Dems flipped the governor’s seat by over 400K votes, took the state House vote by 49,400.PA (20 EV) - Trump carried it by 44,300 votes. 4 House districts flipped to D and one 1 to R in 2016, Dems took the state House vote by 471,400WI (10 EV) - Trump carried it by 22,700 votes. Dems flipped the governor’s seat by over 400K votes, took the state House vote by 109,000.FL (29 EV) - Trump carried it by 112,900 votes. The races for the Senate and Governor were both razor thin. There are over a 500,000 potential new voters who were previously disenfranchised because they are felons. Dems flipped 2 districts in 2016, Republicans took the state House vote by 748,500.NE-02 (1 EV) - Trump carried it by 6,500 votes. Dems lost the House race by 4,500 votes in 2018. A chance, but it would be a stretch.ME-02 (1 EV) - Trump carried it by 36,400 votes. This seat flipped to the Dems in 2016 by 3500 votes after IRV, and there are now no Republican House seats in all of New England. Republicans took the House vote by 304,700.Looking at that, I’d say that it looks likely that they’ll take back MI, WI and PA under almost any scenario, which would give them 278 EVs. They’re moderately likely to pick up ME-02, with opposition to Susan Collins driving Dem turnout. They have a shot at FL, AZ, and NC.If they winFL, that would be 307. This could be a heavy lift, but the wild card there is the half million or so potential new voters as a result of felons being given back the right to vote.AZ, that would be 289. A bit of a stretch, but nobody gave Sinema much of a chance against McSally in the beginning, either.NC, that would be 293. To me, this is a real wild card. That 304,700 vote margin is only 6.6%, they’re going to have to redraw the House district maps for 2020 which will likely result in more competitive races there, and it will be very interesting to see if the state GOP gets a real black eye over the shenanigans going on in NC-09.
