Let’s set one thing straight here: there were no “requests made concerning Flynn.” When the requests were made, the names in the reports were still masked. The people making the requests did it on the basis of the events in the reports, not on who was in them because they didn’t know at the time of the request.When you look at it that way, this looks worse for Flynn because he was involved in multiple sets of events that alarmed people enough to ask for whoever was in them to be unmasked and it turned out to be Flynn in a bunch of them.

The political party affiliation of the worker is not reported.[2]Two California men, one a candidate for mayor, were arrested for submitting thousands of voter registrations in the names of homeless people.
