This is about North Central Railway, Allahabad in which a huge scam and corruption of about ₹4 crores is done per year since about 20 years!Yes, you read it correct! And many 1st class officers are involved in it. It is about 115 casual labours who were regularised in 1998 by Railway board by the approval of honourable President of India in 1996. My father is one among them.Inspite of being a permanent employee, he was denied his duty without any prior notice or reason.When he asked about the list of those 115 regularised employees, they told the Chief Information Commissioner that the record has been weeded out, on two affidavits. And the irony is, the salary of those 115 permanent employees is still withdrawn each month since 20 years! The amount is roughly ₹4 crores per year! That amounts to about ₹80 Crores in 20 years! And no one knows where it goes, who takes it.Seems like the officers either eat it themselves or have put their relatives in place of those 115 employees.I have all proofs, including those fraud affidavits.We have been suffering since 20 years! Then how can the record weed out and still the salary being withdrawn? It is clear that the affidavits are fraud and so are these officers.Such is the corruption level. And my family is suffering since 20 years! Still, no justice.Seems like corruption is like an immortal parasite which is sucking the blood of our country. Getting justice here is even more difficult. The only thing on which we have been surviving since so long is hope.

In the US, there is no such thing as an “indisputable debt.” Fill out your fraud affidavits, visit the police, have your credit frozen and tell the one with the indisputable debt to drop dead. Hire an attorney to help if necessary. You are not responsible for fraudulent debt, period. Eventually your credit history will recover when the situation resolves. Cooperate with police and law enforcement.
