Incident Report Part 2: Fill & Download for Free

I handled this very problem on a ward while acting as charge nurse. The aid I had assigned to a particular patient—let’s call her R.—came to me very angry. She had just been told to leave this patient’s room; he called her (insert pejorative term for black person, use here as an adjective) (insert pejorative term describing a woman as a dog). In the presence of one of my sister nurses, I informed R. that I was relieving her of her responsibility to care for this man, and that I would assume direct care for all his needs for the duration of the shift. I summoned the entire staff to instruct them NOT to answer the man’s call light, nor go into his room. I, and I alone, would do that until the end of the shift. I then walked into the man’s room to inform him that I was both his nurse and aid, that I would not permit any member of my staff to assist him, and that since I had 16 patients under my direct care, and 16 additional under my indirect care (ie Nurse for 16, charge nurse for all 32) that there might be a delay in my answering his call light. I would, every 2 hours check in with him to see if he needed anything as part of my routine care. I also told him I did not approved of his belittling my staff for any reason and would seek to, come morning, move him to another ward OR another hospital. The coward never met my gaze. For the remainder of the shift, I carried through with resolve. I took my “lunch” (was working the night shift) in the room just behind the nurse’s desk—-in case I was needed for his care. I charted what happened; I did an Incident Report—an internal document—in which I described this interaction is no small detail. I also waited for the unit manager to come in, and discuss the incident with her in the same detail. One of my jobs as charge nurse is to protect my patients from harm; another is to protect my staff from abuse. The upshot? My unit manager confronted him about his behavior, and arranged for him to be transferred to the county hospital. He was gone the following night. I was thanked for my meticulous documentation.

He said he recalled that Khalidi said to him: “We must make the most of this.”Nusseibeh wrote the press release which stated that the children of Deir Yassin were murdered and pregnant women were raped. It never happened. Tablighi Jamaat is focused towards bringing 7th century Islamic practices in today's world. Since the time they have emerged as the epicenter of coronavirus spread in India, the whole media focus is shifted to them. Be it their non-cooperation when the news first came to light till their misbehaviour with hospital staff and nurses.In more bizarre updates, those infected have found to be passing lewd comments and roaming naked in their quarantine locations. The nurses have alleged about the vulgar remarks passed by the Jamaat lot[1] .Their behaviour is the reflection of the type of teachings imparted at such institution. The sad part is that their reach is global, hence, this behaviour is acceptable to many apologists, who now have come out in their support - Muslim students of JNU and Jamia Coordination Committee have been crying Islamophobia[2] .Slow claps for the subsidized education for successfully changing the narrative!Coming to why they misbehaved? Well, this happens when education fails and religion wins, when a 7th century regressive mentality is valued more than a civilized establishment, when religion is valued more than law of the land!In a country like India, no matter what they do, Tablighi Jamaat know that they can get away with the “minorities are victim” card.And yes, this also happens when such institutions are cover ups for terrorism - close links with Al-Qaeda[3] and Harkat-ul-mujhahideen[4]. It'll be our stupidity to expect civility from radicalised morons.No doubt such people felt the need to create a cult as they can not fit into our civilized society.Edit 1: Surprisingly, this answer was collapsed probably by the report of someone who support these miscreant. The fake incident reported is of Raipur, however, the reference in the answer is of Gaziabad and in the question itself is of south Delhi both of which are true. Per these incidents Jamaatis are slapped with FIR and NSA. They are charged with sections 269, 270, 271, 294 and 354 of IPC which relates to sexual harassment and actions which spread disease. Many Jamaatis who entered India on visitor Visa and not missionary visa are also to be blacklisted.Just because the Raipur incident has come out to be fake doesn't mean that the misconduct of these Jamaatis at other places should be neglected. Many Jamaatis and their leader Maulana Saad are still absconding. Hence, a request, to go through footnotes before throwing example of Raipur incident.Edit 3: Minor grammatical corrections.
