Today I was on Facebook exploring my feed until this caught my attention;Now of course, with all my countless hours wasted on social media, I had the better idea of dismissing this as ‘fake news’. Forgery made up from the imagination of somebody who’s twisted a pandemic for their own interests. Using the Corona Virus as a way to get clicks and spread rumours by saying it was predicted in 1981.It wasn’t until I found out that it had been actually written in a real book instead of just being photoshopped on I became disturbed. The book is called ‘Prophecy: What the future holds for you’ by Sylvia Browne and was released on paperback in 2007.I got the book and read it for myself. Tales of horror and destruction were prophesied in this book. Acid rain from our pollution. Floods from global warming creating an increase in insects and frogs. Food shortages across the world. Forest fires from climate change. Of course, we’ve been warned about these but what seemed to make these writing more disturbing than any news article are the ones which have come true. Such as this flu, and the prediction for portable tvs being made in 2010 (Also known as the ipad)It disturbs me knowing that it might be too late...

I got Corona last year, had a bad breakup, and lost my job due to covid-related firing.Then started writing a novel. 50-days and some 70–80k words later, lost the only copy due to some data transfer error.Then my pet dog Sherlock contracted a life-threatening disease and I almost lost him.2020- not a fun year at all.As is the case with me I wrote about all of these things on Quora, which is the only place on the internet where I can share my low moments with the people who have been reading my content for a long time.Those comments matter.Those messages matter.There have been many times when I’m agitated or feeling low and a simple comment from some stranger makes my day.Looking back, things worked out for the better.If I hadn’t lost that job I’d have been writing for Indian TV. Yes those daily soaps.The family got closer after a very long time. I have been away from my home for studies since the 7th standard so it’s after ages that I stayed at home with my family for an entire year.Everyone is healthy. Dad and Grandpa also got Corona but they’re healthy. Sherlock has never been better and stronger.Losing my novel made me focus more on screenplay writing which got me my first web-series project and now a job which pays almost twice of the one that I had lost last year.And I’m glad that the relationship ended. It has allowed me to explore myself, made me a mature and a better person and I can date amazing people again and maybe find “the one”.When times were hard last year, I was still optimistic but the fear and anxiety was real too. I don’t like to post about those feelings on Quora that often, but when you’re facing them all alone, you break sometimes.I just try to focus more on my ambitions and these things start paling in comparison.I have faith in my stories and my words and they end up lifting me out.Practically, you can either sit and crib about the hard times, or respect them and keep on working.You’ll find better work.You’ll meet better people.You’ll be on a path towards your happiness.And at the end of the day, that is all that matters.Hey! 4 ABYThe Alliance to Restore the Republic learns that the Galactic Empire is constructing a second Death Star space station over the forest moon of Endor, under the supervision of Moff Tiaan Jerjerrod. The Alliance leadership soon discovers the Empire has corrected the design flaws that had been exploited in the original Death Star at the Battle of Yavin. It is decided that the station will have to be destroyed before it’s completed, as it will be virtually impossible to stop after it becomes fully operational.In addition, Bothan spies have informed Rebel leadership that not only are the Death Star’s defense systems incomplete, but also that the Emperor himself will be overseeing the completion of the superweapon’s construction. Seeing an opportunity to strike a crippling blow to the Empire, the Alliance plans an attack on the incomplete space station. One group of Rebels will fight on the moon’s surface in an attempt to destroy the shield generator protecting the Death Star, while another will fight in space, assaulting the battle station in Endor’s orbit once the protective shield is deactivated. Unbeknownst to the Rebels, Emperor Palpatine has deliberately leaked false information to them - the Death Star is, in actuality, operational and ready for combat. The Emperor also has a fleet of Star Destroyers waiting to ambush and destroy the Rebel Fleet upon their arrival.On the ground, a Rebel strike team led by General Han Solo fight the Imperial stormtroopers stationed on the forest moon in an attempt to destroy the shield generator protecting the Death Star. Solo and the rest of the rebels easily gain entrance to the bunker, and, after capturing the Imperials inside, begin to set explosives. Their victory was short-lived, however, as they’re soon ambushed by another contingent of Imperials led by Colonel Dyer and later Lieutenant Renz after the former is shoved beyond a railing to his death by General Solo, who lead them out of the bunker where they’re met by hundreds of stormtroopers and AT-STs of Tempest Force. Once all rebel commandos are lead out of the bunker by Tempest Force, the Emperor orders the immediate execution of the Rebel strike team.At the same time the commandos are captured by the Imperials, the Alliance Fleet led by Admiral Gial Ackbar exits from hyperspace and moves to attack the apparently unshielded Death Star. General Lando Calrissian and his co-pilot, the Sullustan Nien Nunb in the Millennium Falcon, notice that sensors are not detecting the residue of an active or a deactivated shield, which means that the Empire is jamming the Alliance and the shield is likely still up. As they pull up to avoid crashing into the shield, the Alliance Fleet spots a group of Star Destroyers moving toward them. The Empire, having previously anticipated the imminent attack, staged a trap to capture and crush the Rebellion by sandwiching the Alliance Fleet between Death Squadron and the Death Star II. Interdictor cruisers move into position to project gravity wells to trap the Alliance Fleet in-system.TIE fighters and TIE interceptors are deployed from the Imperial Fleet to engage the Rebel fighters and capital ships. Some of the smaller warships are destroyed by the TIEs, and the Rebel and Imperial fleets engage from a distance. Eventually, TIE bombers join the fray, forcing the various squadrons to fight them before they reach the fleet. They then have to protect the medical frigate, which is heavily damaged from the earlier attacks from the TIE bombers and TIE fighters. In addition to the numerical advantage of the Imperials, Darth Sidious’s Battle Meditation further helps the Imperials by scattering the attacking Rebel forces.Initially, the Star Destroyer fleet itself does not attack the Rebels, however, having been ordered by the Emperor to not attack the fleet as he intended to reveal a surprise for the Rebels, the fleet only being necessary to prevent the Rebels’ escape. Commander Gherant, when learning from Admiral Piett about how the Executor isn’t going to actually attack the Rebel fleet shortly after Commander Merrejk informs them they were in attack position, is caught off-guard at this revelation.Soon, the “surprise” that the Emperor alluded to his officers earlier is revealed to be demonstrating the battle station’s operability: the Death Star II fires its main superlaser on Liberty, destroying it. The Rebels, having believed that the Death Star’s weapons systems were not yet operational, are shocked. Ackbar orders a retreat, though Calrissian talks him out of it, reminding the Admiral that this is their only chance to take out the Death Star II. Ackbar ends up agreeing, with Calrissian suggesting to Admiral Ackbar that the Rebel fleet attack the Imperial Navy at point-blank range, hoping that the Death Star will hold fire to prevent destroying Imperial ships, and if that didn't work, they’ll at least take a few of the Imperial vessels with them. The space battle continues on as Rebel ships are destroyed one after the other. Lando wonders why the shield generator hasn’t yet been disabled as he struggles to hold off oncoming TIE fighters, until realizing that the impossible has occurred.At the realization of the task force’s failure, Lando attempts a tactical retreat urging the rest of the fleet to do the same. Taking out as many Imperial Star Destroyers and TIE Fighters as they can. However, the Death Star along with the Imperial Fleet gradually pick apart the Rebel Fleet and secure a triumphant victory.With such a crushing defeat for the Alliance, the Emperor’s first step is to stomp down the remaining resistance. Moving against key planets such as Chandrila, Mon Calamari and others, which are already being blockaded by in-system Imperial fleets.Specifically, Palpatine uses the Death Star to destroy the two planets outright. Openly spreading fear across the Galaxy and ushering in a new era of the Tarkin Doctrine.Death Squadron is soon reassembled and placed back under the command of Darth Vader, and as it was after Yavin, any surviving elements of the Rebel Alliance are hunted down brutally. The Empire, now no longer has a formal opponent in the Galactic Civil War, which is declared over.In addition, with the deaths of Luke Skywalker and Leia Organa, the resurgent Jedi order is finished before it can even begin. The Tarkin Doctrine enters its most prominent stage, the Death Star II is paraded around publicly.Palpatine moves to consolidate his hold on the Galaxy. And with less formal fighting, pushes a never-before-seen amount of credits and resources into secret and special Imperial projects.Simultaneously, he continues his research into life-saving, expanding, and transferring force abilities, while also further developing Dark Empire-era technology.By five years after the Battle of Endor, new cybernetic starfighters; Shadow Droids, with disembodied cloned human brains, have begun to enter service. Powerful new flagships known as Sovereign-class Super Star Destroyers make their way into every Sector Navy, while two new Eclipse-class Super Star Destroyers become the flagships of Emperor Palpatine and his most trusted military commanders. The Empire pushes hard into exploring, charting and formally colonizing the Unknown Regions and Wildspace, all powered by cutting-edge science and Palpatine’s new World Devastators, which allow the Empire to convert resources to new machinery and assets with hyper-efficiency.In the subsequent 10 years, Palpatine expands the Galactic Empire’s presence all the way to the Outer Rim.The Empire has formally absorbed the Empire of the Hand, though the Emperor is forced to violently subdue Grand Admiral Thrawn and other elements of the factions high command.Palpatine has drastically improved imperial technology and more importantly, has increased the presence of Darksiders within his military. Massive dark fleets commanded by colossal black dreadnoughts, consolidate Imperial rule. And where they appear, a general sense of uneasiness also follows, as the Dark side of the Force continues to permeate the Galaxy. Many alien species have been wiped out, smuggling and crime is at an all-time low, as are of course, personal freedoms.Palpatine has stopped aging.Imperial fortress worlds which have previously been limited to the Deep Core, are set up across the Galaxy. They serve not only as Imperial hotspots, but also oversee the creation of new dark servants.Those who have harbored ill-will against the Empire, even only in thought, are almost immediately identified and exterminated. Lord Vader is killed in battle, as orchestrated by Sidious, who refuses to take another apprentice.As Imperial science continues to improve, the Empire harnesses ancient technology including Kwa Infinity Gate, Centerpoint Station and more. Massive genocide occurs in the Unknown Regions, as Palpatine nationalizes and pumps insane levels of funding into the Extragalactic (ExGal) Society.By adopting esoteric technology, the Empire is able to pierce the Hyperspace Anamoly surrounding the galaxy, and, with a brutal dark fleet engages and easily destroys all Yuuzhan Vong forces in the Intergalactic Void.The Vong in fact, do not set foot on a single planet within the entire galaxy.The Emperor has created a perfect physical version of himself. A clone, with a host of genetic and biological augmentations. Palpatine assumes this new body by using his perfected skill of Transfer Essence.Using a new line of massive Super Star Destroyer World Ships, second generation World Devastators, and information gleaned from Yuuzhan Vong navigational biots, Palpatine heads out into the Intergalactic Void.Back home, citizens of the galaxy are placated through the overwhelming effect of the Dark Side of the force.The Jedi, have been unable to resurrect themselves, and other independent force-sensitive species or factions like the Dathomirians, the Aing-Tii and “Yoda’s species” are also wiped out of existence.Though, only Mon Calamari and Chandrila were formally destroyed by the Death Star, with that loss of life being sufficient to give the Tarkin Doctrine the hold needed to facilitate the massive push of Imperial research, many planets have been fully corrupted by the Dark Side.The citizens of Coruscant for example, are little more than mindless zombies. What’s more, Palpatine has created an array of superweapons able to remotely destroy entire star systems.However, the manipulation of so much celestial engineering has disrupted the natural technologies of Sinkhole Station, and, a new dark force is sensed emerging from the Maw Cluster.No one knows how a devastating conflict between two Dark Side mega-powers will play out, however, Palpatine is currently traveling through the Intergalactic Void in search of both other galaxies to conquer and the ultimate truths of the universe.There are also rumors of a new very powerful force user named A’Sharad Hett. A former Jedi, who unlike in the Legends timeline, has not been tortured by the Yuuzhan Vong.Hett has vowed to destroy Palpatine after Order 66. But with the Sith Lord temporarily gone from the galaxy, has now made public his following of Grey Jedi, and is attempting to seize power.
