I always suggest that you never get a recommendation from the Last Landlord, it is the one before you have to get. The Last Landlord may be trying to get rid of the Tenant & will tell you anything to get rid of them. We only had one tenant we had to evict after 1 Month. Good luck.

Also bear in mind tenants with damaged profiles can always get a guarantor to boost up their credentials and snag rental.I personally prefer to run a full credit report on each and every tenant after they have done a showing and have expressed a strong DESIRE to occupy rental.
