Pud Ordinance: Fill & Download for Free

I’ve done a fair amount of work on this after developing and passing “cottage” housing ordinance in my city. Zoning/platting will typically dictate a minimum lot size in single family zoning that in a suburban area can be 6000 sq.ft. plus road area to access the development.What we did was shrink lot size to 2000 sq. ft. and allowed shared parking lots and a mandated shared park space of 150 sq.ft. per dwelling. I’ve seen 14 units put on a corner acre lot this way with a wraparound parking lot and all the houses facing a 3000 sq. ft. park in the middle with a playground. It is very dense and only possible through a common parking lot.(driveways and roads absorb too much space otherwise).If your city does not have a similar ordinance you will probably have to go the Planned Unit Development route(PUD) where you have to apply to basically create your own zoning classification for just that development. You would probably need to work heavily with planning staff and have the City Council sign off on it.

My pudding has been to run over leaves with a lawnmower and observe the decomposing fragments that turn into organic matter that, in turn, becomes a soil amendment for the following year. The pile of leaves that accumulates beyond the lawn is collected into large contractor trash bags, to be used as winter compost around shrubs; or dumped into the designated composting area at the inner edge of the property.Burning is prohibited by ordinance in our area. Wouldn’t burn them anyway, air pollution that is very unpopular and hazardous.

So, concretely, he is not labelled as the Ninth Doctor.Hence why, after the resolution of The Day of the Doctor and the War Doctor regenerates, he becomes the Ninth Doctor who feels ready to grow, get better and travel the universe whilst mourning for his fallen (with a lot of help from Rose Tyler).Let’s forget Capaldi and Whittaker’s regens for a second, and focus on up to Matt Smith, where a lot of these dramatic stakes were all about (in lieu of the 50th anniversary).Up to the Eleventh incarnation, the Doctor had regenerated 12 times (the maximum limit of a Time Lord’s regeneration cycle) and his current incarnation was, he believed, his last. His 13th life.This is due to the events of The Stolen Earth, where the Tenth Doctor is half shot by a stray blast from a lone Dalek and starts to regenerate but decides to siphon off said energy into a bio-matching receptacle (his severed hand).So, up to the Eighth Doctor, he had regenerated seven times. Eight into the War Doctor. Then nine and ten for Ninth and Tenth. Eleventh for the Meta-Crisis Doctor, and twelfth into Eleventh.Then, as we know, the Time Lords granted the Doctor a new set of regenerations, and he has used two of them already for his Twelfth and Thirteenth incarnations.In summation, Jodie Whittaker’s Doctor is titled the Thirteenth Doctor because that is who she is. She is not classified as the Fifteenth Doctor because one incarnation is suppressed into the inner most depths of the Time Lord’s consciousness and the other regeneration used was to satisfy the Tenth Doctor’s ego (see, I CAN recognise he isn’t perfect).Peace and Love.A short life and a merry one.
