I don’t think Goku can achieve Super Saiyan Blue 2 and 3. There will be a couple of reasons on why Goku can’t achieve SSB 2 and 3. For starters:It copies the original Super SaiyanThe super saiyan concept is very interesting and a unique feature in the Dragon Ball Franchise. As it is one of the more famous things and the one feature that differentiate Dragon Ball to the all of the other anime. Though I don’t think Toei Animations are going to make the exact same concept with the SSB as it is basically copying from the DBZ. People will get bored seeing the same concept over the years just used again but in a different color.OverpoweredIn this stage of the DBS series, another surprise Super Saiyan Blue 2 or 3 transformation will be to overpowered. Why you may ask? Well, the Ultra Instinct just got introduced a couple of episodes ago and it looks pretty overpowered. Just imagine another 2 transformation after the ultra instinct, isn’t it too overpowered? Introducing a SSB 2 transformation will mean the transformation that can rival the gods can potentially multiplied 2x the power of the normal SSB, not to mention the SSB 3 which is more overpowered. Imagine that… Oh wait, i forgot the Kaioken.Wait.. doesn’t kaioken doubles the user’s speed and power or even strengthen the physical attributes of the user? Yes it does, and if Goku uses the kaioken in the SSB 2 form after it is already stronger than the first SSB (possibly 2x the power), the power will be to much to measure, not to mention the SSB 3. In this situation, Toei made the ultra instinct to not really overpower the current opponent (Jiren)’s power but to rival it until he face a more stronger opponent that he can achieve a stronger transformation.OverusedThe SSB transformation is used A LOT in the DBS series and became the “Super Saiyan” of the DBS series. Its powerful yet it is still too overused in the anime when Goku is fighting someone (except weaker characters like Tien or Yamcha). Every saga in DBS (except Battle of Gods Saga), we see Goku use the SSB transformation almost half of the entire saga. This proves the point that Goku is overusing the SSB transformation. And if we see the SSB 2 or 3 introduced in the DBS series, its probably going to be more overused in the episodes to come as we see Goku often use SSJ 2 as his “Go to transformation that is stronger than the super saiyan” in both DBZ and DBS series.Mind this is only my personal speculation and Toei can have the idea of SSB 2 or 3 come true at any second. So don’t expect this answer will be 100% true.

Remember these three points before starting your preparation for SSB.No amount of extra curricular activities or achievements in your school/college life can guarantee you success in SSB. It is your personality and your attitude towards the things around you that will get you through.SSB is based on OLQ’s (Officer Like Qualities) but that does not mean you need to have all of them and portray them. Most of them are developed during training. So, do not crack your head up over them.Take it step by step. First clear your written and then focus on SSB. 2–3 months is more than enough to prepare. Remember, no amount of coaching or training can change your personality. It has to be a conscious effort from within over a long period of time.In the recently released NDA merit list, four candidates who followed these points after a lengthy discussion with me came in the top 50 AIR.I did not coach them. I just told them the truth and they followed it.That is what everyone needs to do instead of blindly following everyone.

SSB marking pattern is easy but is not widely known.Any SSB is of 900 marks in total divided into 225 each for interview, GTO, Psych and Conference.You would need to score at least 90 marks in each one of them to qualify in that test. It is compulsory that you qualify all tests to get recommended.But here's the catch: the marks required to get recommended is not 360! Its 270…Rest 90 marks are divided among PI, GTO and Psych for the conference. PI has more weightage in marks than other two.As per new guidelines, any candidate scoring between 240 and 270 stands a chance to score above 270 and get recommended if the assessors mutually agree to give him extra marks in the conference.
