Thanks for A2A.My views differ from some of the answers posted here as I am sharing my experience as a Tenant.In the last 22 months of my stay in Bangalore, I have used Nobrokers’ paid services three times, twice for finding a house (as a Tenant, along with the Rental Agreement) & once for Deep Cleaning a 2BHK Flat. Therefore, I believe I am eligible to answer this question.Service #1 - To find a house as a TenantThe package used - Freedom Plan (The first time) & Relax Plan (The second time)Experience -Being new to Bangalore & being a Male Bachelor, finding a house was always going to be a struggle & I was sort of expecting it. If you’re a Male Bachelor who ever looked for a house, you would know what I mean. I tried all the usual methods of house hunting (except contacting a broker),Asking aroundVisiting Societies around my officeFacebook GroupsWebsites like NoBroker, Commonfloor, Magicbricks etc.Initially, I was pretty sure that I won’t go for a Broker as the brokerage charges sounded quite absurd (1-month Rent in most cases). However, due to paucity of time, I decided to spend some money.Among the options mentioned above, the leads that I could get through the NoBroker & the Facebook Groups looked promising. So I decided to take a risk and spend INR 999 on the Freedom plan, which was still significantly lesser than paying 20-25K to a broker. Reasons to choose NoBroker over other similar websites were -The UI - If you go through the UI of all the above-mentioned options (both on Mobile & Desktop), you would notice NoBroker to be significantly more user-friendly.The number of Leads - At least in Bangalore, NoBroker had a clear advantage over others in terms of no. of useful leads.Responsive Customer Support TeamReally comprehensive details & filters about flatsHappy to say that the money didn’t go waste as I finalised a flat through NB.Just last month, when I had to move to a new place within Bangalore, I straightaway went to NoBroker. This time, I went for the Relax Plan as I had more time. This time as well, NB didn’t disappoint & I managed to close a deal within 6 days. (Though, to be fair, The Supply-Demand mismatch due to Pandemic made it easier)Both these times, I also used the Rental Agreement service by NB. That too was quite hassle-free.I can comfortably say that if you’re looking for a Flat to stay in Bangalore, NoBroker is hands-down the option to go ahead with. It is significantly better than dealing with Brokers & is also better than other Websites. If however, you really can’t/don't want to spend money, then Fb Groups are your best bet.Service #2 - Deep-Cleaning a FlatThe package used - 2BHK Deep CleaningExperience -I used this service as well just last month & have no complaints whatsoever. The end-to-end experience was quite satisfactory. However, in this case, I haven’t used any of the competition services for Deep-Cleaning, so can’t really compare it with other options. But on its own, it was a good experience.

This is not a hidden camera. It is a DISGUISED camera, hardwired into a 3rd floor hotel room in Utah, which looks like the motion detector for a burglar alarm. This was mounted for a wide angle view of the bed. The red light was flashing, indicating power on, and the double stick tape had failed. It has a towel over it right now. This is old tech from the 1990s. The office building I was contracted to provide security for utilized a half dozen in various stairwells because an obvious camera is less “welcoming” to prestigious tenants. The lens is behind the opaque plate. Most modern hidden cameras are minaturized and typically hidden in smoke detectors, alarm clocks, outlets. The small print of the rental agreement stated that guests “may be recorded on camera,” presumably by the many obvious camera domes throughout the hallways and in each elevator and entryway. It also stated that “management may enter your room at any time.” Good luck with that.

The 2019 Florida StatutesTitle VICIVIL PRACTICE AND PROCEDUREChapter 83Florida LANDLORD AND TENANTView Entire Chapter83.575 Termination of tenancy with specific duration.—(1) A rental agreement with a specific duration may contain a provision requiring the tenant to notify the landlord within a specified period before vacating the premises at the end of the rental agreement, if such provision requires the landlord to notify the tenant within such notice period if the rental agreement will not be renewed; however, a rental agreement may not require more than 60 days’ notice from either the tenant or the landlord.(2) A rental agreement with a specific duration may provide that if a tenant fails to give the required notice before vacating the premises at the end of the rental agreement, the tenant may be liable for liquidated damages as specified in the rental agreement if the landlord provides written notice to the tenant specifying the tenant’s obligations under the notification provision contained in the lease and the date the rental agreement is terminated. The landlord must provide such written notice to the tenant within 15 days before the start of the notification period contained in the lease. The written notice shall list all fees, penalties, and other charges applicable to the tenant under this subsection.(3) If the tenant remains on the premises with the permission of the landlord after the rental agreement has terminated and fails to give notice required under s. 83.57(3), the tenant is liable to the landlord for an additional 1 month’s rent.History.—s. 3, ch. 2003-30; s. 1, ch. 2004-375; s. 9, ch. 2013-136.
