PDF Editor FAQ

What don't you like about Canada?

This are my own observations about Canada. Keep in mind that I am American so I am looking from the outside in.Weather. It gets super snowy in Canada - it’s ridiculous. It is so cold there unless a short summer kicks in.Limited Job Market mostly confined to expensive cities. This has to do, in part, with Canada’s smaller population than the states but also you have less choices about where to live. In reality, if you want a job, you will be living in the major cities - Vancouver, Toronto, Montreal, Calgary, Edmonton, Quebec City, and the like. There are fewer opportunities in medium-sized cities, unlike in the United States where you have a larger mix of large medium and small cities to choose from.Resource-Based Economy. Look, I get it. A country with approximately 10% of America’s population and geographically the size of the United States has a lot of valuable resources that it can take advantage of and live prosperously for years. Unfortunately Canada is too dependent on them so when the price of oil falls - Calgary goes bust - and when the prices of other resources fall, Canada’s economy suffers. Diversify, diversify your economy. I know that Canada tried to introduce some high tech industry in Ottawa (think of the Blackberry phones) but most of the high tech went to India in spite of Canada’s efforts to get it to grow as Canada is not significantly cheaper than the states. Make tech, finance, and other industries a major back-up plan. Invest heavily and don’t procrastinate.Language Police in Quebec. They force businesses to operate in French and not in English. While I understand Quebec’s need to defend it’s Quebecois heritage, having a government run around and tell private businesses what to say and not to say and punishing them for not doing so is at best annoying and at worst ridiculously Orwellian. Here is a website article which details some annoyances with that system: 10 Times The Quebec Language Police Have Pissed You OffHate Speech Laws. I despise hate speech myself, but there is no such thing as free speech in a country if a government has “hate speech laws.” Let me explain: the moment a government starts deciding what speech it finds acceptable and non-acceptable it can in practice be a censor by coming up with the excuse that someone’s speech is “hate speech” and thus effectively get them to shut up. Free speech means that hate speech is protected in order to prevent any hint of censorship. For example, as much as I may despise a bunch of anti-semites saying “Jews are the scum of the earth” I fully defend their right to say it because if a government is big enough to censor them, it is big enough to censor me. However, when a speech acts to clear incitement at a specific time, instance, and etc. - such as “Let’s go and kill this Jewish family living at address ####### at 5:00 pm tomorrow” - that speech is clear incitement with detailed specifics, is not protected by freedom of speech, and should be punished by law enforcement - only in this very narrow, specific, and well-documented case. However, Canada’s having definition of hate speech and usage of hate-speech laws is a negative that can be SEVERELY ABUSED. Canadians, do you want to live with the possibility that the government can abuse it? I know that Canadians pride themselves by their “not-being-American” identity, but guys, this is one thing that I wish our northern neighbors would learn from us.“Cult” of Multiculturalism. It seems that the Canadian government started in 1988 under Pierre Trudeau passed the Canada Multicultural Act which stated that all citizens are equal and have the freedom to preserve, enhance, and share their cultural heritage and the government and Canadian society has been hyping it ever since. However, the concept of multiculturalism depends on the assumption that (1) all cultures are equal and (2) all cultures can coexist. Well I have no problem with that part - I encourage everyone to practice their own religions, to speak their own languages, eat their own foods, and to celebrate their own holidays - I am all for it [and I and my family are immigrants too and do the same]. However, this has created in a cult of worshipping the virtues of multiculturalism, which resulted in lowered (publicly voiced) expectations for immigrants to assimilate into Canadian society. In the United States it seems that every immigrant identifies themselves as being first an American and second a citizen of their former home country as every immigrant is expected to become a part of the melting pot and to interact with everyone, not just people from their home cultures and society. With Canada, it seems that immigrants do not define themselves as being Canadians first but rather by their home countries as a consequence which results in Canada becoming more like patchwork quilt instead of a melting pot - with more and more ethic groups clustering separately instead of coming together. Here is another Canadian’s perspective on that topic in his own words - and he absolutely nails this [Tajesh Manoharan's answer to What don't you like about Canada?]Don’t get me wrong. I’m not some right wing nutjob who cries foul when he see’s different people. I’m perfectly fine with peripheral multiculturalism. However I feel like Canada has been hyping this multiculturalism too much, that people are no longer interested in assimilating, and are now just sticking to their own culture, own values, and own people.Multiculturalism is about learning about other cultures, and sharing yours as well to the betterment of society. However for the vast majority of immigrants that isn’t the reality. Do you really think Sri Lankan immigrants are interested in learning about Polish culture? Very few people actually practice multiculturalism like it was intended to in Canada, because there really isn’t any reason for them to care. Naturally people feel more comfortable with their own cultures and values, so they tend to self-segregate in neighborhoods they live in. These ethnic enclaves are already starting to become more prominent. (Mississauga=Pakistani, Brampton=Sikh, Markham= Chinese, Scarborough=Sri Lankan).Changes: Focus more on interculturalism rather than multiculturalism. It’s fine sticking to your peripheral culture (in fact I encourage you share it), but make people understand that Canada has it’s own culture, and that people should be expected to assimilate to that. This way, all immigrants have something similar in common, so the chance of identity politics is reduced. The last line is extremely important. As a consequence of the politics of multiculturalism, we have increased ethnic and social fragmentation and are going to have increased identity politics and social tension among multiple ethnic and cultural groups as they have nothing in common (due to them not sharing and coming together). Does Canada want and need this?We already see the effects of multicultural politics and policies happening in Europe as shown in the following articles:The Failure of MulticulturalismMulticulturalism at its limits?Kenan Malik's essay on the problems of multiculturalismEven David Cameron, the UK Prime Minister once publicly acknowledged that “Multiculturalism had Failed” - and the UK has pursued this policy of multiculturalism to a greater extent than canada.Does Canada want to go the way that Europe went? This is where multiculturalism takes a society: tensions and sometimes even conflict. There is also a problem with a clash of Western and other cultures that needs to be reconciles. See the following Tim Das' answer to In what ways is multiculturalism a problem in Canada? It’s a problem because people from other parts of the world sometimes arrive with very illiberal, misogynistic, anti-semitic, homophobic, etc. views. If Canada prides itself on universal human rights and socially progressive values (it does), you can see the problem with importing people with these kind of undesirable values into our country. But the official orthodoxy of multiculturalism does not allow us to criticize or question it - no matter how glaring the contradiction. How is it that in Canada, a country that is a liberal democracy and prides itself on equal treatment of everyone, it is politically incorrect to expect for immigrants from areas of the world to abandon such illiberal, misogynistic, antisemetic, homophobic, and etc. views, which often are mainstream parts of the culture of their home countries? This is absolutely ridiculous - and results in extreme tension and discord in society - one of the main problems with multiculturalism. However, Canada continues to worship the concept of multiculturalism blindly without understanding that there can be massive conflict and tensions in society as a result of a culture clash due to reduced pressure and expectations for immigrants to assimilate. This is extremely ironic, especially considering that it already has experienced tensions and rivalries between anglophone and francophone Quebecois, of neighbouring cultures. Does Canada want and need any more such problems? Well with the main streaming of multiculturalism, it will have them. Just look at Europe and the challenges it faces.Edit: I have another observation I want to share: Canadian Gun Laws. Now, I am not a gun owner myself currently, but I am a major supporter of those who do, especially for self defense. There are multiple aspects of Canada’s gun laws that I don’t like.Let’s look at a summary of gun laws in Canada by a reliable source (a Canadian lawyer):Canada significantly restricts access to handguns. A personal licence is required to purchase or possess a handgun, and another licence is required to transport a pistol between two specified locations. With the exception of law enforcement and armoured car security guards, the only people with a handgun licence are generally those who are members of registered shooting clubs, and their licences only permit their pistols to be at said clubs or official competitions. While “Authorization to Carry” (ATC) permits are theoretically available under Canadian law, they are essentially impossible to obtain for anyone outside of a handful of occupations: armoured car guards, licensed trappers, and scientists, etc. working in remote locations where wildlife can be a threat.More info and forms available here: Royal Canadian Mounted PoliceUnauthorized possession of a handgun is a serious crime, with lengthy prison sentences common in most cases.Ken Dunham's answer to What are the laws of concealed carry in Canada?————————————————————————————————Restricted Access to Handguns and (De-Facto) Almost No Ability to Carry Weapons [Concealed or even Open Carry]: Guys, I understand the need for background checks and all that jazz which ensures that Canada’s gun owners are some of the most trustworthy in the world. I talked to a Canadian gun owner and he said that they have strict training requirements and face a massive background criminal and psychological background check as well.Given that someone passes all these tests, I don’t understand why they are not allowed to exercise the right of self-defense and must ask the government for permission to be able to carry a handgun for self-defense. There is a natural right (or as some say G-d given right) to self-defense and people should be able to exercise it within a reasonable restriction of the background check and extensive training requirements.I don’t understand why the Canadian government does not allow for concealed carry of handguns and instead restricts their movements being between two locations: (1) the gun owner’s home and (2) a specified shooting club. People should be able to defend themselves if (G-d forbid) a situation arose wherever they are - in their home, streets, parks, etc and etc and to therefore carry their weapon wherever they are.The Canadian gun owners had already passed a background check and are very trustworthy and are statistically less-likely to commit crimes. They, therefore, should be able to protect themselves wherever they are: Toronto, Montreal, Prince Edward Island, Yukon, and etc and etc without having to ask for permission to exercise their right to self-defense.There might be those worried that the guns can be misused - I have news for you! Criminals are not going to be deterred by gun control restrictions so these extensive laws that target law-abiding gun owners only serve to make them defenseless in the event of a crime. Therefore, allowing increased usage of handguns in defensive situations is not going to create harm to Canadian society - but on the contrary make it safer. This is especially important since the first 30 seconds of a fight or assault make the key difference while the police are (best case) five to seven minute’s away and will arrive too late. These critical seconds can be turned in a potential victim’s favor if he is carrying concealed and uses the weapon as (1) a deterrent with the threat of using force or (2) as a lethal weapon if things turn for the worse.Just read this reddit thread of gun owners explaining why they carry concealed, if there are further questions about why people carry and should carry weapons. I realize it is U.S.-centric but the same logic applies to Canada too: r/CCW - Why do you carry a concealed weapon?.Given that I talked about how an armed citizenry (within appropriate regulations) can make a society safer and how Canada has very strict laws, you would be utterly surprised to hear that after the recent Toronto Shooting, the city of Toronto is now asking the Central Government in Ottawa to ban the sale of handguns within city limits. Two articles that explain what is going on are: Toronto wants Ottawa to ban city handgun sales and Minister says government was considering gun crackdown before Danforth shooting and the Mayor of Toronto saying:"Why does anyone in this city need to have a gun at all?"That sentiment was echoed Tuesday by Liberal MP and former Toronto city councillor Adam Vaughan, who suggested handguns be banned outright in large urban centres."My personal perspective. I don't own a gun and I can't see why anyone else would," said Vaughan, parliamentary secretary responsible for housing and urban affairs.” - (Minister says government was considering gun crackdown before Danforth shooting)Well guys…. what about people’s usage of guns for self-defense? Are they supposed to give up their right to self-defense because they live in a big city? SHAME!Now, I have established that Canada’s gun laws are very strict.Their incidence of shootings is very low, compared to the U.S.So now, in the face of a rare shooting in Toronto the Canadian government’s instinctive reaction is to strip their citizenry of their right to self-defense?!This is my issue - the belief that by stripping law abiding citizens of their weapons as a consequence of a rare event, Canada believes that it can legislate away criminal activity. Just to underscore how ridiculous this is - I would like Canada to also make a law saying that murder is illegal and see how effective that is in stopping more murders! This mentality that laws save a society is absolutely asinine and Canada as whole is walking into the trap heads-on.To conclude - I want to share with you this quote:“Emergencies” have always been the pretext on which the safeguards of individual liberty have eroded.”― Friedrich A. HayekThis quote especially applies to Canada and its tendency to slowly increase the severity and scope of its gun restrictions to the point where it is now talking about an outright ban of handguns that many have and can use for self-defense in the face of an extremely rare shooting.I hate this about Canada.Well, that’s all for now. Of course Canada is a good Western country and has many values and characteristics that make it great, but it definitely can be improved. No country is perfect.

How would you structure the DCEU lineup?

I have actually thought about this before and even wrote my plan out for the most part. My idea was for it to be 52 movies long and the universe start with a lot of these characters already being established. I wrote the description of some of my movies but I eventually stopped because I saw no point. But, if people like this and want to know more of my ideas on specific movies, feel free to ask.My DC UniverseMovie 1: Stewart - So yes, the first movie I'm starting my DCEU off with is a Green Lantern movie. But not Hal Jordan, instead John Stewart. The reason it's called Stewart instead of Green Lantern is because the movie is actually more about John before he becomes a Green Lantern. Actually the first half of the movie he isn't a Lantern. The movie would take place with John in the military. He seems to be the soldier that motivates all of the others. At around the halfway point, John and some of his fellow soldiers get captured and put in a camp. The enemy soldiers tell John to work. He refuses, so they shoot him in the left shoulder. He stands back up, and they tell him to work, he refuses and they shoot him in the other shoulder. He stands back up, they tell him to work, and he says no. They shoot him in the chest. As he lays on the ground, he thinks he's dying when suddenly a lantern ring flies on to his finger, heals his body, and gives him a green and black suit, which would be practical and not CGI. After he gets his ring, he stands back up. The enemy soldiers start firing rapidly at John. He throws his arm up in defense and accidentally creates a shield. He then creates himself a gun and liberates the camp. The rest of the film is about him going after the leader of the enemies but also trying to figure out how his power work. At the end, John goes up against General Wade Eiling, who has been betraying his own team the whole time. John beats up the General, and starts to arrest him when he injects himself with something and grows in size. Becoming the shaved Shaggy Man from the comics. They fight, and John wins. Afterward, John retires from the military. The after credits is John sitting at home, outside, looking at his ring. Then a few people float down from the sky behind him. And talk to him. The main one introduces himself by saying, “Hello. I am Hal Jordan, welcome to the Corp.” then the movie ends.Movie 2: Green Arrow: Escape From Supermax - The movie starts with Green Arrow and his partner Speedy working together on a case. They beat the bad guy but are quickly surrounded by the police. Roy escapes but Oliver gets arrested. He is then outed as the Green Arrow. While in prison, he has to fight some of his past villains. He discovers that the entire prison is ran by a group of corrupt people. He and some of the better villains locked up in the prison, team up and eventually take down the prison's corrupt members. After, the state deems Oliver a hero and he is released from prison. The after credits is Roy and Oliver talking, with Roy telling him that he is leaving for Coast City.Movie 3: Batman: Under The Red Hood - Batman suffered the loss of his second Robin, Jason Todd, a couple of years ago. Batman already has a new partner, Tim Drake. He never knew why Jason left or who killed him. He was only sent a location and when he got there, the building exploded, killing Jason. A new foe is in town and he dawns the old alias of The Joker, leading Batman to believe this is a hitman Joker hired to kill Jason. We see an actual detective version of Batman this time. We see him study the crime scenes that Red Hood leaves behind and Batman ends up discovering who Red Hood is, but the audience doesn't. On their last fight, Batman knocks his helmet off, and the audience sees Jason underneath. After he beats him, he locks him up in a cell in the Batcave. He ask Jason what happened and we see a flashback of Jason trying to find his mother, getting beaten with a crowbar by Joker, dying, waking up in a Lazarus pit, then getting trained by Talia Al Ghul. The after credits is Jason breaking out of the prison and stealing an old Batman suit.Movie 4: Black Canary - Black Canary has no superpowers in this and is just a badass. She fights a bunch of street criminals throughout the movie with martial arts. At the end, after she defeats the big baddie, she goes to Central City to track down another gang. The after credits is her in the city about to beat down a guy when in the distance she sees a giant explosion. The explosion engulfs her. The screen goes black. And you hear the Canary Cry.Movie 5: Flash - Barry Allen is working in his lab as he is watching a broadcast of a particle accelerator being revealed. The accelerator explodes and lightning hits Barry while messing with the chemicals around him. He goes into a coma and wakes up 6 months later. He discovers he has super speed now. He starts saving people and gains the name The Flash by a reporter, Iris West. Barry creates a cheap red costume with yellow lightning bolts on it. He fights a bank robber, known as Leonard Snart, who carries a cold gun with him. Flash loses to Snart but manages to get away. Barry meets Iris, as himself, and ask if she wants to go on a date. While on the date, Barry ask Iris why she does what she does. She says she trying to help people because knowing the truth could protect people. He ask her about it getting hard or dangerous. She says it always is but to protect people you have to push through. This inspired Barry and he goes after Snart again, now nicknamed Captain Cold. He beats Snart this time but Snart manages to get away. The after credits is Snart standing in a dark room talking to someone about teaming up. He tells the man to forget the past and that they need to be partners again. The man turns on his gun, which puts out an orange glow revealing a man wearing welding goggles, and he says I'm in. This of course being Heatwave. There would also be a news broadcast in the background about Oliver Queen being freed from prison and a Calendar on the wall that says the year is the same year that John got back home.Movie 6: Superman - Clark Kent wakes up from a nightmare of him killing General Zod. Something he has already done. He is laying next to his fiancee in bed, Lois Lane. Clark is best friends with rich billionaire Lex Luthor who he met from his job at the Daily Planet. Luthor hates Superman, but doesn't realize his best friend is Superman. The first half of the movie a new villain named Metallo fights him. Superman ends up beating Metallo at the halfway point using Luthor's help, who plays along to get DNA of Superman. After he gets back, he goes to a lab with two machines. One has Zod's body in it and the other is empty. Luthor drops a bit of Superman's blood into a vial and presses start. Then a creature walks out of the empty one. Luthor says, “Oh you are Bizarre.” Superman meets this creature, which looks like a zombie Zod. The creature tells him that he is Bizarro. Superman eventually beats him but chooses not to kill him, redeeming himself of killing the real Zod. Before Bizarro is taken away, Superman ask who created him. And he says Luthor. The after credits is Lex studying the DNA, trying to find out what went wrong, when he gets a match on the blood. He looks at it and sees it says Clark Kent. The movie ends.Movie 7: Wonder Woman - Wonder Woman and Donna Troy are in the middle of fighting bank robbers when a woman shows up and helps. They thank her and she leaves. Another day, while fighting people, this girl shows up again and helps. WW ends up asking her to be her new protege, though Donna Troy is against it. She agrees and tells them her name is Helen Alexandros but they can call her Silver Swan. They discover that she can change into Silver Swan once a day for an hour. When she isn't Silver Swan, she is a small, weak girl. Wonder Woman keeps training her but Donna gets jealous. WW ends up telling Troy that she is no longer her sidekick but her partner. And that she has no reason to be jealous. This helps Troy for a little bit but she is still uneasy about the situation. She walks into a training session where WW is about to be stabbed in the back by Helen. Troy stops it and they both fight Silver Swan. Afterwards, Diana thanks Troy but Troy tells her that she should have listened and that she is going to Coast City because they need time apart. The after credits is WW asking Silver Swan why and she says because Mars told her she would stay beautiful if she killed WW. WW ask her who Mars is, and she responds, “You will know soon enough.”Movie 8: Flash 2 - 5 years has past since the first set of movies. Flash is now a well established superhero and is engaged to Iris West. Barry meets another speedster in yellow with red lightning. He says his name is Reverse Flash and that he is from the future, then he reveals he killed Barry's family, and that he will kill Barry. They fight, Barry loses, but RF let's him live. Iris introduces Barry to her nephew who is moving in with them. His name is Wally and him and Barry quickly become good friends. Barry learns to keep going faster, and faster. Eventually he is fast enough to beat RF. Reverse Flash tells him that he has already multiplied himself in the speed force. He is now an entity and not a meta. Flash goes to arrest him when RF kills himself. The after credits is Wally suddenly shaking his hand really fast when Barry suddenly walks into the room, notices it, and says, “Woah.”Movie 9: The Justice League - A Green Martian by the name of J’onn J’onzz crash lands on Earth. The Flash, Batman, Superman, Wonder Woman, and John Stewart all race to the scene, each arriving about the same time. Batman, Superman, and Green Lantern argue over what to do with the alien. Superman, being an alien himself, argues that the alien should have a chance to recover and calmly explain. Batman thinks it should be brought back to the batcave and kept in a cell till he can interrogate it on why it’s there. John thinks it should be brought to the Corp so they can take it back to where it belongs. Eventually they all agree to take it to the batcave, check it’s vitals, and stand guard till it wakes up. Then ask it questions unless it gets out of hand. Once at the batcave, a few minutes pass till the Martian awakens. He explains to the heroes that he is from Mars, and his planet has been taken over by White Martians. He then explains that they are headed to Earth to take over and that the team needs to recruit all the people they can, and that he too will fight. WW goes and recruits Donna Troy, Flash gets Wally, Batman goes and gets Green Arrow and Black Canary. John gets the rest of his Corp. Batman gets Nightwing and Tim. The main six (Batman, Flash, Superman, Wonder Woman, Martian Manhunter, and Green Lantern) all team up to face the mothership of the martians. The rest, led by Hal Jordan and Green Arrow, go on to fight the other, smaller ships. The movie, here on, mostly focuses on the main group, occasionally flashing back to the other team fighting. During the movie we would see the team having to come together, instead of working independently like normal, and a lot of J’onn’s backstory. Eventually they destroy all of the white Martians. We see the second team cheering, we see Green Arrow and Black Canary standing next to each other, and they both flirtatiously smile at each other. Then back to the main team. Batman tells everyone that they can’t ever let something like this happen again. Wonder Woman says they need to form a League. Superman says a League dedicated to doing what is right in the world, and protecting everyone from evil. Flash says, a Justice League. Then Martian Manhunter starts to leave, and Flash stops him and ask where he is going. He says he has nowhere to go. His people are gone, he is only left to explore. Then Wonder Woman says, “You are one of us now.” Superman then questions how they will be able to keep surveillance of everyone. That’s when Batman says, “I have a plan for that.” Cut to a year later. Main 6, minus Batman, are looking out a window, but we don’t see what they are looking at. They are talking about how beautiful it is. We then see Batman, in costume with his cowl down, knock on a door. The door opens, and Green Arrow is standing inside. He thanks him for helping fund it. GA says of course, but then says he has a date to go to. Batman, jokingly, says, “I know. A little birdie told me.” Oliver chuckles and walks off. We now see Batman walking toward the league, and the camera slowly moves up to show that they were looking out a giant window into space. They all meet, an alarm goes off, Wonder Woman says time to go to work, and it quickly flashes to Superman’s crest, Wonder Woman’s tiara, Flash’s lightning bolt, Stewart’s lantern on his chest, MM’s red X, and Batman’s bat symbol on his chest. Then Bruce says let’s do this, as he is putting the cowl on. The final shot is Batman’s head, tilted toward the ground a little, and he opens his eyes toward the camera. (Similar to the Arkham Origins logo). The after credits is Atlantis. Some man, Ocean Master, is sitting on a throne. Two men are arguing on what to do about the most recent attack on Earth. One man, Nuidis Vulko, says that they should do nothing. The surface dwellers don’t know about their existence. The other man argues that humans can’t be trusted, and that it’s time for the Atlanteans to take over. The two men start to argue, and the king silences them. He then tells the unnamed man that he is right. And that it is time for Atlantis to rise.Movie 10: Aquaman - Moments after the Justice League after credits, Nuidis starts to leave Atlantis. His wife ask where he is going and he tells her to find help in stopping Orm. She tells him that he can’t go against the king, and he tells her he has to. He tries to understand the surface, and tries to find the Justice League but no one can help him. He finally settles in a bar near the ocean, when a young man walks in and ask the bartender if he knows anything about Atlantis. The bartender laughs and tells the man he is clearly too drunk to be going to new bars. Nuidis approaches the man and questions him. He gets the man to confess he has abilities. They go out to the ocean, and the man jumps in and flies through the water and comes back extremely fast. Upon arriving back, Nuidis says it was impressive. The man holds up a finger, and suddenly shark fins rise up in the water behind him. He tells the man he can control any aquatic animal, metantally. The Nuidis starts acting a bit strange and ask the man for his last name. The man says, “Curry. Arthur Curry.” Nuidis says, “Arthur, huh?” And shakes Arthur’s hand, but is a bit strange. He tells Arthur that he can not only get him to Atlantis, but he can become King of Atlantis. Arthur seems weary at first but is convinced by Nuidis. They go to Atlantis, and Arthur challenges Ocean Master. Ocean Master ask who he is to challenge him, the King. Nuidis steps up and says, “He is Arthur Curry, son of Tom Curry and Atlanna. Rightful heir to throne.” Ocean Master stops, frozen, and looks at Arthur and says, “Oh. Is that right boy? Are you my brother?” Arthur stands shocked, then Ocean Master laughs, grabs him, headbutts him, and throws him across the room. He then starts stepping down the staircase and tells Nuidis that his failed attempt to overthrow him was laughable. He tells him that his older brother was dead. That he was left alone, and no way could he have survived. And if he had, he would not be this puny surface dweller. They are both imprisoned. Arthur is pissed over Nuidis not telling him the truth. Nuidis apologizes and tells Arthur everything, including Orm’s plan to take over. Arthur stands up and ask what they are going to do. Nuidis ask if he’s ever used a trident. Arthur says no. Nuidis tells him not to worry, it’s been used in his family for generations and it is their weapon of choice. The weapon should come natural, but Arthur will have to learn how to hone in on his power. He tells Arthur that emotions such as fear, rage, and sadness can give someone enough power to win a battle, but being focused and calm is how you win a war. He tries to learn his powers but can’t in time. The guards come after a few days, and Arthur demands a true fight for the throne. They somehow prove that he is in fact the son of Atlanna, and at first the audience starts getting confused, but then Orm says that he has been a surface dweller too long and can’t become king. They start fighting, after Arthur is given a trident, and Arthur loses, but Nuidis jumps in and stabs Ocean Master in the ribs with a little dagger. After winning, he disarms his brother and puts the trident right at his face. The audience starts cheering and Arthur stops. He looks around at the people Atlantis and ask them what is wrong with them. That they are a violent people who hunger for blood. He tells them that he is now King and he will change the way they view things, and that their presence will be known, to everyone. He then looks down at his brother and tells him that he won’t kill him. Orm is then arrested. Arthur checks on Nuidis, who is dying. He tells Arthur that he did good, and that he will soon be the greatest king to have ever lived. He then dies. People Want Us

Easy to use, I really like how you can set the fields so the other party signing knows exactly where to sign. As an Insurance Agent, we are constantly needing people to sign documents. CocoDoc is great because not only do you get a printout of the other partys email address after they sign, but you also get their IP address. This will come in handy if our agency is ever audited for something like signatures on an application.
