Thanks for the A2A, Sambhavita :)To be honest, it was surprising to see this question on my requests the very next day, after working with Larissa.To everyone else who doesn’t know who Larissa is, let me give you some context. Larissa is an Indian blogger who lives in Mumbai. She blogs about fashion and lifestyle and has a lovely Instagram feed.I started following her only 2 months ago. Just few months ago, I had this idea of travel blogging. Whenever I put up pictures on Instagram, I had many questions about the places, itinerary and timings to visit. So, I thought, it would be a nice idea to start blogging on my gram and also add some tips about the place. Initially I was only following some European bloggers as I was travelling within Europe. But one day, accidentally, I came across a photo of Larissa.It had a vintage touch and I immediately visited her profile. She had so many beautiful shots and creative pictures. I touched on “follow” that day and have not regretted it, ever since!Few days ago, she had posted on her story that she is here in Paris for the Paris Fashion Week with L’oreal and that she needs someone to help her with the photos. If you have read my previous answers, you’d know I am always in for meeting new people and experiencing new things. So, I told her, I can help. She obliged and then I met her during the weekend.I went to the L’oreal Paris apartment with her, where they were doing some promotional videos and shots for the products. The apartment was filled with bloggers and it was nice to see girls from India representing us at the PFW. As breezy as it seems on the gram, in reality, their jobs are strenuous. I remember Larissa doing one videos several times, something about lipsticks. Her knee was hurt and she was not able to walk properly, and yet, she was always on the run with a super tight schedule planned for the whole day. I also heard one of the other bloggers also had her leg hurt, but couldn’t take rest.One thing I liked about all of them was that they knew what they were doing. They knew to groom themselves well, look more presentable, classy, very good at photography and very creative.Larissa was very charming and cheerful, throughout the day, which is what I liked the most about her. I spent those 2 days with her, helping her with the pictures. The next two days, she was touring around in Paris. On her last day, I volunteered to do a sunrise shoot for her and it was a great experience. I was so proud of the output, although I only followed her instructions, haha.That evening, we decided to do a picnic near the Eiffel tower and take some pictures. She trusted me to bring the tripod, but I forgot the camera mount. I thought she was going to hate me, but she was only being nice. I was very happy with the pictures and we had a nice time, except she was paranoid throughout our time at the park - thinking someone will steal from her (after hearing all those scary Paris robbery stories), lol.I look like an idiot, lol :PAfter this, we went for a dinner and said goodbyes :)On a side note, I also want to mention something here. There is a general perception that “fashion and lifestyle bloggers are freeloaders, they would do anything for a picture, they are ruining the reality of life”, blah blah blah. But, I just wanted to say that, in reality, there is a lot of creativity, years of hard work and several hours of labor into it. Larissa, for example, has been doing it for 7 years now.
