What’s a simple workout plan I can follow that has both strength and hypertrophy? I also want to add running in it and I’m currently a college student and I’m busy with school and social life.

Most simple plans that you find on the internet will have ONE goal. Mark Rippetoe wrote “starting strength” with a very general audience in mind — beginners wanting to get stronger, hence the name. Some simple plans that you find on the internet will have TWO goals.I highly doubt you will find a template on the internet that will target your goals of strength, size AND running while also accommodating your scheduling constraints. Most templates are just too general, written with a broad audience in mind.Write your own plan. Learn about exercise selection, volume, frequency, intensity and progressions. Experiment.Have goals and learn to suffer for them.Or, pay someone to take your individual considerations into, well, consideration, and have them write you a plan. But don’t expect to find a general plan that will fit your specific issues, especially if you have unusual goals that are adding layers of complexity that most templates cannot account for.And even if someone writes you a plan, you still have to apply it to yourself. You still have to think. In life, no one does the real work for you.A teacher can teach, but a student must still study.Follow me on Instagram for daily diet and training tips!
