If there are joint buyers, should the TDS be submitted by both buyers for the same property?

The TDS (Real Estate Transfer Disclosure Statement) in California, is completed by the Sellers, not the buyers. The buyer (or co-buyers) will sign the completed TDS to indicate they have received it and read it.

What is a real estate transfer disclosure statement?

We call it a seller's disclosure statement in South Carolina. In California they call it a TDS. It basically is a form stating any known defects the seller knows about the property and is due to the buyer I believe 7 days before closing
