It is tempting to pick on the weak.It is easy to insult the peaceful.It is convenient to denigrate the gentle.And Congress knows it.Ever wonder why it is always Hinduism that is attacked or critiqued?Why only Hindu gods are portrayed as comic relief in movies?Why only Hindu symbols are desecrated?Do you think we can have an “art exhibition” titled “Undressing with Hijab” or “Stripping with the Cross” like we had the “Nude with Mangalsutra” event in Karnataka recently?[1]Do you think a Hindu painter can draw the Prophet fornicating with his child bride or Jesus and his caravan in a giant orgy like MF Husain painted Sita nude on Hanuman’s tail in an erotic, phallic imagery between a devotee and the one who he considered at a mother figure?[2]The folks over at Charlie Hebdo were massacred for such imagery. And people rewarded the perpetrators for upholding the sanctity of their religion — UP cleric offers Rs 51 crore reward to Charlie Hebdo attackers.Salman Rushdie has multiple fatwas on his head for The Satanic Verses.The Congress video has done the same.They could have attacked the BJP or any other institution. They could have talked about the government and its failing.But no, they chose to attack, personally, 100 crore Hindus.The flag used for the logo clearly alludes to the Hanuman flag in Mahabharata that was placed atop Arjuna’s chariot.The entire video depicts angry, Hindu men clad in saffron, sporting a tilak on their head and a lathi in their hands, thrashing Muslims.The dude is sporting a muffler with the words “Jai Shree Ram” on it.They know they can get away with this.Hindus don’t have pandits declaring fatwas.We don’t have a Caliphate going around and beheading people who mock our religion.There is no “sanatan” law that believes it is above the federal law and orders execution of people.We don’t have the Vatican or the House of Saud to threaten military action.Hindus have only two nations in the world — Nepal and India. And in the latter, they are still threatened and maligned and insulted because we are not zealots.I am glad Congress released this video.For all their fucking talks of being secular, which was anyway a flimsy affair, this video has made it clear that they do indeed hate the Hindus.They could have chosen to make it a political affair, but they brought in the religious angle. They could have targeted it at their key opponents — Modi, Shah, Yogi, Ramdev, Bhagwat, and other BJP/RSS head-honchos — but they chose to attack the common people. The video asks “ye kaisa Bhakt charitra” hai insinuating that everyone who supports BJP is a “blind devotee” and that all of them are saffron-clad, violence-loving, mob lynchers.I hope this is the final straw.I wish that the Congress party, in its current decadent form, just implodes into nothingness. I think that the linked article tells me just how seriously I need to take Ben Shapiro as a thinker, and how much research his arguments are based on, and his knowledge of biology, physics, and mathematics all seem to be approximately a hundred years out of date based on that article. Now it’s possible that in the last eight years Ben Shapiro has improved and recanted almost everything he said, and if so I’d love to see it.I’m going to start with the moral core of the piece and how it is fundamentally false before demonstrating just how much else in terms of physics, biology, and mathematics Ben Shapiro seems unaware of. In the below paragraph he makes a testable prediction - that only humans transcend biology and the environment to do good.Thats because a Godless world is a soulless world. Virtually all faiths hold that God endows human beings with the unique ability to choose their actions -- the ability to transcend biology and environment in order to do good. Transcending biology and our environment requires a higher power -- a spark of the supernatural.We have just seen animals choose to transcend biology and the environment to do good in the above video. We’ve seen the monkey throw away its treats because it was being paid unfairly. We’ve read about the rats working together to free a trapped rat - and saving the trapped rat chocolate chips. Indeed they will frequently free another trapped rat before eating chocolate. Any religion that says that humans have the unique ability to choose their actions and do good is categorically and unequivocally wrong. It has made a testable prediction and this prediction has been disproved by counter example.In short Ben Shapiro’s argument that atheism is morally bankrupt falls at the first hurdle. He made a prediction, we tested it, and it failed. This on its own should be enough to thoroughly discredit the entire article but I’m going to go further and demonstrate just how much he got wrong.But he brings in a lot of supporting information. Most of it wrong and based on his lack of understanding of science.His knowledge of biology for example, appears to not exceed that of the genius Francis Galton, founder of statistics, and father of Eugenics. And while Galton was a great man (discoverer of the Normal Distribution and inventor of the Weather Map) he made some stunning mistakes because of how incomplete his information was.Biology suggests inherent inequality -- who would call Arnold Schwarzenegger and Stephen Hawking equal in any way? Biology suggests the sort of Hegelian social Darwinism embraced by totalitarian dictators, not the principles of equality articulated by the Founding Fathers.What biology doesn’t tell us, however, is which is more valuable. Whether the strong-man movie star and Governator is more valuable than the groundbreaking physicist. Indeed both appear to have been valuable to humanity in different ways, and if we look at biology even through the lens of Ben Shapiro’s own example we find that diversity is inherently valuable and that one Arnie and one Stephen Hawking has been almost certainly more useful than two of one would have been, let alone a set of clones. (You might actually get mileage out of a Hawking Think Tank to be fair). Further again and again biology demonstrates the inherent problems of the monoculture that arises when you prioritise one type too strongly over another.Indeed one common interpretation of the orthodox theory of punctuated equilibrium (46 years old and therefore remarkably young for this post) is that one of the biggest drivers for extinction is when situations change so the previous dominant strategy becomes no longer relevant. The species that do best are the ones that have the most diversity and are therefore able to come up with other strategies.It would be a cheap but fair shot to talk about the equality demonstrated by the Founding Fathers’ treatments of e.g. Sally Hemmings and Oney Judge. Or the three fifths compromise. Or votes for women. Biology suggests that diversity is valuable, especially to prepare for any change in situations.Apparently Ben Shapiro’s knowledge of science and philosophy is also rooted very firmly in the nineteenth century and the Watchmaker Universe. Ninety year old physics and fifty year old mathematics debunks the following:According to atheists, if we could somehow determine all the constituent material parts of the universe, we would be able to predict all human action, down to the exact moment at which Vice President-elect Joe Biden will pick his nose.Unfortunately we’ve learned a lot in the past hundred years. Heisenberg’s Uncertainty principle was introduced in 1927 and says that it is literally impossible to determine both position and momentum of all the constituent parts of the universe. If we could do the impossible and somehow determine all the constituent material parts of the universe we would literally be God.Further we can build on that via Chaos Theory, largely discovered in the 1960s and 1970s. Which demonstrates that if there is second order feedback in a system and we have one part slightly wrong our knowledge is going to spin wildly out of control (the so-called butterfly effect).And then of course there’s Quantum Theory; quantum theory seems to contain genuine randomness. And if anything is truly random then the entire argument Ben Shapiro has falls apart (again).Further Ben Shapiro has managed to serve up the Omniscience Paradox on a silver platter. In order to understand all the parts of something you need to be able to model the whole thing in all its details. If you want to be able to model something that includes yourself then you need to be able to use your brain to model yourself plus the rest of the universe - making your brain more complex than the part of yourself that includes your brain and thus we have a paradox. In order for there to be an omnisicent being such a being would have to not act within the confines of the universe.And then there’s what appears to be his lack of understanding even of the dictionary definitions of the words he uses.Freedom is generically defined as the power to determine action without restraint (Random House). But if action without restraint is impossible, how can we fight for freedom?I can’t find the Random House dictionary online - but fortunately Dictionary.com seems to have it:1. Freedom, independence, liberty refer to an absence of undue restrictions and an opportunity to exercise one's rights and powers. …freedom. Dictionary.com Unabridged. Random House, Inc. http://www.dictionary.com/browse/freedom (accessed: July 8, 2017).In order to make this simple I’ve highlighted one word. Freedom only refers to action without undue restrictions - and indeed every single action I undertake is restricted. I can’t walk without being restricted by gravity, by energy, by the length of my legs. I can’t talk without being restricted by air pressure, air resistance, and the strength of my lungs, and my need for oxygen.So when Ben Shapiro asks “if action without restraint is impossible, how can we fight for freedom?” the only possible conclusion I can draw is that he doesn’t fight for freedom because he considers it physically impossible to be free. (Which doesn’t stop engineers fighting to lower friction even when they considered frictionless environments to be impossible.)Further, demonstrating he knows little biology or experimental psychology he asks:Since when does biology dictate a moral drive?It’s very clear he hasn’t read his non-theological Dawkins; The Selfish Gene (published in 1976 so more than 40 years ago) is demonstrating how morality and altruism at a family or species level outcompetes pure self-interest. Biology doesn’t dictate a moral drive - it merely advantages families, tribes, and species that have a moral drive.We already, of course, right at the opening, saw animals demonstrate a moral drive.But he then again seems to not understand basic logic. His very next sentence asks if humans have a moral drive (as well as a drive to procreate, one to eat, and numerous other drives) why that one drive isn’t dominant 100% of the time.If it did, wouldnt man always get more rather than less moral -- wouldnt history be a long upward climb?Man will not always get more moral. But the stronger the systems we can build the more moral we get - which is why we have little slavery. And why most developed countries have some form or other of universal healthcare. Not all our drives are moral, but some are.What about the murderers, rapists, child molesters and genocidal dictators?Not all our drives are moral. There is a drive for self-interest which conservatives seem to want to unfetter. There are moral drives as well which Ben Shapiro seems to deny. Humans are complex.So what do I think of Ben Shapiro’s argument that atheism is morally bankrupt? I think that his argument talks about a lot of things and gets almost all of them wrong. I think that his claim is highly insulting. And I’m honestly surprised that the author of that piece is held in as high regard as he seems to be.

This shows that Priyanka has a better IQ & EQ than Dr. Stupid Papara.[2]She is a doting mother to her 10 year old daughter.Recently, a Twitter troll named Girish Maheshwari (twitter handle: GirishK1605), a native of Rajasthan and an Accountant by profession in a Food Agro company in Gujarat, tweeted a despicable tweet to Priyanka Chaturvedi (twitter handle: priyankac19), wherein, Girish threatened to rape the 10 year old daughter of Priyanka Chaturvedi and also to rape Priyanka Chaturvedi.[3] [4] [5]This Papara[6]of a man, Girish had the audacity to keep the DP of Lord Hanuman and tagline of ‘Jai Shri Ram’ while sending rape threats to Priyanka and her 10 year old daughter.[7] [8]This Papara[9]man, Girish calls himself the Accounting Associate at BJP.[10]Priyanka Chaturvedi, justifiably took umbrage to this horrendous tweet by Girish and lodged an FIR with Mumbai and Delhi Police’s IT cell. She also informed to Home Ministry and Shri. Rajnath Singh ji. The Police on insistence of Home Minister Rajnath Singh ji took swift action and within 48 hours nabbed this lousy man, Girish from Bavla near Ahmedabad in Gujarat.[11] [12] [13]I am not sure of how much relationship Girish has with BJP but whatever he did was a criminal offense under POSCO act as well as IT act of IPC. He is now behind the bars.Priyanka Chaturvedi has shown great conviction and counteraction in getting a criminal being arrested for his online crime of posing rape threats to Priyanka and her daughter. This kind of gesture motivates the whole women folk to never take any online or offline abuse lightly. This kind of gesture also act as a deterrent for millions of these abusive social-media trolls.[14] [15]Priyanka Chaturvedi is indeed a bold and beautiful lady with great IQ & EQ required for being a Spokes-person of INC.
