Take Dave Gilbert's excellent advice regarding early promotion.You need a EULA - you could hire an expensive lawyer or you could use that of any game you own as a template and DIY. This covers IP and ownership.As soon as you put your game in the public domain (publish it/promote it/start selling it) it is copyrighted and cannot be copied (also goes for patents too incidently - can't patent something already in the public domain).You can apply for trademarks, but it is expensive and regional. You can sue anyway on IP copyright law.You may want to submit your game to each of the main certificating agencies for age rating. Most are free and are simply filling in a form. Do USA and Europe (a few here). China I think want a game to be submitted for checking and will be charged (not much though). Japan is just a form too I think. Anyway, this will allow you to put PEGI (etc) logos on your game and some online retailers might need it.Decide on your outlets. Will it be Steam? If so will it be Green Light (if it lasts much longer - Steam are scrapping it) or a commercial submission? How about Amazon? Platform stores? Do you have dev subscription to them for submitting games? Will you go the boxed route? Need to find a publisher? Etc.Also think about pricing, promotional deals, regional pricing. Publishers and retailers may force your hand on this.Advertising. Get your ad art work sorted. Both online and possibly for any promo stuff like posters, T-shirts, mugs, etc. Decide if you are going to do shows and fairs - and look into costs and logistics therein. Perhaps look into sponsorship or crowd funding for promotion.Get your mates to give YouTube video reviews and post links on FB, Twitter and so on.Look into add ons. DLC, game editors/modders.Above all - get the word out there.

Especially in concern to Orihime, because this is where he shined. He was like a dead thing trying to perceive the wonders and vitality of the sun. Orihime was this spacy yet loveable girl, seemingly fragile w/ hidden and unexplored complexity. Ulquiorra didn’t baby her. He saw something in her and yearned for that. He dragged the fairy princess back down to earth and into the abyss. Orihime had to rely on herself in order to stay sane. The fics concerning them may seem cruel, unjust and just damn dark and depressing, but in this scenario Ulquiorra…tactiturn, apathetic, and green eyed is every bit of an unhuman espada whose fascinated by a human. He is avarice in physical form. Half the time your not sure if he wants to push her or tear her apart. Orihime in this situation has every right to break, go mad, and maybe….just maybe, realize…no one’s going to save her this time.The Furthest Planet From the Sun- by Mahi-Mahi (He took her away…far from the warmth of her sun.) This chic’s skills make me wanna send her cookies on Christmas!Ikigai- by TheLadyIntegra ("You claimed you were not afraid of me. Clearly you lied." Ummm….warning: Excessive crying, stress, melancholy and depression are imminent. This was written w/ a defining quality so rarely seen. Reading this feels like a journey and while harrowing….it’s satisfying if you make it till the end. Your heart might hurt though…I could only read this twice. She’s built up such a following. Hinata, Naruto, Neji: what is and what might have been.) Ansty. It felt true to canon…if we were able to take a peak into Hinata’s mind. What thoughts would we find. After an altercation takes place in the Hokages office, things start to change between them…smut-tastic and heartbreaking.) This is one of the BEST post Shippuden, Borrito era NaruSaku fanfics I’ve ever read! It’s a gaping hole that plunges into the imperfections of “Canon”, and the loose, unresolved relationships of characters we all loved. Naruto and Sakura find themselves at a impasse, where ignoring the past and all that lies between them is no longer an option. It’s incredible how words unspoken scream the loudest…Temet Nosce by: Faceless_Void (I finally rediscovered this gem! An alternate take on Valley of the End w/ a twist. Sasuke awakens elsewhere w/ the same face, but a very different Sasuke. Road to Ninja Universe!!! Canon Sasuke in this universe is A-M-A-Z-I-N-G. Even if he’s a bitter bastard. There’s some pairings, but it’s inconsequential. Mostly NaruSaku and SasuHina…Though Hinata is epic in this and she does play a bigger role later on.) The fateful duel between Sasuke and his one and only friend ended exactly as Naruto had predicted. Death awaited both of them at the Valley of the End. Having realized his mistakes, Sasuke is about to pass away when fate offers him a second chance as he seemingly gets sent back in time to atone for his sins. It’s a serious mindfuck and a wild ride. Now at days though…I can’t stomach stories between these two. Sakura is too young despite her maturity, or patience…Kakashi comes off as too jaded, untrustworthy and fuccing dangerous. People gush over Kakashi having a kid, but most fail to realize just how indoctrinated, trained and heartless Kakashi can be. He’s passive most of the time and incredibly indifferent, but imagine if something caught his actual interest and attention. Scarecrows aren’t scary cause they stay still. No, it’s when they move you damn near have a heart attack. heheNow By: Dionysos (Naruto finally convinces Sakura to go on a date with him.) Pretty much a organic scenario that would’ve occured if “canon” hadn’t been sooooo forced in unnaturally creating situations to suit certain pairings, and/or altering the natural relationship between characters. If Sakura decided to give Naruto a chance then date him. It’s reasonable to assume she’d already sorted out her feelings and was ready to accept Naruto’s affections. That’s the sort of character a mature Sakura represents; while Naruto is hilariously impulsive. Rated M for happy times and Naruto’s mouth. ^ ^The Circular Smile By: CschMan20 (Due to a little push, Naruto finally asks Hinata out and tries to cultivate a relationship with her. M) The author did something most NaruHina fans rarely do…she wrote a really realistic fic. I think w/o the Toneri incident and farfetched storyline…this could’ve happened. Read it, review and enjoy. Clouds are cotton candy dreams.Burning On By: TheBlazingPinkInferno (Three years have passed since the Fourth Shinobi World War, and Konoha's Will of Fire burns on. But, when unexpected tragedy strikes amidst the hard-earned peace, Konoha's youngest Hokage and his comrades are forced to act, aspire, and grow, all to protect those they love most. Primarily NaruSaku, but also focuses on the others. Post War fic.)A Voice in the Wind By: tricksie (Sakura's friendship with a rogue nin is a lifeline for both, but it cannot last. Nothing ever lasts for him. But when a blond Akatsuki shows up with the bleeding kunoichi in his arms, will she be she strong enough to unravel the mystery of who he is?
