This is American media doing its best for American democracy. Talking about media bias.And for what? For being the leader of a bunch of kids known for its stance on defending the autonomy of Hong Kong's education policy from Beijing's influence! He’s still not gotten his undergraduate degree in political studies and public administration, for crying out loud.All this international adulation for this kid? I have a pet dog with more credentials.Joshua Wong is a kid undergoing his identity crisis - doesn’t know what it means to be a Hong Konger, a Cantonese and a Chinese. He’s still trying to decipher if they’re different or the same, whether to discard any or should keep all. The BBC produced an in-depth documentary on the operations of the forum on how it trained dissidents through protests and riots.The “front” that organized all the riots in the last 3 months of 2019 was affiliated with these groups cited by Sara Flounders plus 48 NGOs and other political groups.NED’s role for the student front was have agent provocateurs cause riotous activities and mayhem in the streets of Hong Kong to force the HK government to seek help from China’s PLA. They learned from 1989, the PLA stayed put and did not get provoked. Tiananmen Square II did not happen.And in 2020 when the Hong Kong populace got wise to what was happening, the CCP installed the national security law for Hong Kong.In the meantime, there is Joshua Wong still making noise and crying out from Hong Kong to any foreign power for help, Nathan Law wandering the streets of London, Joey Leung out in Australia trying to gain support for their defunct pro-democracy cause, and Andy Li with his band of 6 caught in a speedboat escaping to Taiwan.And the U.S., last heard were plane loads of consulate personal being sent home. And trump just recently got Michael Pack confirmed for USAGM (U.S. Agency for Global Media), another NED-type agency to suspend a $2 million grant to help Hong Kong dissidents. Pack also fired and revamped Voice of America and Radio Free Asia, other equally active agents in the Hong Kong scene of 2019. Assam JEE Incident.This incident raised serious questions against our future, the security of central examinations are at risk now.Proxy Candidates are basically people taking exams for other students, and hence getting paid for it. Assam Candidate hired someone from a coaching institute to take JEE exam for him, in exchange for monetary transactions, ranging from 15 to 20 lacs, as alleged.One, for an instance, you need contacts with the centre of examination, including the dean and the faculties, as major centres of JEE are engineering colleges, and as Tata iON is the exam-conducting body for JEE, college-going students are hired to invigilate the exam. These students, often among the college’s student, the JEE centre is in.Second, the crowd at the centre should be less as compare to other centres or crowd in the specific room, so that proxy candidate is installed in place of the original candidate without anyone noticing it.Third, a proxy candidate. Arrangement of the proxy candidate is done by a lot many coaching institutes, mostly engineering students or students of respective subjects in University or other professional courses, with apt knowledge, as they cannot take help of outside candidate as jammers are installed in the vicinity of the examination centre.It is not the first instance of such kind of activity, but there has been a history in exams like Bihar-2016, Bihar-2018, UP-2019, at various attempts RPMT, AIEEE-2011, and other state exams. Examination room pictures were circulated in January attempt of JEE Mains, where question screen was being displayed in the CBT form of test, even though network jammers were installed at the centre and by looking at the roll number displayed, it is of Uttar Pradesh, but no actions were taken against this student. (Included at the end of this article)To pull out a scam like this, one needs to be secretive and not openly accepting it but needs to pull a lot many strings for this. In this particular case, over 20 people are involved as per the media reports.

If an officer was dispatched in response to a caller, there is a record. It's a “call card" in the computer. There may be no reason to make any other type of “report.” Even way back when I started in law enforcement as a college student in Communications in 1982, we had a call card type system. It became computerized later. However, there was not always an “incident report" written in another format with a report number for calls.The complaint might be an annoyance to the reporting party but not an actual crime. It might be a misdemeanor like vandalism or loud noise during certain hours from a car with a booming stereo or loud muffler, but if there is no one around or identifiable when the officer arrives what exactly is taking up more time to type out a report in a certain report form going to do? A misdemeanor not committed in the officer's presence is not something for which a warrantless arrest can be made.A call card documents the incident and response. The caller just won't see an officer writing something out to appease them. Did the officer perhaps tell you that it wasn't a crime or some other reason that no further action would be taken at that time? If you cannot recall, call the police nonemergency number and ask some questions in a manner that's not accusatory.“I'm a little confused about the disposition of the call. The officer told me [fill in the blank]. Does that mean [action] is not a crime?”If additional incidents occur in the same location and more useful information turns up then, the call cards will have the information from earlier to see if it links up in a pattern or to a later identified suspect. Every minute an officer spends sitting around typing is a minute they are not handling other things. They are not available for calls until they are “back in service.” If they are standing around writing every word a person says about something that will make no difference whatsoever because for example, it's not a crime then they are not in service.
