Does the rental lease have to be notarized in Ontario? (if it's signed in person instead of signing online)

None of our lease agreement are notarized. Please check if the landlord is requiring this. Are you referring to commercial lease agreements? I have not heard of such a task to notarize a rental lease agreement - but double check on this.
