Example-1) one who is living in metro cities will easily get a job, due to presence of more no of companies and opportunities as compared to a low tier cities. 2) An MBA finance is looking for a job not in his or her core functioning but a slightly or totally different job role, may be because of pay factor or any other requirements. So one has to do an extensive research and searching in finding a suitable job. And extensive means really extreme searching of jobs, on various platforms and hitting them, on a regular basis.From employers side - It's tough to say as different people have different mindset.Referrences do work. So finding a good reference is always advisable for job hunt.
