Staff Record: Fill & Download for Free

I wasn’t quite sure about this, until the HR officer asked me whether I wanted the staff records to list me as female or male.I had to read that a few times before I could believe it.Somebody was giving me a choice whether I wanted to be registered as female or male.Wow.This was when I had applied for a temporary research post (read: no patient contact) at a big US medical centre earlier this year, and had managed to squeeze in the phrase “legally male, but genderfluid with preference for female pronouns” into the gender marker tick box. (Thank you, Pym Particles!)That’s when their HR gave me the option - and after 24 hours of deliberation (and asking myself a similar question to the one above) - I asked her to register me as female.My passport, US visa, health insurance and flight ticket all listed me as my legal male gender; but I was female in the staff records of that centre where I worked at in the US.I don’t think that there were any legal repercussions of my choice, and that staff ID with my true gender coded into it is one of my most treasured mementos of my trip to the US.

I work in the NHS in Yorkshire after coming to the NHS from the USA health care system. The trust I work for is impressive, and like nothing, I’ve seen in the USA. Bedside scanning of ID bands, electronic blood test ordering & bedside printing of blood request labels right next to the patient as you take their blood.Touch screen check-in eliminating the need to speak to a person.One stop breast cancer check, if you have suspected breast cancer, you can go to this one-stop check-in which will do everything from histology to imaging all in one day. You see a doctor and have your scans read. Everything is done, and they even serve you with a smile.Electronic GP records - electronic records to and from your GP.En-Suite rooms, bedside scanners, endoscopy, modern and beautiful theatres,There are 12 new LINAC for radiotherapy treatment, which has TV screens above them for patient comfort. The last thing you should be afraid of is not having up to a high-quality top of the line equipment. That's the beauty of a government-run health service, buying power.

….I did not like it.. I watched their vlive and they all said they were disappointed they didn’t recieve the award. The clip the staff recorded bts’s reaction, if you looked closely, Jimin, Tae (especially) looked upset. Namjoon said “I told u” right after they announced Rain On Me the best pop duo/group performance..RAIN ON ME was NOT a pop duo/group performance.Ariana Grande and Lady Gaga was simply a CALLABORATION. They weren’t a pop duo..In that catergory, BTS was the only group there, the rest of the nomintions in that catergory was simple collabs…BTS knew about the GRAMMYS not wanting them to recieve the awardI PERSONALLY think that BTS knew they weren’t going to recieve it in the first place, but they still had their hopes up high, because they believed in ARMY.I was surprised by BTS’s reactionI was really surprised because this was going to a big thing for BTS if they had won. I was shocked that BTS didn’t showed their disappointment on camera, because they knew ARMYS would be furious for making them sad and we’ll basically destroy the SCAMMYS.I was hurt when I heard RM said “I told you”I was hurt because, they all probably knew the SCAMMYS weren’t treating them right. Namjoon probably told the members don’t get your hopes high but they all ended up anyways.In the Vlive when RM said he read articles about BTS failing to get the awardI was DEFINITELY disappointed here. We ARMYS were trying to cheer them up on weverse but still ended up getting hurt with articles saying BTS FAILED to acheive an award. That literally pissed me, they didn’t failed to recieve it, the SCAMMYS FAILED to GIVE BTS the award.I don’t even know why I am putting so much thought into this, I’m going to stop right here. Either ways if BTS won or not, I am still proud of them for being the artists from a different culture and country, to get nominated and influence the world.
