Generic Will Pdf: Fill & Download for Free

As part of the twentieth anniversary of Acrobat and PDF, several of the Acrobat old timers who are still working at Adobe have been posting about the history of PDF to an internal blog at Adobe. From a blog entry from the engineer who wrote the very first PDF Reference:While the eventual product name, Acrobat, was copyrighted by Adobe, the team chose a generic name for the file format to emphasize its openness. Adobe did not even trademark or copyright PDF or Portable Document Format.This was in response from a directive from John Warnock that he wanted the new format to be a very open standard.

In order for this story to be credible the following facts need to be true:Hunter Biden, or his representative, dropped off three expensive but water damaged Mac Books with a Delaware computer repair shop - but left no identifying information so that the repair shop could contact them with an estimate or alert them when the repairs were completed, then never returned to collect their expensive laptops. [Edit: as Cameron Fraser pointed out in a comment - we need to believe that these laptops belonging to Hunter Biden were dropped off at a repair shop in Delaware - when Hunter Biden lives and works in Los Angeles!)The owner of the repair shop deduced that at least one of three abandoned Mac Book Computers belonged to Hunter Biden because it had a Beau Biden election sticker on it. Obviously (to the conspiracy theorists) only Biden’s brother would place a free campaign sticker on their laptop as its only identifying information.The owner managed to restore the water damaged hard-drives and recover some e-mails from them (this I believe).These e-mails were supposed to be from a native Ukrainian speaker who did not use the correct (Ukrainian) spelling of the name of his country. The sender’s fractured English has no relation to actual Ukrainian syntax or grammar.Despite the sender’s status as a highly-placed business man, he used a generic U.S. gmail account - not an account with a .ua or .biz.ua extension. (.ua is the normal extension for a server located in Ukraine)The email thanked Hunter Biden for setting up a meeting with his (Biden’s) father, but there was no mention of the supposed time and date for this meeting, or whether the meeting actually happened, was merely proposed - or if this e-mail was just a request for a meeting with Joe Biden. (Note that Joe Biden’s schedule is public and that no meeting with any Ukrainian businessman is on it anywhere within months prior or after the supposed e-mail).Instead of providing a copy of the actual e-mail, which would include formatting and routing data, Giuliani only provided a .pdf image of the text; pdfs are very easily manipulated, so we need to trust that the pdf was an accurate depiction of the e-mail and wasn’t “enhanced” by anyone along the chain of custody.The hard drive also contained video of Hunter Biden smoking crack, because, of course, if someone is going to use crack they would film it, keep a copy on an unsecured laptop and then drop said unsecured laptop off at a repair shop and never retrieve it. I mean, what is more fun than watching yourself smoke crack, right? Crackheads are stupid, but not as stupid as this story purports to be.The repair shop owner then contacted the FBI about his find, gave them the hard-drive but made a back-up copy of the hard-drive for himself as insurance (because who trusts the FBI, right?). No, the repair shop owner made a back-up copy of the hard drive and then was contacted by the FBI - who seized the original hard drive but not the copy. No, the FBI somehow found out about the hard-drive, seized it and threatened the repair shop owner’s life - or not. (The repair shop owner’s story has changed several times, sometimes within the same interview.)The repair shop owner then contacted Rudy Giuliani with information about his find, which just happened to confirm the story Rudy has been investigating for over a year. Why did he wait to contact Rudy? Or if he contacted Rudy months ago, why didn’t Rudy reveal this “stunning evidence” before?The FBI, for whatever reason, has had the original hard-drives for months but done no investigations. Or suppressed the findings of the investigation. We are supposed to believe the information recovered from the hard-drive never made it into any report, was never was passed on to a superior, never leaked to the press? Instead the heads of several Intelligence Agencies, including the FBI, have repeatedly warned that the whole Hunter Biden-something-something-corruption-Ukraine story is Russian propaganda being spread by known Russian assets and Russian agents who have had been in contact with Rudy Giuliani.This hard-hitting story was then revealed by a person with no journalistic experience (she was a former booker for Hannity) in a disreputable New York tabloid, because that just screams integrity and truth.Look, I get that to many believers of Conspiracy Theories the lack of evidence is “proof” that the conspiracy exists; but this mess stinks like last month’s fish.If the evidence is there, let’s see that actual e-mail(s) complete with its tracking data to see where it was sent from and where it was received. Let someone who is experienced check out the actual hard-drive (wherever it is) to determine if it was tampered with, when the files were generated and by whom.Put Up or Shut Up.Until then, I will remain deeply skeptical.
