Most of the employers/ employees in America are normal people who have degrees from normal schools and are still paying off student loans. The report also state that the average freshmen retention rate is 98.1 percent for the top 10 national universities."Research has shown that smaller classes foster a productive and positive learning environment," Robert Morse, chief data strategist at U.S. News, said in a statement. "With this new index measure, U.S. News takes fuller advantage of the data schools provide, while still rewarding schools that make an effort to better serve their students with smaller classes."
