What are the pros and cons of attending Texas Tech and Texas A&M?

Well I have only ever visited A&M so I wouldn’t know much about it. Texas Tech is 4–5 hours away from where I live. A pro about its location is that I’m not too close to home but not too far away either. The campus is huge and really nice and most of the professors are on RateMyProfessor. I majored in psychology and Tech has one of the best psychology departments in my opinion. It really depends on what you want to major in and if location is important to you. Lubbock is a smaller than what I’m used to though so it’s really boring in my opinion. The dust storms and flooding whenever it rains due to poor drainage systems is a major con for me too. If you have any more questions let me know!
