After gazette notification your name change process is complete now you can enjoy your new name.After completing these 3 steps you need to change your name in all current documents for this you will need your name change affidavit, newspaper ad(in some areas), and gazette notification. Remember you can not change your name in educational certificates. But it is not necessary too.
