They won’t last for centuries, but Americans generally don’t want them to, because they move a lot more than Europeans, and houses tend to get heavily remodeled or replaced entirely by new owners before they can get that old.Rich people, by the way, also don’t have “old world quality” homes, unless the houses are in the East, and are actually centuries old. Mansions in America are also built from wood, and then sometimes covered with a facade to make them look like they are stone.

What kind of silly question is this?It's a problem in India that people consider Teaching, not a good job. Dear brother, being a teacher is one of the best profession.Do you know this man?He is HC Verma, a very well known face among science students. His books taught majority of Indians high school physics. He did his Master's from IIT Kanpur and later he became HOD physics at IIT Kanpur. He is a teacher and he loves it and we all respect him.Nowadays people are crazy after MBA and I challenge only 10% of those are interested in MBA rest are there only to landup in high paying jobs. See M.tech, P.hd these are for intelligent people who wants to do research. For example Chitrang murdia (AIR-1 IIT JEE, Did UG from MIT then MS and Ph.D. from university of california) , Narayan Murthy sir a master's from IIT Kanpur, co-founded Infosys. There are hundreds of examples I can quote but these 3 are enough.At last I want to say respect every field, be it Engineering or management and also give respect to every profession.For those who think doing bachelor's in Engineering or Master's in Engineering is easy then please ek baari JEE advanced aur GATE me baith k dekh lena. It's your personality which makes you big not the College, but still studying at IITs are matter of pride and Please don't ask such silly question afterwards.Ranjha this is base, OVER AND OUT!Jai hind🇮🇳

In physics, chemistry, biology, and math, the top Ivies can hold their own against the top California schools (Berkeley, Stanford, Caltech, and UCLA).Unfortunately, you can’t make the same argument in engineering (which is dominated by Stanford, Berkeley, and Caltech, in addition to MIT), unless you’re aiming for UCLA, which ranks below Cornell, Princeton, and Columbia.But seriously, a STEM degree from any of these schools would be something for your parents to be proud of.
