How common is a 38A bra size?

38A is a difficult size to find with a very limited selection. Try a 38B if you can make that work. I wear a 38B, which is also a bit limited in selection but more options than a 38A. I like a padded or push up bra to give me additional size. My favorite brand is Lily of France, Maidenform also has some nice 38B bras. Or do a search on Amazon for 38A or 38B bras. I got some nice, inexpensive no name 38B bras from Amazon. Just did a quick search and I see that there are also 38A bras available on Amazon. Here's one of my favorite bras a 38B padded push up from Lily of France…

Yes, very common:Distribution of indefinite articles in over 450 languages (source: WALS)Although a majority of languages have no indefinite article at all, for those who do approximately as many have an indefinite article homophonous with the language's word for 'one' as have a separate indefinite article. A list of such languages can also be found there: Feature 38A: Indefinite Articles.

What is the fighter jet that had a roll rate so high that they limited the roll rate to prevent pilots from blacking out? If I remember correctly it was a British design.

I still have a T-38A flight manual from pilot training, which has this on page 6–6:ROLLSRoll rates obtainable in this aircraft with full aileron deflection are extremely high and could cause the pilot to become disoriented. Rapid input of both rudder and half (or more) aileron, can cause large load factor excursions during the maneuver.INVINCIBLE SECOND LIEUTENANTI note that we have a previous answer from a former T-38 instructor, Marcus Cade, who once did 30 consecutive full-deflection aileron rolls. Of course, honestly, it might have been anywhere between 20 to 40 rolls because at two full rolls per second, who can actually count that? And as he said, at the end of it “I couldn’t see a damn thing for a minute or so.” Which, by common logic, implies he couldn't see a damn thing during the last 10 or 20 rolls. The cautionary text I copied from the manual is for normal people. As he pointed out, all Second Lieutenants are invincible. Lucky for me, that was true. Apparently, also for Marcus. And most likely, for all of us.I’m going to guess that not many of us failed to test out that warning—because you’re not a real pilot if you didn’t at least try some full-deflection aileron rolls while you had your hands on the stick of a T-38—especially once I had my dream assignment to go to Andrews and fly VIP transports where I’d never do anything that might so much as cause a Congressman’s coffee to slosh around in his cup. So I savored every last crazy moment in the Talon. I don’t know how many full-deflection rolls I did consecutively, but it wasn’t anywhere near 30, that’s for sure. Then again, after a few I couldn’t see a damn thing, so who knows?
