“Most Cases” doesn’t factor in the fact we have one of the highest populations in the world. Here are some more relevant statistics.Fatality rates: France has a 16% rate. UK 15%. Italy 14%. Mexico 11%. Spain 9%. The US? 3.5%. Pretty good, isn’t it?Deaths per million: UK 685. Spain 608. Italy 580. Peru 545. France 450. US 446. Not so bad compared to those other major countries.Now inside the US it’s really the states that vary. We are a very diverse nation and each state has its own policies, tailored to their own situation. The states with the highest deaths per million and fatality rates? Blue states. Connecticut, New Jersey, Michigan (Remember Whitmer?), New York, Massachusetts. Penn sneaks in there, a swing state, but then there’s New Hampshire, Rhode Island, and DC.Blue states, with governors setting their own policies, frequently ignoring and criticizing Trump. Look where they are.So is Trump doing a good job? Beats me. Maybe not. But he sure isn’t the only one in the world setting policies, and his results aren’t as bad as a lot of other people.
