There are very few details as what an F-16 Block 70 have vs the F-21. But, it looks like they are the same systems with perhaps some modest changes due to Indian Air Force requirements or preferences.In the main photo the F-21 is in an air-to-air configuration with four AIM-120s on each wing along with an AIM-9 thus giving it 10 missile shots which is very impressive for any long range air superiority mission.Edit added 2.22.18: The built-up spine is a permanent part of the jet that provides extra space for avionics and it’s already used on F-16Ds in the Israeli, Singapore and I believe a couple of other country’s F-16s as well.The most noticeable thing is the fuel probe sticking out on the right side vs the inflight boom used by the USAF and others. While USAF doesn’t use the conformal tanks, Israel, and the UAE do have them. They add hold about 440 gallons/1660 litres of fuel with just a 1% drag penalty which is very surprising!This photo shows bomb racks on Stations 4 & 6 under the wings which normally are where the two 370 gallon fuel tanks hang. Then there are two pods for targeting or surveillance under the intake chin.Here is the likely current cockpit layout of the F-16 Block 40 and 50s. A HUD (Heads Up Display) with keypad on top, two multi-function displays, and instruments below. Just above the left display is the Radar Warning display.In this example photo we still see a HUD, the two displays are now a single unit with some kind of mapping display down below. Radar Warning and flight instruments are merged/data fused into those displays or they are on the side somewhere. This is very close to what the F-22 and F-35 are doing with their cockpit layouts.I hope this helps!
