It’s not that difficult, really!All you need is a Super-Compressor-inator !Let me tell you how it will work—Step 1: You enter the Super-Compressor-inator.Step 2: It would apply an extremely high amount of pressure on you (way more than your parents ever did), and compress you into an infinitesimally small volume.Step 3: You would become infinitely dense (way more than you are now) (see what I did there), and… you’re ready to stop time!But wait.That doesn’t make any sense, right?What does being compressed into an infinitely dense point mass have to do with stopping time?Well, two words —Black HoleTheoretically speaking, any object which has been compressed enough, that its radius becomes smaller than its Schwarzschild radius, turns into a Black Hole.The Schwarzschild radius is given as[math]r_{s} = \frac {2GM}{c^2}[/math]where [math]G[/math] is the gravitational constant, [math]M[/math] is the object mass in kilograms and [math]c[/math] is the speed of light in meters per second.According to this equation, the Schwarzschild radius for a Human adult weighing around 70 kg would be [math]1.039×10^{-25} m[/math]That’s much, much smaller than even an atom!So, if a person could be highly compressed so that their size becomes smaller than that value, they would become a Black Hole![1]Now, inside a black hole time does seem to stop.I’m no physicist, so I should take the help of Physics Stack Exchange[2] :In the context of the static black hole (Schwarzschild black hole) solution, there is a coordinate system (Schwarzschild coordinates) that we can associate with the observer at infinity. That is to say, the coordinate time corresponds to the proper time of a hypothetical entity arbitrarily far from the black hole.…if you draw the worldline of a particle falling into a black hole, you will find that the coordinate time in the Schwarzschild metric grows infinite as the particle approaches the event horizon. Naively, this would seem to imply that a particle takes forever to fall into a black hole, which would mean that it becomes slower and slower as it approaches the event horizon.
