What can I do every day to improve my quality of life?

I just have this simple strategy to share with you:First, you need to understand:You will never change your life until you change something you do daily. The secret is found in your daily routine. Now, the way to go about it:You may want to consider:1) what you should START doing:- strategise your future?- have compelling long range life goals?- execute a regular physical work out?- figure out and execute your daily 80:20 activities?- cut out distractions?2) what you should STOP doing:- eating too much?- sleeping too much?- busyness or too much laissez faire?- kill off whatever stops you from doing great work?3) what you should KEEP doing:- cut back on nonessential commitments, if any?- focus on results?- build (and rebuild) relationships?- take time off to reflect, contemplate and introspect?4) what you should DO MORE of:- plan your next day the night before?- study more to improve yourself?- read, read and read, but don't forget to digest, contemplate, act, review and implement?- random acts of kindness?5) what you should DO LESS of:- procrastinating?- multitasking?- talk less, act more?- less screen time, more face time?Godspeed to you!

Movie Review: What is your review of 'Mission Mangal' (2019 movie)?

“MOM for Dummies”I think that is the premise on which the film was made.Apparently the sister of one of the directors is a scientist at ISRO and has been the one who has helped show them a peek into lives of women scientists. To be fair, working women in India be they scientists or directors of companies are supermummies who pack in a punch before they can reach their places of work - cooking, cleaning, filling up gaps, parenting, teaching life lessons with simple acts like saving by squeezing the last bit out of an already empty toothpaste tube, so on and so forth. All that complete with a thin towel tied around their wet hair if they are southie moms. One gets it.For an audience, not necessarily a science grad audience, it appears to be important to show how much of a punch a lady packs in before she can even leave home and how despite all this there is the hubby who sits at home with his hands stuck under his butt doing nothing but berating her the moment she steps back in home. All this & yet sheworks because she has the brains to do something different and the courage to follow her path.I think to that extent this stereotyping would work even if as a reminder of how not easy it is to be a working woman especially one who wishes to aim high (pun intended) and wants the freedom to work for as long hours as necessary without the kitch-kitch of home. That mom in this MOM was probably a lot of us.But the useless husband. If I could snip out every scene with the whiner, one-film wonder Kapoor guy, I would. I hated him in every scene. I hated his portrayal, disliked his acting and detested the complete lack of application into the creation of a character. The use of the film to show “broadness” in acceptance of another religion - cringe-worthy.The use of the film to show that supermom has a finger in every pulse even when she is at work - the pub scene? Ugh.The use of the film to show a minority character not being able to get a house because of her last name? What can I say?! You don't have to show everything in one film. The use of the film to bring in trashy comedy like getting Tapsee Pannu to grab a guy's crotch instead of the gear rod - rather clutch at the wrong…was seriously all wrong! To be popular to the masses, song and dance sequences with scientists, brooms, mops et al - horrible.Akshay Kumar as the head scientist singing terribly and stuffing himself with laddoos - so very un-science like! That said, I do think the idea of using pooris and their frying with alternately turning the gas on and off kind of would have explained to masses of less than average scientific temper, the awesomeness of the mission that could have been possible only because of the thrifty Indian mind that could do 'jugaad' even in a space mission. There's no doubting that more people would have got the sense of the mission if not all of it.NASA bashing seems to have been the very Crux of the film Dalip Tahil as the all-knowing SOB was another avoidable stereotype or not! What's a Bollywood film without a villain!Of course, the family next to me which laughed loudly at appropriate punchlines by Akshay Kumar lasted only till the interval and was nowhere to be seen after that.Considering I watched the film the second day and seats were freely available, it appears that the gimmicks fell flat and whichever audience was targetted didn't get it.The ones who understand science (probably) found the other parts terrible. The ones who don't understand science (probably) found the scientific parts unrelatable. The ones in the middle cringed and lauded alternately. The more forgiving ones took the film in the spirit it was made and cheered India for a job well done. NASA notwithstanding.

How much does KFC Australia pay an hour?

https://www.fairwork.gov.au/pay/minimum-wages“The National Minimum WageThe National Minimum Wage applies to employees not covered by an award or registered agreement. This is the minimum pay rate provided by the Fair Work Act 2009 and is reviewed each year.As of 1 July 2020 the national minimum wage is $19.84 per hour or $753.80 per week.Employees covered by an award or registered agreement are entitled to the minimum pay rates, including penalty rates and allowances in their award or agreement. These pay rates may be higher than the National Minimum Wage.”At least this for an adult. (This also applies to staff working in restaurants and similar. It applied to everyone.) This is an Australian link, so naturally this is in Australian dollars.
