There are other factors:The consulate in your home country and the German immigration office in Germany have lot of applications to processThey have to check with other departments regarding the decision on your application. So your file moves around from one to another.In Germany the staffs working in immigration offices differ from city to city. So if your application is in an immigration office where they have very less staff to work on then obviously there is a delay.Another important thing is that most of the immigration offices here in Germany are overloaded with applications from refugees. They have a lot to do now and that is also one of the reason.In conslusion i would say, your sponsorship letter is just a requirement for an application but doesn’t any way influence the time taken for application processing. Hii friends….Caution: FRAUD ALERTThis is a story of my friend which I would like to share among you all for your safety and precautions.So, here it goes…One fine afternoon he got a call from a UK number starting with (+44…….), and pretended to be a HR from NYS Consultancy Ltd, UK and told my friend that from http://Naukri.com his CV was shortlisted and wanted to know more about his job roles and responsibilities. The call went for some 15 mins. Then, they informed that, he will receive a call from the Head HR and after 5 days he received the call from Head –HR and was informed to him that he has to work in UAE and will be provided training in UK for 90 days. My friend accepted the offer on call and on the next day an offer letter was sent to him. The screenshot of the same is below:Now comes the second person of this fraud gang which is based in India. In my frined’s case GLAZER LEGAL named firm contacted him as an agent who will provide all the facility including the Medical and Documentation and they also sent VISA Application form, Personal details form and Payment Details. They told him that he has to do Medical from GAMCA from any of the city in Mumbai, Kolkata, Delhi, Cochin. For, Medical and Documentation, Rs. 10,500/- has to be paid to GLAZER LEGAL immediately so as to process for the Visa at the earliest. The same amount will be reimbursed to him while joining in NYS Consultancy Ltd.My friend paid the money in bank doing UPI transaction and they even sent an Invoice for the same and was informed that Sponsorship letter would be sent to him within 4-5 days. He received the Sponsorship Letter within 4 days and GLAZER LEGAL informed him that he has to do Medical and Appointment at Embassy and for that he must submit following details: (Screenshot below)Now, comes the twist. My friend got worried for the point no. 05 & 06. For that GLAZER LEGAL told him that he need to hire a Supreme Court Lawyer to get the report or he needs to pay Rs.25000/- to GLAZER LEGAL and they will prepare all the documents by themselves. My friend felt foul in this. He then visited the NYS Payroll website (NYS Consultancy London | NYS Consultancy UK (nyspayroll.com) and while browsing down he just opened the link of facebook and he got shocked that this NYS Payroll website is a ditto copy of another company named http://avantagepayroll.com and many more…Then he just searched website regarding fraud game by Foreign employers and he was shocked to see that many of Indian youth has fallen prey to this scam and has lost loads of money.The pattern of their cheat is as follows:1. They will find you from any Job portal2. Will call you from any foreign number and will interview you telephonically (ONLY)3. Will send Offer letter and will say to contact their Agent in India4. Indian Agent will contact you by e-mail for medical and documentation and VISA purpose.5. After paying medical checkup fees the foreign company will send you the Sponsorship Letter6. After receiving sponsorship letter the Indian agent will mail you regarding the visit to Embassy will all the documents listed above in this answer, where for some of the document we have to pay Rs.25000/- (depends) for getting it.7. Then they will contact you by saying that your VISA has been denied due to so and so reason. If you need VISA, we have to bribe the person in embassy which will be around Rs. 75000/-8. Then after they will inform us that we will receive VISA and it is in process.9. The UK company will contact you by e-mail saying he need to pay a bond amount of 7500 AED.All these spent money will be reimbursed on joining. (This tag makes every candidate to fall in this trap)And what happens is the guy who dreamed about this job will be in dreams only…No VISA …No JOB…So, my dear fellow GUYS PLZZ PLZZ DON’T FALL FOR THIS TRAP.
