Hi Everyone,I recently moved to Germany with National Visa for Work Permit.I went through lots of struggle starting from Visa Slots, Paper work and confusion about Federal Agency etc. So I would like to write down in detail everything and it might help many.Booking a Visa Appointment Slot: This was so tough. I am from Bangalore and the waiting time was 3 Months to book a Visa Slot. Make sure to book a National Visa Slot if your stay is over 6 Months and more. Enter the correct details while booking. Any slightest mismatch of data would reject the Appointment at Embassy.The Slots open up at 12.00 am German time. So it is either 3.30 am or 4.30 am in the morning for Indians. The Slots gets filled up very quickly. It might appear only for 2 minutes. One must be really quick in filling up data.Tip: Use Auto fill Extension in Chrome which also will have space for your passport number. This is very helpful and all you will have is to just type Captcha and submit.Warning: The Agent entered my passport number incorrectly. Instead of 56 he had typed 65 in hurry. Though all my other Details was entered correctly, my Appointment was rejected at Embassy. They do not accept at any cost. I had to wait for another 3 months. And I did by myself using the auto fill.Documents for Work Permit VisaFully filled 2 Application form along with two Passport photographs (This must be according to the requirements). The form is easy to Understand and fill.Valid Passport.An Employment contract stating your Position/Role and salary Details.Covering letter from the Company in Germany or Invite letter.Degree Certificates. (Carry German language certificates also if you have. This is not important )CVTravel Health Insurance. This is a must. Make sure it is valid from the date of Entry to Germany or earlier.Declaration form. This is available on the Website. Do not Forget to carry this.Demand Draft.Also please visit their Website and check the list of documents. They might update it timely.Tip: Take photocopies of These documents and make 2 sets. The Embassy will collect the photocopies and not the Originals. If you have missed photocopies do not worry, you will get time from Embassy and you can get the xerox. But People applying in Bangalore should also know that the Xerox Shops are not open early in the morning or before 10 am.The Embassy will collect Original Degree Certificate and Original passport. Do not Panic and they will return back once your Visa is decided.Confusions I had during my Visa Interview!How about proof ofaccommodation?No you Need not Show any proof of accommodation for Work Visa. But however Invite letter from the company must have some address mentioned. Like a Hotel or Friends place would do. Since the exact travel Dates wont be known it is not possible to book an accommodation. I said the Embassy that Company would book once my Visa is granted.What if there is difference in Name on the Passport and Employment contract?This could be corrected by your Employer if you notice early. My work contract had missed Surname. It was not a Problem at Embassy. I asked them at the end as I noticed this only on the day of the Visa Interview. It is Always good to ask your Questions instead of hiding. Sometimes they even give time to submit documents.Intended stay inGermanyThis is a Question in Visa application form. Many believe that if the Intended stay is more than 2 years we might not be granted Visa. No it is not true. Write whatever is there on the work contract. If you have Unlimited work Contract, just write the date of start and leave the other date blank.Pre-approval from Federal Employment AgencyThis was the part which took a lot of time for me to Understand. The Pre-approval from Federal Employment Agency will help the Visa Process Speed up. But it is not compulsory to have this before Hand. It has to be done by the Employer, if they wish to. If this process is not done the Visa grant will take up to 4–8 weeks. If you already have pre-approval Visa grant will take up to 10 days.Visa InterviewThe process is simple. Might take up to 15-20 minutes after you enter inside. The authorities will call the candidate based on the time and availability of the counters inside.The Interviewer might ask some Questions based on the Work contract and how did you find the particular Job. They will enter all the details that they collect from you into their System. And if there are any missing documents they give time to submit. So do not Panic. Make sure the Information you provide are true and accurate. The interviewer will collect the documents and take the Original Degree Certificates and passport. They will tell you the approximate date of Visa decision time. Collect the acknowledgement and Keep it safe.The Visa ProcessIf there is no pre-approval from Federal agency, the German Embassy in Bangalore will have to send the documents to officials in Germany. They will decide upon your application based on number of factors. Your Employer must answer the calls or Email from the Officials. This is very important.The Final DecisionOnce your Visa is decided you will receive mail from Embassy. It will just state“Your Visa is decided upon”This does not mean it is granted or rejected. You have to visit the Embassy and find out. You must carry the Original Acknowledgement with you along with ID. Either Aadhar or driving licence. Without ID the security did not allow People inside.Confusions I had onreceivingmy VisaThe Visa was stamped only for 6 months though I had applied for longer Duration. I stood in the counter to clarify this. They can grant only up to 6 months and we will have to extend the Visa at Foreign Office in Germany after our Arrival and before this time expires.My Name being very large after expanding my initials was a Problem too. Full Name was not printed on the Visa. They clarified saying it is only so much we could print and your full Name will be stored electronically. So do not panicAfter reaching GermanyThere are works one must complete after reaching Germany. I would list it out here.Residence Registration: You Need to visit the Residence Registration Office with Rental Agreement and a form that has to be signed by House owner or Hotel Manager. This form will be given by Owner itself if they are Aware of it or it is available in Registration Office. carry your marriage certificate if you want to Register your Family Status as married. Registration Office is available in the locality you reside, So Google it.What you receive: Registration ID. This is very important for any further actionsTax Office: With the registration ID/Letter go to the Tax Office and Show the work contract. They will make a copy of it and send the tax number by post.What you receive: Individual Tax Number. This has to be given at your work place for tax payments. This will be received by post in 2–3 days (Working days)Opening a Bank account: Carry residence Permit letter and work contract. Fill the forms and submit. You get a Partner to guide you through out. Any Questions you can contact them. The Card and other Details will be received by post.Foreign Office: For the visa Extension one must visit with all the documents.You might receive a letter from Deutsche Radio. One must pay 17 euros to this every month. However in few residence the owner Pays. So clarify this once you get from owner. You have to fill this form and post back. If you are late you end up paying late fee.

They passed their thanks and gratitude for all their efforts to keep the people safe and the country going.The other main reason for their visit was to showcase the UK’s arts, heritage and live performance sector, which has been supported throughout the pandemic by the Government’s £1.57 billion Culture Recovery Fund.Why aboard the Royal Train?They travelled on the Royal Train, which allowed them to form a “bubble” to reduce the risk of infecting others and/or be infected.They also needed to cover large distances, so the train was faster and more efficient and it required less security compared to if they had to keep police and royal security on the road with them almost 24/7.The Duke and Duchess are also parents to 3 young children. So, they would not have wanted to be away too long if possible.It was the more efficient, safer and the more environmentally-friendly choice in the given circumstances.They were able to travel to England, Scotland and Wales because their respective government pre-approved the trip. These trips/tours are not done by the RF or the palace on a whim. They are planned and organised in advance to be as efficient as possible and not waste time on the day of the engagements. All relevant parties, including the relevant government departments, are involved. And these trips are most of the time requested by the UK government or one of its department. Firstly, Get the Vietnamese visa pre-approval letter by filling out the secure online form then proceed to payment.Within the chosen processing time, you will receive your pre-approval Visa letter.
