2 floors. (That's how close a civilian can go to a printing machine)Security:Any movement of the person/vehicle entering within a radius of 3 KM from the machine is recorded and every person/vehicle entering the premises is scanned, photographed, recorded, escorted by two security personnel till they leave the premises.For the employees:Everyone entering the premises is thoroughly scanned both manually and through scanners.Physical check is done every time they enter/leave the machine area. Every inch of machine area is recorded using normal cameras and infrared cameras.(No, Not my selfie and cameras were not allowed :P)Work of employees:Each sheet of currency paper (white paper with silver strips) comes in rectangular shape with fixed dimensions in a bundle of 100 sheets capable of holding about 10 x 10 notes(not sure of this figure).Depending on the size of note, the machine is preprogrammed to decide on number of notes to be printed on the sheet.Each bundle is manually fed into the machine. The machine has internal scanner which rejects a bundle immediately if a sheet is folded or missing.The missing sheet or faulty sheet is replaced manually.The machine prints on both sides and then cuts the notes into bundles of 100, trims the notes, verifies for errors in printing, packs them into bundles and puts a polythene cover for every 10 bundles with a seal on top. This entire process(one cycle) takes about 15 minutes to print 100 sheets of currency paper.A person takes random bundle and checks each and every note in the bundle for accuracy and quality of print. That's 1000 notes and he is trained to identify mistakes in under 2 minutes.One faulty banknote in a bundle leads to physical verification of every other note in the entire lot (i.e., 10000 notes manually). Faulty banknotes are identified and replaced in the bundle.The faulty banknotes are sent to store along with the borders that were trimmed. All this leftover paper is again recycled to create currency paper.These bundles are stacked into cartons and loaded into container ready for transport through a conveyor from a hole in the wall. (The hole in the wall is the only access to outside world for that room apart from windows) The visitors deck is also a one way glass from where we can look into the room. But, the people inside the room can never see us.Summary:The entire work is repetitive in nature and under high surveillance 24 x 7 with lots of restrictions on employees interaction in real life which i feel makes it boring as they are not legally allowed to discuss their nature or details of work even with their children.
