What is Bitcoin? And why is it not supported by the Indian government?

Bitcoin is the talk of every town. However, there might be some who are still wondering what it is. Well, Bitcoin is the first ever digital currency that is used and distributed electronically. It is a decentralized currency as the control does not lie on any central authority.Bitcoin was invented by a pseudonym or a group of pseudonyms known as Satoshi Nakamoto in 2009. Satoshi Nakamoto laid the foundation stone of Bitcoin’s roadmap, i.e, Bitcoin whitepaper and to date, it comprises of the most viable description of Bitcoin.Technology behind BitcoinBecause of the sophisticated technology involved in Bitcoin, people usually misconceive Bitcoin as a revolutionary technology. However, Bitcoin itself is not revolutionary in nature. Blockchain technology, the technology behind Bitcoin is actually a path-breaking one and Bitcoin is a small yet important application of the potential blockchain technology. The next question that would probably arise in your mind is what blockchain is. Blockchain is a distributed ledger that keeps a track of the information transfer between every sender and receiver in the loop through encryption technique. Distributed ledger has an edge over centralized systems as there is no chance of losing data. The distributed system takes care of every transaction that takes place by keeping it recorded securely.Let’s have a look at the way how blockchain technology works with the help of the image below:And why it's not supported by the government?Primarily Bitcoin among all the cryptocurrencies was introduced as a solution against the current problems the established economy faces, such as inflation, scalability, income gap etc.So to think in a way, it’s a currency of anti-establishment and in a sense, challenges the government-backed currencies. And if we think in these lines, it's not a surprise that governments around the world including India are answering the rise of cryptocurrency by imposing bans. The main arguments in doing so they put -Cryptocurrencies are very difficult to control legallyPeople might store it as unaccounted assetsAlthough it’s true that cryptocurrencies fundamentally provide anonymity but in a country like India where a large sum of people uses platforms (ZebPay, KuCoin) that offer you to buy and sell cryptocurrencies through rupee and to do so, a customer has to register and provide their IDs such as Aadhar Card and PAN Card. Doing this allows the platform to keep a record of all the transactions of customers and as an authority, RBI and other financial institution can check these records at any time they want. So, in my eyes, the decision to ban cryptocurrency trading in India seems like a decision taken under the hazy understanding of it.Recently a few NGOs came together to challenge the RBI’s decision. They filed an affidavit against the ban. And the court is hearing the argument from both the sides. But just a few days ago RBI urged the Supreme Court to discard the affidavit entirely saying -“The impugned circular and the impugned statement neither violate the right to equality guaranteed under Article 14 or the right to trade and business guaranteed under Article 19 of the Constitution…The petitioner cannot seek to exercise the extraordinary jurisdiction of this Honorable Court to avail a right which they do not have. The impugned circular and the impugned statement have been issued in a manner that is consistent with the powers conferred on the RBI by the law and the same are legal and valid.”And let me tell you, the NGOs have all the legal rights to challenge the RBIs decision and the bank's opposition here seems doubtful of their own action. If they are so sure about their imposition, why are they trying to stop the hearing? On the other hand, another government agency SEBI sent some of its members recently to the UK, Switzerland and Japan to study the legalities of cryptocurrency exchanges and trading. These contradictory actions of two of the main financial bodies of the country show a lack of understanding around the issue of Bitcoin and cryptocurrency.Vishal writes✍️..

How was your OTA SSB for the CDS 1 2020?

Warning:— A very long and detailed answer ahead!!Hello everyone, my name is Vishnu Mann.I was allotted SCE ALLAHABAD for my CDS 1 2020 SSB and I chose 03 Jan 2021 as my SSB date. This was my 7th attempt overall & 2nd in allahabad.Standing L To R:— chest no. 3( Abhijeet), chest no. 5( Sandeep) chest no. 4 ( Anand) chest no. 2 (Dheeraj) chest no. 1 ( Varun) chest no. 6 ( Shiva)Day 1:— ScreeningAs our reporting time was 0630hrs in the morning I book Shiv-Ganga train for my journey. I reached Allahabad ( prayagraj) jn at 03:45am on 03 Jan , had a coffee there, changes my clothes in railway stations’ waiting area bathroom. Took a rickshaw for Kariappa gate of SSB centre and reached there by 05:30am. Found two other guys already waiting at the gate. One of them was a 3 time screenout candidate and other one being a fresher. This time no. of candidates reporting for OTA SSB was very low. Out of 60 candidates, only 16 reported for SSB. At 06:30am, A JCO came at the gate and asked us to form a line. We were asked to keep in hand our ID proof, SSB call letter/ admit card, RT-PCR test report/ asymptomatic certificate. One by one, we were asked to call our upsc roll no and sign in front of our roll no. in a list there. After that we put our luggage in the shed, had our breakfast there and went into the testing hall with our documents. We were allotted 14 SSB. Then our documentation was done , our all academic certificates and ID proof was checked for any mismatch in the parents' name, date of birth and whether we have all the documents mentioned in the call up letter. In case there is a mismatch, we were asked to produce an affidavit regarding the same. And if any of the marksheet/degree is missing, we were asked to produce it in the next 2–3 days. The we were divided in FRESHERS, SCREENOUT, REPEATERS and chest no. were distributed Accordingly. I was given chest no. 11. Then form filing was done. After that our OIR started. This time our answer sheet was different. Till now we used to write our option no. in the sheet ( like 1,2,3,4). But this time it was an OMR sheet. So filling the circle was a bit time consuming. Also the OIR test was bit lengthy. The first OIR consisted verbal questions. We were given 39 mins for 75 questions. Here I was only able to do 65, then when the assessor said that only 1 min is remaining, I randomly filled the circle of the remaining questions. In 2nd OIR tests, questions were non-verbal. And we were given 36 mins for 60 questions. This for me was comparatively easy than the first one. And I did all. After that it was time for the dreaded PPDT . The picture was a scene of cafeteria where 4 friends ( 3 female , 1 male ) were having tea and snacks. I made a story on group of friends celebrating after winning a quiz competition ( quite similar to my PPDT story of my last SSB at 1 AFSB DEHRADUN). After writing our story, we were asked to go outside the testing hall. Initially I wasn't too impressed with my story. As I thought I forcefully introduced quiz competition in my story as there was no hint of it in the picture. But in the I decided to go with it. In the time b/w story writing and discussion , I revised my story 3–4 times in my mind. Now for discussion, we were told that there will be a single group of 16 candidates including all FRESHERS, SCREENOUTS as well as us REPEATERS. Now this for me was a bad news as I thought that in discussion repeaters will try to dominate and fish market will be there. So most of freshers will get screened-In and us repeaters will get screenout. Now when the time came, I narrated my story sequentially and fluently. Even I was impressed with my narration 😆 ( for the first time in 7 attempts). Then in the GD, GTO sir divided the whole group in 2 in the very beginning. Now since in most of our story, celebration was going on. So no major conflict was there. I was the only one who had quiz competition in my story so I didn't mentioned it in discussion . I just went with the group. Give 2–3 valid points whenever I got the opportunity. And after 45 mins, it was time for the result. Now this time I was confident that I will get screened-In which according to my mind was a bad thing. The reason being that in my past attempts whenever I was confident of my screened-In, I got screened-out & whenever I wasn't too confident of my performance, I got screened-In. So GTO came and announced the result. While announcing the chest no. , He said chest no. 10 and then 13. And let's just say the feeling was not good. But the very next moment he said & chest no. 11. I was elated but wasn't as happy and shocked as my previous screened-In. I got 7 as new chest no. So after the result , again we filled more forms like 2 PIQs and few others. After having lunch we were sent to our rooms in TIGER HILL building. So in brief:—Reporting:- 60Reported:—16( 7 fresher, 2 screenout, 9 repeater)Screen-in:—7( 3fresher, 1 screenout, 3 repeater)Now most of us were tired from our journey and of theHectic process . Then we all went to cafeteria , order coffee and had a informal introduction of each other. There I came to know that along with chest no. 5 I was the most experienced guy in SSB 😂. So from cafeteria, we went to candidates line. There we'd our group photo , then we were briefed by our CHM for timing of our pyschology test. After which we walked there for sometime and then after having dinner we all went to bed as we were asked to report 0700 hrs in the morning for our PYSCH.Day 2:— PyschologyThe next day , we reported for PYSCH there we waited for 30–40mins. Then the pyschologist came and our pyschology test started. Now this time, I'd a change in my strategy for pysch but I didn't practice it much. So I messed up in my time management pretty bad. As a result, I was taking more time even after noticing the picture for 30 sec for the theme of my story. As a result I was not able to complete few of the stories. I also messed up my blank story a little. Although my performance improved in WAT but again in SRT I messed up and was only able to complete just 34 SRTs. I've prepared my SD beforehand so I completed it well before time. So overall I improved my performance a bit qualitatively in pysch but quantitatively I was not upto the mark. Then chest no 1–4 had their interview scheduled after pysch and went for the same whereas the 3 of us went to our room and had rest . As phones were allowed in candidates line , we listened songs, prepare for GK part for interview. Then as the other guys came from their interview , we talked to them about their experience and all. As usual, fresher were worried about what they did in the interview , we Repeaters had a bit of fun but calm them down . Then we went for lunch, after coming back, chest no. 1 did a fantastic mimicry of Maj Gen bhakuni which was way better than to any comedian than we've ever watched. In evening , after the fall-in, we went to the cafeteria , had a friendly discussion among us. After dinner, we again made fun of various coaching institute about their method of coaching.Day 3:— GTO-IThe next day it was time for GTO. We reported in GTO ground at 0630hrs. As usual, our GTO started with 2 GDs.The topics for first GD were:—India is facing the threat of China as an aggressive neighbour which of these countries can help India counter this threat :—JapanAustraliaSouth KoreaORIndia is being seen by the world as a force that can counter the rising China. In which area does India need to develop to become that countering force:—InfrastructureAgricultureDefenceWe unanimously decided to go with 2nd topic. I initiated the GD and was in favour of development in infrastructure. Initially we all spoke on the topic one by one. Even though we never planned it, but I guess we'd develop such a great bonding that we automatically gave everyone a chance to speak. Although some of us try to counter others, but I supported everyone and spoke how development in infrastructure can help in automatic development in agriculture and defence.2nd topic for our GD was:—What could be the reason behind the deterioration of Indian media:—Political interventionTRPDegradation in ethicsHere I spoke a little later. As everyone were focusing on TRP as the reason for current status of Indian media. I spoke on how this is all the result of degradation in ethics. Then our group automatically started discussing the solution for the issue. I initially thought not to speak, as even after one of us said that telling solution was never the topic but no-one listened. So then I spoke on how we need to do something about political intervention before coming with any policy on the problem. Then it was time for GPE.This time GPE was simple as most of the resources were just lying there in the map( like vehicles). Here again I messed up my time management, and was not able to complete my individual solution for the GPE. But I participated well in GPE and gave the group solution of gpe. Till now, my confidence had reached on cloud nine. This helped me in other tasks also. Now before this SSB, I practiced a lot for PGT, HGT. So I was giving the idea , and also was in front with few others whenever new obstacle came. Now here also all of us had ideas for structures and as a result we were able to complete all the 4 stages of PGT in time. Then was the time for snake race. As always the most entertaining task in SSB and we enjoyed it a lot. Here as we were only a single group, so we only competed with time. In HGT, group was divided into repeaters and the rest. Fresher took all 15 mins for the task whereas we were able to complete it in less than 5 mins.Lastly it was time for our lecturette. Here I spoke on mercy petition . My overall performance in lecturette was ,acc to me , average as I could have done better . The other topics for lecturette were:—Women liberationWildlife conservationGod vs scienceChild labourGreenhouse gasesGreen revolutionDegree vs diplomaVIP cultureThen 3 of us who had their interview reported straight to the office from our GTO dress. The rest went straight to the candidates line. As there was still time for my interview, I took permission from JCO there and went to my room to change my dress and wear formal. Took a quick photo & reported back to the waiting room for the interview. Now there was only one interviewing officer who was taking the interview of everyone including some of the candidates from 11 SSB board. So that day along with chest no. 5 he also took the interview of a candidate from 11 SSB. And once again we were sent back to our candidates line and our interview was postponed for the next day.Now after lunch, I introduced the group with the famous game “ Mafia". I briefly explained them the rules and the method of how to play and soon everyone got the hang of it. So we played the game for 3–4 hrs that day. Then our CHM told that the reporting time for next day is 0830hrs . So again we played the game till late.Day 4:— GTO-II & InterviewNext day, the first task was Individual obstacles. Everyone did well. I started with balancing beam/zig-zag , but was not able to complete it in first attempt. So I decided to skip it, and concentrate on other. In the end, I was able to complete 9 obstacles. In command task, I was called 4 times as a subordinate. And every time I enjoyed being a subordinate as it was entertaining to see my batchmate as a commander. One of the fresher even address us as SIR when he was commander to which I barely stopped my laugh. Now I was expecting hard command task for many of us including me as all of us performed really well in other tasks. But again surprisingly, most of us got easy one and he increased the difficulty for only one.Lastlya, FGT was a formality and we completed it in less than 2 mins. After which he wished good luck for the conference and the usual speech of don't get disheartened if you got rejected and stuff. After the GTO, I along with chest no. 6 reported for our interview. I again got the time to change my dress for interview. But for unknown reasons, I waited for 2 hrs for my interview after chest no. 6 interview was over. And I started to get bored. But then out of the blue, chest no. 7 flashed in the waiting room and I went to the room for my interview. Now from my batchmate, I earlier came to know that there are two guys in the interview room. I told them that the one taking the interview was a trainee and the one sitting on a sofa acting like a trainee is the real interview (in most cases a Dy president/ president of the board). But in my case ,. There were 3 interviewing officer. Which I was seeing for the first time in my 4 interviews. My interview started well. The interviewer in front asked me about who chose to name me Vishnu in my family and why. How did you came here who booked the ticket , tell me something about KARNAL.Then came the first rapid fire round , he asked me 9–10 questions regarding my education, my friends, extra curricular activities. I answered most of them but forgot one or two. But when I told him that I forgot he asked me to recall. I tried my best but I couldn't. Then he asked me the remaining questions and I answered them. Then it was time for some gk questions:—How much time and round would you take to run 6000m on a 400m track? What would be your speed? In kmph then in metres per second. You went to a clothing shop & the shopkeeper sold you a shirt of 2200₹ after giving a 20% discount. What's the original price?Amount of water required to fill this room? When you go for running in the evening what's the color of the sun and the reason behind it? What's scattering of light explain?Science behind rainbow 🌈. Difference between dispersion and refraction. What should be the minimum length of plain mirror to see your full body image.Do you hear the sound or the light of lightening first and why? The speed of sound and light?Time taken by light to reach earth?Distance between sun and earth? I by mistake said 1.5 million km . (Silly ?? I know)Then he asked questions on parents and family, like:—How do you spend your time with family?Whom do you approach for help father or mother? With whom do you share your all secret? How do you spend time with your friends at your area? What do you look in a person to be your friend? What qualities does your parents/friends/elder sister wants you to improve?Riskiest thing you did with your friends and alone? Then it was time to ask few personal questions:—1.How do you spend your stipend that you get?Which shows you watch on discovery? Name 5 of them with their anchor name? What do you right about on Quora? Your most appreciated answer and why?In the era of T20 why do you like test cricket? If not army, then what's your backup? How did you prepare for SSB? Why didn't you clear NDA written exam? Lesson learnt.Which arms you want to join & why? If not that then which arm? If not this then which arm? Reason for that order of preference.Difference between combat and supporting arms? Why engineering arms is supporting arms?As my father was from 17 JAT regiment. Then he started asking:—Motto of JAT regimentWar cry of JAT regimentRole of 17 JAT in Kargil warWhen do we celebrate vijay divas & whyAwards winner of 17 JATTotal battalions in Jat regimentWhere is 17 JAT currently stationedDG of infantryPlaces where your father was postedWhen did he joined the army & when did he retired( These questions were asked by one of the interviewer sitting at the sofa)The other interviewer than asked:—Why didn't you mentioned the semester in which you got 100 marks in maths in 10th class and 99 in 12 mathsYour daily routine.3 reasons why you want to join the army. Both the interviewer were trying to pressurize me by asking questions angrily but I was able to keep my calm.& Like this my interview was over. Overall I was able to answer most of the questions but sometimes I was answering something which the interviewer didn't asked . Like when he asked me about my daily routine ( I started telling him the reason why I started doing meditation). So I need to be more concise in my answers. When I came out of the interview it was already past 2pm so the time I went to candidates mess for lunch after changing my clothes it was already closed. So I just ate biscuits that chest no. 2 brought for me from the canteen. In the evening , we played mafia for sometime. Then we went to the canteen there I'D bread omlette, apple juice and doritos. Then we discussed what to expect from our conference. In the evening, we just discussed about our Personal life and lastly we decided to share horror story with each other and turned the lights off of the room to make things more interesting.Day 5:— Conference/judgement dayIn the morning, we reported at the reporting shed 0800hrs . The trainee interviewer ( a Col.) gave the closing address. Since he was a trainee, he by mistake said 4 instead of 3 techniques at SSB( मनसा वाचा कर्मणा)through which they assess us and then ends up including conference as the 4th technique. Our conference started by 0900hrs. There was a good discussion before calling chest no. 1, 4,5 . Chest no. 6 conference went over soon. & Then it was my turn. And with every passing minute time started moving more slowly for me. My performance in those 4 days was going through my mind, all the mistakes I did, all the tasks in which I performed well. I was imagining all the scenario and possible questions that I can be asked or put through in conference. Then to divert my mind, I started thinking about the 3rd test match between India and Australia. And after 10mins so, my chest no. Flashed on the screen and I entered the room. After exchanging the greeting, Dy president asked me how was my performance in this SSB and then when I answered he asked why weak performance in pysch. And then the next question that broke my heart,Any suggestions for us.And just like that my conference was over. After discussing my performance for 10mins they completed my conference in 2 mins .After coming out of the conference, I was sure that Although I was close but I've to wait more for my recommendation ( for that + sign that I desire more than anything in life). After waiting for 30 mins or so. An officer came with an empty file. He handed the empty file to JCO standing there and gave one of the worst short motivation speech I've ever heard. Becuase the moment he gave that empty file to JCO I know the fate of not myself but of the entire group. And what we feared came to pass. The whole batch was washed out. No one was recommended.for most of us it was the last attempt and after coming this close, it wasn't enough. Dreams were shattered in matter of few minutes, hopes were destroyed. For me it was completely different. For initial hours after result, I didn't felt anything. But as the time passed, a feeling of sadness started to crept over my mind and with every passing moment it grew exponentially. I realised how close I was , and only 1 attempt is left in which there is not a guarantee that I'll get screened-In let alone facing conference.Right now I'm analysing my performance more thorougly, all the +ve out of this SSB and the Weak areas that still prevail.& the struggle continues….!!Jai Hind.

Can a nonlawyer fight a case in India?

India is the only country where atrocities, crimes against humanity and exploitation of non-resident Indians (NRI), elderly, vulnerable, disadvantaged, poor and minority are committed by unskilled advocates, IAS, and PCS, all in the name of "democracy" and "fair play". They are appointed as the justices of the Tehsil and the Divisional Commissioners and the Additional Commissioner Courts. I provide the truthful particulars of my equal value partition case, which would provide the irrefutable and unshakable evidence that India in 2021 is a brutal country. Its sinuous rulers' practice and promote a kakistocracy. Indian Democracy is a facade. I never dealt with Indian Courts until 2017. I don't belong to any political or religious party.I have no desire to interfere with the internal administration of India, its provinces and union territories, but I have constitutionally guaranteed rights to free speech and write what I have been subjected to by IAS, PCS, my co-shareholders, land mafia, advocates, politicians, and public officials. The pain and suffering I endured, I pray that no other person in India, rather Indian or foreigner, should be subjected to atrocities, crimes against humanity, human rights violations, arbitrary detention, and decisions. Ex parte decision-makers must follow the Honourable High Court's guidelines and Supreme Court of India to make ex parte decision.I'm submitting the true and tragic story of a disturbing picture of the Indian judiciary where IAS and PCS are appointed justices without required qualifications. They are not qualified to interpret the law of India and India's constitution. These IAS and PCS are unaccountable and causing irreparable losses to all the people residing in India. My late father had four younger brothers. His youngest brother, who is approximately 100-year-old illiterate, is alive. The whole of his life, he was a prominent North Indian dacoit. He is related to Dr KK Dwivedi, IAS, presently Commissioner of Industries and Commerce with the Assam government. In February 2018, while I was in India regarding parental properties partition, I received a phone call from Dr KK Dwivedi["Dwivedi"] not to pursue partition because I would be endangering my life and the life of my wife and children. I replied to him, "let law and order take care of me". Dwivedi's birthplace is about two kilometres from my birthplace. In February 2018, I reviewed the parental property partition cases filed in October 2017, in Tehsil Handia district Prayagraj, UP, India, on my behalf by the High Court's prominent advocates Allahabad. I paid the full fee of the advocates to complete the partition. The claims were deficient in law; I was unsatisfied with the unskilled advocates, I terminated them. I retained a new advocate, told him to do what I instruct him to do. He agreed, and I was paying him whatever he was asking for every hearing. In March 2018, I met then SDM KD Singh, prayed that I would withdraw the deficient partition suits previously filed by my advocates and file the new claims. The SDM was gracious by allowing my prayers. I told SDM that I am a UP, NRI, over 70-year-old, residing in Canada with my Japanese wife and three minor children to support. One round trip from Canada to India of 30 days stay with expenses was costing me over five lakhs of Indian Rupees. The SDM agreed to complete the partition within six months. On April 25 2018, the newly appointed SDM Dr Raja Ganapathy Ramasamy's ["Ramasamy"] IAS server served my co-shareholders notices to attend the hearing in May 2018. During the night of April 25, 2018, the co-shareholders of mine came out with the guns, bow and arrow, bricks, sticks, stone, crowbar and threatened to murder me if I proceed with the partition. I emailed their murder threats to then IG Allahabad range and other high Uttar Pradesh (UP) government officials, praying for their help to save my life. On April 26, 2018, at the behest of IG, an FIR was registered against the four accused under section 506 and 352 IPC, Ram Kripal's son Tribhuvan and his wife on the same day unsuccessfully attempted to register FIR against me that I raped his wife Kusum in her house while he was away and dragged her on the street in public, the whole of Mishra family supported Kusum that they heard Kusum crying while I was raping her. They also witnessed while I grabbed Kusum's hair and dragged her on the street. On April 28 2018, the Danik Jagran newspaper published my story, which angered my co-shareholders and their advocates. Their relative advocates, Venkatesh, counselled my co-shareholders and late Govind Ram Tripathi, Lehkpal Dinesh Mishra and Gunda late Vikas Dubey of Kanpur UP, politician UP MLA, BJP Dhiraj Ojha, not to attend any hearing before SDM or any court in India concerning my partition suits, which would automatically allow co-shareholders to delay the partition. Advocates of my co-shareholders would challenge all the orders as ex parte orders and set them aside. As a horrific background, I submit that during the year 2002, my father's properties were foreclosed by the lenders, and no one in India was willing to redeem the foreclosures. My father, in shame, wanted to go under the train to kill himself. He begged my help to redeem the foreclosures. I agreed on the two conditions: 1) he will not sell or 2) transfer the properties without my prior approval and signature. He agreed to make a power of attorney, appointing me as his attorney. I appointed my younger brother as a caretaker of our father and his properties. In 2004 my brother, his wife and children put pressure on our father to transfer the properties to my brother's two sons, which our father refused. On January 25 2004, co-shareholders, my brother, and his family members murdered our father while I was in Japan. I came to India, conducted my father's funeral at my cost. I was unsuccessful in registering FIR for the murder of my father. Police advised when my father was murdered. I was in Japan; therefore, the case is closed. After murdering our father, the co-shareholders forged two death certificates - one for our late father and the other for me and made unsuccessful attempts in transferring my father's properties. My brother kept me in the dark until 2014, when I discovered that all of our father's properties were declared lawarish. On November 25, 2014, after bribing the authorities, I registered my name and my brother's name on the properties' titles. In 2018, my co-shareholders, my brother and his family were advised by their relatives Lekhpal Dinesh Mishra and advocates Venkatesh and Govind Ram Tripathi that murdering my whole family in Canada and me was the only way to steal all of my shares and the investment in India. They promised to drag the partition until my death. My co-shareholders greed and their relationship with mercenaries encouraged them to focus on my murder. In May 2018, a preliminary decree was passed and unopposed. Lekhpal Dinesh Mishra of my village and a relative of my co-shareholders took rupees 8.000, promised to provide Kurras before May 31, 2018. He refused to provide kurras threatened me to leave India at once; otherwise, he would get me murdered. I complained to DM and the SDM he was transferred, and other Lekhpal prepared Kurras. I obtained five stay orders and several cost orders, which my co-shareholders, at the behest of their advocates, disobeyed. SDM set November 12, 2018, to pass the final decree and grant me the possession. On November 12, 2018, my brother sworn a false affidavit supported by forged evidence alleging that I sold my shares prior to 1975 before moving to Canada. I provided the SDM land titles, where my name is registered as a co-shareholder. My brother and co-shareholders hired their relative Vikas Dubey, a Gunda of Kanpur, UP, to murder me. Dubey made several failed murder attempts. I witnessed then SDM Ramasamy was unqualified to interpret the UP-Revenue Code-2006 and the Constitution of India. He was acting like a gangster. In November 2018, I gave my brother's false affidavit to IG Allahabad range, then Mohit Agarwal for investigation. SDM Ramasamy also gave my brother's false affidavit for the investigation to the local police. In December 2018, my co-shareholders threatened to kill me and burn down Tehsil. Under 107/116 Cr. Cp. 10, my family members were summoned to the SDM'S Court. The SDM fixed January 22, 2019, to pass the final decree and give my shares possession. From November 12 2018, until January 22 2019, over a dozen hearings took place wherein the co-shareholders failed to produce BAINAMA to SDM, justifying that I had sold my shares. During every hearing, the shareholders and their advocates kept on promising SDM that the BAINAMA is misplaced and we will produce. I repeatedly told SDM that BAINAMA never existed because I never sold my shares. But the SDM was derelict in his duties to the public and was working at the behest of his seniors to delay the partition until I was killed.SDM ordered:1. Co-shareholders not to take any legal proceedings in the partition without providing to the SDM the original BAINAMA that I sold my shares prior to 1975;2. Until the investigation on the false affidavit of my brother was continuing; the partition proceedings stayed;3. That if my brother fails to provide the original BAINAMA, then I proceed with the Contempt of Court application against my brother and co-shareholders who endorse the affidavit of my brother;4. My brother and my co-shareholders not to take proceedings before him without prior notice to me;5. If I was unavailable for service in India, then the shareholders were to serve me in Canada. The co-shareholders, their advocates, promised to SDM that they would obey all the above undertakings given to SDM. They would produce original BAINAMA proving that I had sold my entire shares in India's parental properties. They failed to do that.On January 22, 2019, SDM advised me that the partition files were to be transferred to the Courts of the Divisional Commissioner of Prayagraj pursuant to section 210 of UP Revenue Code 2006 for the revision of unpaid cost order against my brother Rupees 250 imposed on my brother on October 30, 2018. I told the SDM that I would give my brother Rupees 500; please proceed with the final decree and possession. He refused. I asked him to give me the order of the Divisional Commissioner, again he refused. I told the SDM that section 210, UP Revenue Code 2006, was ultra-vires and unconstitutional because it deprived me of the opportunity to be heard equally guaranteed by Article 14 of India's Constitution."The State shall not deny to any person equality before the law or the equal protection of the laws within the territory of India."SDM said he was not an advocate. I also told SDM that the Divisional Commissioner violated the legal principle of audi alteram partem, which means "let the other side be heard as well".On January 23 2019, I attempted to meet Divisional Commissioner of District Prayagraj, then Dr Ashish Kumar Goel ["Goel"] IAS and Additional Commissioner Sarvesh Kumar["Kumar"]. They both refused to meet me. I met Peskar Gyan Singh and obtained the backdated to January 02, 2019, ex parte order of the Additional Commissioner Kumar. The order was obtained fraudulently based on personal influence without reading the Patravali, which was then with the SDM Ramasamy, contrary to the guidelines established by the Honourable High Courts and the Supreme Court of India for granting an ex parte order and contrary to the undertakings given to SDM as stated above. The Additional Commissioner Kumar, in breach of the legal principle of audi alteram partem granted his ex parte order. Kumar callously did not give me an opportunity to be heard. I am fortunate he did not grant ex parte order to hang me. Kumar arbitrarily stripped my guaranteed equality right under India's Constitution and violated the legal principle of audi alteram partem. Dwivedi IAS, being senior to Ramasamy IAS, influenced SDM, Divisional Commissioner and Additional Commissioner to violate the law to accommodate his relative, my co-shareholder Ram Kripal, youngest brother of my late father. It is sad to witness that an illiterate man is directing an Indian IAS officer. For clarification, I reproduce section 210 of UP Revenue Code 2006, India."210. Power to call for the records. - (1) The Board or the Commissioner may call for the record of any suit or proceeding decided by any subordinate revenue Court in which no appeal lies, or where an appeal lies but has not been preferred, for the purpose of satisfying itself or himself as to the legality or propriety of any order passed in such suit or proceeding; and if such subordinate Court appeals to have -(a) exercised a jurisdiction not vested in it by law; or(b) failed to exercise a jurisdiction so vested; or(c) acted in the exercise of such jurisdiction illegally or with material irregularity, the Board, or the Commissioner, as the case may be, may pass such order in the case as it or he thinks fit.(2) If an application under this section has been moved by any person either to the Board or to the Commissioner, no further application by the same person shall be entertained by the other of them.(3) No application under this section shall be entertained after the expiry of a period of third days from the date of the order sought to be revised or from the date of commencement of this Code, whichever is later."Advocate Madhava Nand Yadav ["Yadav"], retired UP Government advocate, prior to his retirement, worked as a Government advocate in the Courts of Commissioner and the Additional Commissioner district Prayagraj UP. His influence is tremendous because he was closely connected with commissioners, additional commissioners, bhumafia, and goons. I appeared before the Divisional Commissioner, Goel, on April 8, 2019, requested Goel to transfer the partition files to the Court of the Additional Commissioner hearing the cases because the Additional Commissioner's Court where my case was pending was closed, Goel refused to transfer threatened me to go to High Court for the transfer. Additional Commissioners Singh, Saran. They treated me with cruelty. The hearings have been adjourned over 200 times. I obtained directions from the Revenue Board of the district Prayagraj in January 2020 to transfer the files to Additional Commissioner hearing the cases because Court was closed for a long time. As a last resort, I obtained direction on November 25, 2020, from the Honourable High Court of Allahabad to expedite the transfer of the files to SDM Tehsil Handia within 90 days on two partition files and the third file, the order was made by the Honourable High Court of Allahabad to finalize the partition in six months. I feel I have been persecuted by IAS, PCS, advocates who are unskilled, unprofessional, non-lawyers, accept bribes to render their decision to the highest bidders. They terrorize the innocents in the name of Democracy, Justice and fair play; they don't respect law and order. The Government of UP is wrong, allowing Yadav to continue his private legal practice in the same courts from where Yadav retired. Yadav is linked with murderers who bring Yadav cases for the miscarriage of justice and victimizing the innocent public. UP Government failed to follow the legal principles of conflict-of-interest guidelines. UP is ruled as a police state.I have made twelve trips to India since I commenced partition, and each trip has cost me five lakhs of Indian Rupees, totalling sixty lakhs. My brother owes me his debt of 2.5 crores India Rupees and has caused damages in the amount of 2.5 crores India Rupees, both totalling five crores. These losses, irreparable injury to myself and my family, are solely due to criminal negligence in UP Government and India's Central Government, allowing bribery, corruption, influence peddling, atrocities, crimes against humanity, violation of constitutionally guaranteed rights, and human rights in the courts of IAS and PCS. The Central and Provincial governments ignore all public complaints. The revision of Rupees 250, unpaid cost from my brother, was a ploy to punish me in retaliation. UP Government miserably failed to detect and correct the legal errors that resulted in a travesty of justice to my family and caused irreparable loss. The Indian leaders are drunk, in a coma and sleeping while unskilled IAS, PCS and advocates like Yadav are looting the country. They consider themselves above the rule of law divine right rulers of India. Most advocates I dealt with are fake, running around the courts as pickpocketers. Yadav persecutes the innocent who are struggling for justice. India has the potential to be the Super Power of the World; tragically, India is misruled. A competent court of the world would lawfully finalize the partition in a day, whereas India advocates like Yadav are torturing the public and remain unpunished. The Indian leaders are doing great injustice to India's public by appointing unskilled IAS and PCS as the Justices. At the same time, India is punishing the Honourable Justices of High Courts and the Supreme Court of India to correct unskilled IAS and PCS miscarriages of justice. The State is liable for all the damages caused to the victims like me by errant IAS, PCS and the advocates. They are not following the legal path and sinuously making arbitrary decisions to injured the public for their self-serving purpose. If anyone in India or worldwide doubts my statement's genuineness, please review the files from the Court of SDM Tehsil Handia, District Prayagraj. The world is marching for humanity's advancement, whereas India is marching behind to punish India's people through the traitors. The atrocities, the crimes against humanity and the cruelty I suffered, I diligently complained to Yogi, CM of UP, Modi PM of India, CBI and several others. They all turned a blind eye to my legitimate grievances.I have dealt with Dr Raja Ganapathy Ramsay IAS, SDM, Tehsil Handia, Dr Ashish Kumar Goel IAS, Divisional Commissioner District Prayagraj, Additional Commissioners (i) Sarvesh Kumar (ii) Awadhesh Kumar Singh (iii) Bhagwan Saran, and (iv) Ramesh Chandra Tiwari. Probably Additional Commissioners are all PCS. It is sad to see that India, after a great struggle, achieved independence in 1947 and has allowed these unskilled, hostile, sinuous and belligerent IAS and PCS to deliver in terrorem justice. IAS and PCS officers took direction from DR KK Dwivedi to cause irreparable injury to me by disrespecting the Rule of Law. The named persons in this paragraph are mercenaries who would cut the throats of the vulnerable for money. These IAS, PCS butchers of India are giving India a poor image. They are tarnishing the reputation of the Honourable, the District Courts, High courts, and the Supreme Court of India. To safeguard India's people, the Government of India must consider abolishing IAS, IPS and PCS. They are a stigma to Indian Democracy. I respectfully submit that if anyone in India or around the world wishes to see how lowest of the low IAS, IPS and PCS have brought down Indian Democracy, one should visit Tehsil Handia, district Prayagraj, and review the file of Ramesh Mishra of village Soron and Meerpur to satisfy that the allegations I have raised in this article are genuinely supported by credible evidence, that the named officers in this paragraph have caused travesty of justice to me and they personally as well as respective government are liable for irreparably injuring me.Respectfully submitted,Ramesh MishraVictoria, BC, Canada
