A couple real-life examples:A developer went on vacation, leaving explicit instructions that the project he was working on was not ready to ship. Returns from vacation with an in-box full of complaints and bugs from customer service because his project was shipped. He threw a fit, walked out of his office and kicked a hole in the wall. Was fired immediately for destruction of company property.A developer survived a large layoff when many of his friends and coworkers were let go. He sent off an email to basically everyone at the company implying the president was brain-dead and was fired immediately.A developer was happily working for his current boss, then a re-org put him under another manager who he could not get along with. He went to HR to complain and basically begged to be assigned to another group. They didn’t do anything. He sent out an email to a too-wide audience complaining about the situation and was fired.Overall, the lesson is that if you find yourself working for a dysfunctional organization, find another job and get the heck out of there. I know people say don’t run away from a job, run towards a new job, but sometimes you just need to get out before you flame out and get fired.

In the Navy, in the absence of the Captain, the next senior officer (XO) automatically assumes command. He would contact the sailing authority and ask for instructions. Unless there is a specific reason why the XO is considered unfit to sail the ship he would do so. There has been an instance when a storm hit Bombay harbour with both the CO and XO ashore. The OOD, a junior Lt, considered it unsafe to remain in port. With the assistance of two Sub Lts on board he sailed the ship, returning after the storm had passed.In the Merchant Navy, a ship cannot sail unless it has the requisite no of officers as per the Minimum Safe Manning Certificate. Even if the Chief Off9cer has a Master's certificate and the 2nd Mate has a Mate's certificate, the ship would still be short of a watchkeeping officer. Assuming she had an extra watchkeeping officer and the ship met the MSMC, the Chief Officer would still not sail. The logic is very clear. “I'm not being paid to do the Captain's job. Nobody will give me a bonus if I do sail and if anything goes wrong, my neck is on the block.” Forget sailing. They won't even shift berth with a pilot on board in the absence of the captain.

Your single blog post came with the site - right off the bat that tells me that you're not legit. The least expensive product on the front page is close to $200. Trust me, there are no "trust" signals on the site and you won't be getting my money.3. The Shipping & Returns page still has the site instructions to you, the admin, on how to make changes to the page.That's as far as I'm willing to go. Don't waste your time on social media until you've gotten the site in proper order to convert buyers.
