PDF Editor FAQ

How do tourist visas in Europe work? I believe that they are for 3 months. Does that mean a person has only 3 months in all of Europe, or can one stay in, say, in Italy for 3 months then go to France for 3 months and so on?

If you are an American citizen, you are allowed to stay in Europe for 90 days out of 180. This generally means you can go for 3 months (90 days, actually), then you must leave Europe (the entire Schengen Area, actually) for 3 months. There are currently 26 countries who are part of the Schengen agreement, including all of Western Europe (yes, that's Spain and Italy, France and Germany -- among others). With a US Passport you can move freely among these countries, so long as you do not stay more than the allotted 90 days in any 180-day period.According to the Schengen Visa Info website,"Citizens of the United States with a valid U.S. tourist passport (blue passport) can travel within the Schengen Area for a maximum of 90 days without having to apply or obtain a Schengen visa."https://www.schengenvisainfo.com/apply-from-united-states/This site also lists the current 26 Schengen countries. In our travels, after spending 90 days in the Schengen territory we leave for a near-by non-Schengen country for 90 days. The UK is not part of the Schengen agreement, nor is Ireland. So after out 90 days on the continent, we may visit England, or Scotland, or Ireland for three months. Croatia is also an option, as are some of the other Baltic countries. Turkey, Israel, Morocco are some other countries you can visit if you don't want to come home but can't stay in Europe. It would be good to check the US Dept. of State website for the latest info:Traveling In Europe

Can people from Israel visit Morocco?

Thanks for the A2A.“Morocco, Tunisia and the Sultanate of Oman closed the Israeli offices in these countries in October 2000 and suspended relations with Israel.”http://mfa.gov.il/MFA/AboutTheMinistry/Pages/Israel-s%20Diplomatic%20Missions%20Abroad.aspxSo, a people with another passport other than the Israeli one might theoretically be able to visit the country. But I don’t think that it would be safe, at least not for a Jewish person (from any country, not only Israel). Antisemitism is rampant there, with no less than 88% of the adult population being unfavorable to Jews.Muslim Views of Jews - Pew Research SurveyIf people in the street as much as suspect the person is Jew, than said person might not have time to explain him/herself. If they suspect said person is Israeli, things would be far worse.EDITED TO ADD: great info by Adil Bensediq in the commentsI’m Moroccan and I can confirm that we get thousands of Israeli tourists every year. They just need to obtain a visa. Most people will welcome them [Jews], especially if they are of Moroccan origins. Believe it or not, Moroccans are very fond of their Jews and consider them to be an essential part of the country’s culture and identity.Unfortunately, it only takes one hateful person among the hundreds they’d daily come across to ruin the experience. So better not wear a kippah, in my opinion.

What is the easiest way to proceed when wanting to relocate elsewhere from Morocco, studies, marriage or work? How?

Marriage is the quickest way, but marrying only for a visa is illegal and could send you to prison/force you to pay a fine. Plus, you will have difficulty finding someone who agrees to it.Afterwards, it depends on your age and financial ressources. If you're young, (at least midly) talented, and have money to cover your expenses, then by all means apply to an university of your choice and follow the procedures. I guess you are in this age group? If you already graduated and working, then its a bit more difficult. You would need to apply for a temporary visa, return to school (your degree will probably not be recognized) and find a job until you graduate, then live for a couple years in the country, depending on the local laws. There are other paths, like applying through an university transfer for research, or working in a company that can rellocate you in another country for work. Its really specific, I would need more info to offer advice.Lastly, you can always convert to judaism and go to Israel (hard to do in Morocco, and needs to be done with a rabbi with integrity and real interest/will to convert).Or you could just buy your citizenship in some countries if you're really rich, really ;)Check this link, and good luck!!!These are the countries you can 'buy' citizenship to — and three are in the EU
