You are an adult, not a teenager.You resigned your job.Your boss and the rest of management accepted your resignation.You are now out of a job.Nobody wants to deal with games like this. There are grownup, mature, professional ways of discussing salary changes.Your plan will not work. It won’t work anywhere. No company will see this as positive communication.Don’t expect a glowing reference. If you get one at all, it will be bland and short.Good luck with job hunting.
