CUI is the epitome of potential unlocked, hidden, locked, soon to be aquired, untapped, etc, potential all in one TECHNIQUE that throws them together and gives you all the power behind autonomous dodging and reflexes to outdo your opponent in any deemed fit by said technique and fighting style. Literally if this was GT goku with CUI, he would stomp DBS goku based off of potential unlocked and furthered from his fights and God training. DBS Goku hit peak form for transformations instead of base and mastering all forms. Big difference in increasing overall power and strength vs relying on forms to boost you, DBS Goku going SS3 would be GT Goku going Perfected/Mastered SS1 because his base is so staggeringly high and then topped off with a tail and a perfect Saiyam form to boast even further. Now, SS4 would have a couple Hundo Million under their belt while CUI has a staggering trill mills or maybe significantly higher because the technique takes all potential available to the user and throws it into the forms' power. Think of a cracked Kaioken but Kami is constantly ego boosting your form in raw power and leading your movements. SS4 Couldnt land a hit neither would it do damage to slow it (CUI) down if it could. SS4 is an astoundingly heavy contender and multi stellar/star buster in power but CUI has all Mark's covered and by the time you think of a way to attack, UI is already sensing the pattern from you. You're gonna run out of stamina before anything unless CUI decides to just throw out an endless wave of eye thrust forces waves and such. Speed alone could wither down SS4. CUI Goku wins sadly
