My buddy Jeff and his ex got a divorce and because they had a couple of daughters, he was ordered to pay support.He paid in cash but never got a receipt.When he bought clothes or school supplies, he never kept receipts either.So you can imagine his surprise when he got court papers asking for fifteen years of back child support.With nothing to prove he supported or provided he was forced to pay. Essentially he paid TWICE.His family knew he'd paid. His kids knew he paid. But because Mom found a loophole, she was able to screw him over.That is why child support is now done through the courts. Well over time the community started to believe that the house with all the cool stuff WAS part of the HOA and started sending violation letters and fines to the homeowner . He ignored them and threw them away . He was served court papers and was sued by the HOA . He countered sued for harassment and he won. The HOA wasnt too happy because they had to pay $20K . Well they didnt pay and the judgement kept earning interest . 5 years later he filed to seize and sell their community pool area and playground at auction to pay the debt . Somehow , the HOA dropped the ball and it was auctioned off and the guy bought it at auction for what was owed . The community sued again and lost . He now leases the pool and playground to the community and makes a tidy profit .

Airtel - Biggest fraudster in the history of known mankind.I and my cousin had subscribed for their IPTV+Broadband connection back in 2011. The connection for the TV worked for 48hours and that’s about it. It never worked for months while we kept paying the bills until we stopped. Scores of calls and email complaints yielded no result until they slapped a court notice on our room wall stating us to pay 14k towards non-payment of bill for several month.We slugged it out against airtel with evidence and won the case. It just did not end there. Fast forward 2016, they call me again stating I have pending bill of Rs.14K and kept pestering me until I sent a strong email with the court settlement to their appellate officer and saw the end.Ever since then, I have made multiple copies of court papers, recorded every inbound calls as am pretty, pretty sure, they will call be again reminding me to pay the bill for a connection terminated back in 2011.Today, I get continue to get calls from them to buy prepaid connection, broadband and other trash offered by them. I don’t disconnect immediately, I transfer the call to ‘Sooji’**Sooji is a 6yr old stray dog that stays at my house gate.
