The process may look lengthy but it is simple to do:To change you name in the Certificates/ Mark Sheets/ DMC/Degree you have to first check what details of you are entered in your Registration Number and on the basis of that details any change will be possible.First of all check whether you have been issued a Registration Card or not because all the admission are made on the basis of 10+2 (which generally is the eligibility of all the courses) and the details like your name/ father's name/ mother's name will be entered against your Registration Number whatever you have in 10+2 marksheet/DMC.If the above mentioned card is issued to you then go to step 2 otherwise continue reading this point:Let's assume that Registration card was issued to you but for any reason you don't have now (don’t bother worry if its entirely not issued to you because some colleges don't give it to students simply because they would like to churn more money out of you for that forsaken piece of paper. But do try to get it from your college so as to avoid any mistakes in you coming years of study ). Now you have to go to the Registration Branch Ground Floor (personally) in the Exam Wing 2 and from there you have to check what details are entered against you name (i don’t exactly know if there are any charges for it, you can confirm after visiting the Registration Branch). So if all the details are already correct in your Registration Card they will give you a slip after on which the above said names will be mentioned. But if you have to make any change in the Registration Number then you have to write an application mentioning the requirement, a Photocopy of 10+2 marksheet and deposit an amount of Rs 220/- either through online(on the website of Kurukshetra University or in the Oriental Bank of Commerce or through swiping the Debit Card / Credit Card on the cash counter(located in the basement of Administrative Block). Attach all these and deposit it in the Registration Branch. Most probably by afternoon they will give you a slip with Corrected Details.Now the details like you name / father's name / mother's name / registration number are correct. Get atleast 4–5 photocopies of that correct clip (as per requirement+1)4. Now download this form http://www.kuk.ac.in/userfiles/file/Year2018/LeftLinks/MiscNotices/Duplicate%20Certificates%20Application%20Form.pdf and fill all the deatils (this is updated form also available on the university website free of cost, SAVE PAPER AND PRINT BOTH SIDES ON ONE PAGE). Same form can be used for getting a Duplicate Degree also and same procedure.5. Deposit a fee (and make photocopy for your record)of Rs 350/- for DMC (to be sent within India), Rs 500/- for DMC (to be sent outside India) and Rs 550/- for Degree (to be sent within India), Rs 700/- for Degree (to be sent outside India). These are only sent by post/ mail and not given by hand.6. Attach the fee slip with the form and original DMC in case of correction (but do keep a photocopy with you as record). Original DMC attached helps in the speeding of the process as they have don't have to search the entire record. Make a bunch of the following documents:Application FormFee SlipRegistration SlipOriginal marksheet/DMC or Degree (whichever applicable)An ID Proof7. Deposit the above documents inCertificate Section, Room No 100 (Top Floor)Exam Wing 2 .8. Take the Dairy Number after depositing the form. As this will help you in tracking the application.Same process is used for Duplicate DMC in case of DMC is lost.One form is used for one DMC / marksheet or Degree( as the case may be)

He was the youngest ever person in the company to lead a department and was responsible for turning a record profit with the Chevrolet. Nicknamed the ‘Detroit Dream Maker,’ DeLorean was set to leave a lasting legacy in the industry.Until 1973 when he left General Motors to start his own automobile company, the DeLorean Motor Company.Working with the Italian car designer, Giorgetto Giugiaro, DeLorean wanted to create the very first ethical luxury sports car.The DMC-12’s all-steel skin was inspired by Henry Ford’s 1936 stainless steel sedan. In an interview with the New York Times in a few years before the car was released, DeLorean waxed on about this particular design concept, saying that the car would reflect the different hues of the sky and would not rust for 25 years.DeLorean further promised that the car would weigh less than a Corvette, have better gas mileage than a Porsche, and would have all the new and required safety features.All this at the low cost of $12,000 - about $50,000 in today’s money.Many were skeptical about the DMC-12’s success since independent car companies going against age-old behemoths in the industry had very low success rates. However, DeLorean was a legend in the automobile world and analysts were confident that he could pull it off.With production delays, mechanical flaws, and engineering problems, the DMC-12 was only released in January 1981, nearly a decade after the company was formed. Instead of the original $12,000, the car’s final price tag came at a whopping $25,000 and a tweak to the design added 500 pounds to the car’s weight.Basically, DeLorean fell short in delivering his original promises.Due to the delays, the DeLorean Motor Company rushed the car to market, skipping performance testing and quality control processes. Thus, engineers didn’t find out until it was too late that the car’s engine couldn’t handle the additional weight, which meant that the DMC-12’s performance was unimpressive and certainly didn’t match its flashy exterior.The company had produced over 7,000 units of the DMC-12, forecasting an initial sale of 10,000 - 12,000 cars. By 1982, however, less than half of the original 7,000 units had been sold.A year after the release of the DMC-12, the DeLorean Motor Company was bankrupt and the British government officially closed down its manufacturing plants in Ireland.While the company was steadily going down, DeLorean was arrested by the FBI for possessing nearly 60 pounds of cocaine. UPDATE After December 2018 Process :If you need Transcripts for ECA evaluation or other purposes. NO need to visit PTU Jalandhar now if you had done your degree from PTU Jalandhar or its affiliated colleges.From December 2018 the evaluation process by WES and other Foreign agencies is changed for PTU especially. I will be talking here about WES onlyNow WES requires Transcripts to be sent directly by the University. Before Dec 2018 University used to provide a sealed envelope to the student and then the student used to post it to WES but now it won't be accepted by WES. Now University will have to directly send the DOCS to PTU and will also have to verify that these docs were sent by the university.The Process is However Quite Simple but the amount had grown up. Earlier the process cost around INR 1500 now the process costs around INR 4000 including Courier charges.The process is as follows.Create an account on WES Canada website. Please make sure that you are not using America website it should be of Canda and end with ca. Link is https://www.wes.org/ca/Choose ECA Application For IRCC option while creating an account if you getting ECA for Immigration purposes but if the purpose is for study then choose Standard application. (I will be talking about Immigration purposes).After filling all the details and paying your fees for It, you will be given WES Reference Number which is the first task to be done as you can not apply for transcripts without WES Ref Number.After getting WES ref Number Download Academic Records Request Form https://applications.wes.org/onlineapp/pdf/ca/International_Transcript_Request.pdfFill this form and go to your respective college from where you had completed your degree and get it signed or stamped as this form will also be required while requesting for Transcripts from PTU.In Few cases, You might not have to visit the college for attestation Purposes. Simply connect your college through Telephone and ask them if they could attest and send the form to you through email. I followed the process From Giani Zail Singh College Bathinda they agreed to help me on this. I sent all the DOCs asked by them through email along with WES Request Form. They attested the Form and sent me back by scanning.Now is the process to obtain transcripts.Keep the scanned copy of Academic Records request form with you and all the DMCs, degree and ID card scanned copy.Go to PTU Support website to apply for Transcripts and create a new account by signing up.Please note that your Mobile number will be your user name and password will be sent to the email ID which you had provided while signing up.After Logging InFirstly you need to add your course profile where you will select and fill all the relevant details.Once you add Profile you will see a card with all the filled details and below there will be an option of Post a new Ticket.Choose that option and fill the other details which appear on the screenApplying for WES/IQAS/ICES/CES and Other Foreign Agenciesand under that choose the option ofTranscript with attestations of all DMC, degree with Academic request form.TIP FROM PTU TOOKindly do not choose any other option just to save your money there are Chances that WES will ask PTU to verify docs and it will delay the process only, but if you choose option 1 then these chances are reduced drastically and all the docs are uploaded on PTU Support Website to get docs verified online itself. Although other options might do the positive evaluation as well I simply do not want to take the risk of getting my evaluation delayed.Hence its matter of only 600 Rs to 1800 Rs only. I hope we all can manage to go for it, If time is not a concern for you then you may choose the option of transcript only as well.But to be on the safe side I chose option 1.ZOOM IN TO VIEW THE IMAGE CLEARLY THESE ARE THE FILLED DETAILS.After clicking on Next you will have to upload your documents and give the Full address of WES along with WES Reference number.HERE are few warningsThis is the screenshot taken from Required Documents section For PTU from WES website.Once the Fees is paid to PTU. they will take around 10 working days and will upload all the required documents attested (WES Academic Request Form, Degree, all DMCs, transcript ) on their official website which will be available to be viewed and verified by WES people even you can see that file. It will be a PDF file with all the Documents scanned and attested. No Hassle at all.I applied for Transcripts on PTU Website on Date: 14 April 2019They uploaded PDF document containing official transcript, Degree attested, WES form filled (i.e which was attested by College and was later attested by the university on their own), 8 Sem DMCs all attested. on 8 May 2019.They Posted Docs to WES on 10th May 2019. Received by WES on 14 May 2019. I tracked it using the Tracking Number provided by PTU By message and was also available on PTU Support Portal after logging in.WES Updated the status of Docs received on 16 May 2019 and Now Document review is under Process it will take 35 business days to get final WES Report for ECA.We received your document(s). We are reviewing your document(s). was the latest status updated on 21st May 2019.On 26th June the status was changed to something as your Applications is under final review your expected date of completion is 17th July 2019. On 19th July the report was created and was downloadable from their portal.The evaluation was successful and got 4 years equivalency of Bachelors. The hard copy of the report reached on 21st July by Canada post in Ontario.All the very best with your evaluation.
