I consider this experience as one of my best learning experience which made me more aware about the world.Caution : long story ahead - read only if you have patience for long answers :)Context :Went to Porbandar for Gujarat Under 14 cricket selections - 2 day selection camp among all Gujarat city teams followed by 5 days Team building camp for the selected team and then leave for national tournament immediately to Ambikapur, Madhya Pradesh (now in Chattissgarh)My performance in selection nets went superb and to my utter delight, i got shortlisted as Team’s main wicket keeper (even in city cricket team, i was mostly backup wicket keeper).Now that the team of 15 players was selected, grueling practice session began which started at 5 AM in the morning till 9 AM followed by breakfast and team building session. again lunch at 1, then some rest and practice session from 4 to 7.30 PM.I had major injury which is covered here —-> Mehta Viraj's answer to What was the scariest experience you ever had?Doctor advised me for 3 days rest and cleared me for national tournament which was to be held 6 days later.On hearing about my injury, my parents traveled to Porbandar on same day and asked me to pack bags and move back but as a typical teenager i protested as it was my first big break and i wanted to go ahead, finally they gave in after much emotional blackmailing from my sideOn day of travel, we were informed that tickets are not confirmed from Porbandar to Ahmadabad, My coach was furious at this treatment and shouted at officials for not getting confirmed berth for kids representing state in sports. SAI (sports authority of India) officials promised SAG (sports authority of Gujarat) officials that our tickets for next leg of journey (Ahmadabad to Bilaspur) will be confirmed and we will get tickets on Ahmadabad station.Now we traveled for 9 hours overnight journey to Ahmadabad via general coach to catch next day morning train to Bilaspur, which means entire team (15 players, 1 coach, 1 team manager) were sitting on floor entire night as general coach is always full in Indian Railways. for those who don't know, we traveled like this.next morning, when we reached the station - we saw huge serpentine queue of people at platform waiting for this weekly train, it looked something like this, only 10 times longer :we were at least assured that we will get confirmed tickets so we don't have to go through same nightmare of general coach again for this next leg of 26–30 hours long journey. so we were cool about it and had 2 hours to kill at the station, little did we know the nightmare experience ahead of us.Just then, our coach arrived from railways office and gathered the team and informed us about the mega goof up. Apparently, SAI officials booked our tickets for next week train which meant we had two options - either to quit and go back home or to travel in general coach for another 30 odd hours.now our Team Manager was maha jugaadu guy, he quickly made connect with officials and explained that there was no way we could get space in general coach as the queue was already so long for general coach that its impossible for us to travelhe managed to get a permission letter from railways station head and also from railways security that we are kids less than 14 years old and are representing state in a national level tournament allowed to travel in ladies general coach. So basically, all 15 kids will travel in ladies coach while coach/manager will travel in general coach. no confirmed ticked for any of us thanks to bureaucracyfor those who dont know, Indian railways has ladies general coach which looks like this where men are not allowed, only kids accompanying their moms are allowed to enter these compartments :when train arrived, all the women standing in that queue boarded the train and as soon as we started boarding, there was huge uproar in the entire coach and finally railways security had to intervene and show them permission letter and we finally sat of floor and some of us got seat on upper berth where each sleeper seat was occupied by 5 people sitting on it, finally the journey started and so did our nightmareevery station that came after Ahmadabad, husbands/relatives of women who were supposed to board ladies coach came in and tried to manhandle us thinking of us as pervert boys traveling alone in ladies coach3 members of my team were taller than rest and looked 16–18 year old, they were slapped at almost 5–6 stations by relatives of women until security intervenedluckily because of big bandage across my face due to stitches, i escaped the assault but i was really scared seeing this and almost started crying as soon as next station was about to come - imagine the stress on what would happen at next station !!our coach/manager had to run towards ladies coach at every station with permission letter and show it to station security head and protect the team from more thrashingthis nightmare continued for 7–8 hours and finally a senior citizen Lady intervened and put an end to this nonsense - what she did that day taught me many things in life !She gave a short but strict lecture to all complaining ladies in the coach and asked them all what would they do if their son was in our position, will they still push them around and get them slapped from husband or will they try to protect them ?she then requested all to cooperate and made very simple plan to stop further assault of team members. she separated the entire team such that 1 or 2 kids are in one compartment of the coach and all are not sitting together, and ladies of that compartment will tell that kid is their son to upcoming passengers at next station so that there is no uproar and knee jerk reactionthis idea worked beautifully and for next 20 odd hours we had peaceful journey (forget sleep, food, toilet breaks - not getting thrashed was the biggest incentive now)If i look back, i learned many things that day such as courageous leadership, genuine care, random act of kindness from her which i still try to follow in my life on an ongoing basis. I am really grateful to that lady who saved all us kids from brutal assault from angry travelers.She was such a strong lady, if someone reminds me of her - that would be her - ex CM of Gujarat - Anandiben Patelwe finally reached Bilaspur station where a luxury bus allocated to our Team for entire tour was waiting for us, we finally got a comfortable seat and traveled all the way to Ambikapur which took another 6 hours. all of us slept as soon as bus started due to 40+ hours of travel with 0 sleep and finally had good meal once we reached our hotel.To summarize - rest of the tour was amazing and i had the best time of my life in Ambikapur - its a small town but had 7 cricket grounds where matches were being played between all state teams. It was really beautiful and we were treated like celebrities by the locals. Can you imagine giving autographs to 100s of school children when you yourself are 13 year old ? :)Some happy ending - we did get confirmed tickets on our way back which was big relief and all of us received apology letter from sports authority of Gujarat along with demand draft of 6000 INR each for 1st class train fare plus some guilt allowance for treatment we got. (6000 INR for 13 year old in 1999 is HUGGEEE amount :) )Finally - my certificate from the tournament :)

Error Information:This problem occurs when trying to solve an analysis in Workbench, that is stored on a network drive using a UNC path. For instance: computer_namefoldername. In ANSYS Workbench 12.0 when a solve is started it runs the Ansys120.exe executable. This in turn runs the Windows Cmd.exe interface. The Windows Cmd.exe interface is unable to handle UNC paths which cause this problem.Cause of the Error information:Insufficient memory - You may not have enough virtual memory assigned to your system. To increase the allocation of virtual memory (total paging file size), go toSettings> Control Panel> System (on your Windows Start Menu).Click the Advanced tab and then click Performance Options.Increase the size of your virtual memory;Insufficient disk space - You may not have enough disk space to support the increase in virtual memory and the temporary files that are created in the analysis. Be sure you have enough disk space or move to an area where you have enough;Corrupt product installation;License request rejected;The startup directory for cmd.exe has been overridden by the AUTORUN option and as a result causes the solver to be unable to locate the solver input files.Solution for the Error:Method 1:Map the network drive to a drive letter on the local machine to resolve this issue.Windows Explorer > Tools menu > Map Network Drive.Select a drive letter and enter the UNC path to the directory where the analysis is stored, For instance: computer_namefoldernameMethod 2: Solving and UNC PathsIf a Workbench database resides on a UNC path (for example, \\pghxpuser\Shares) for which you have write permissions, the ANSYS input file will be written successfully but will fail to start the solver executable.To solve, map a drive to the location and then reopen the project. A Bloom filter is one of the few widely used probabilistic data structures. While most data structures give a definitive answer, the Bloom filter can only tell you if it has never seen something, or if it has probably seen it. They require constant time and constant space - the only catch is that if you gave it too little space for too many elements, the false positive rate will start increasing.The idea is you allocate some amount of bits, and then for all your elements, you calculate their hash code, and just set the bits that come up to 1 in the Bloom filter - you do this with no regard to whether this bit has already been set or not; you just overwrite.Then when you ask "have you seen this", you hash the element you want to check, and see if all the appropriate bits are 1 - if any of them are 0, the Bloom filter has definitely not seen that element. If all of them are 1, it has either seen it, or a random combination of other elements has caused the bits to be 1 (this is the false positive we're talking about).They are used, for example, for proxy servers - a Bloom filter can tell when the requested URL has not been seen with very little memory usage for huge data sets, so it can stay in the CPU cache. If it says "yes", a real lookup in the database of the proxy will be performed - if it says "no", there is no need to search the database. They are also used for firewalls to give a fast answer to "no, this IP is not blacklisted", or "maybe, check the rule set". Unicode uses them, too, but I'm not sure exactly for what (probably look up from letter to letter category).
