NO!!What is the standard procedure that has to be followed to import fish.The imported fish should not be under any endangered species list of any environmental agency.You cannot import a fish which is already available in native Indian water's.Download import fish form from MPEDA ( not able to recollect form number, i have pdf file) and fill in details like Scientific name of fish,Purpose of import ie-Resale,breeding,hobby etc, Licence number and details, Importers details, NOC from local municipal corporation they will inspect your location and give a permit that you have proper hygenic and quarantine facility.Incase you don't have any License you can approach agents. There are many people who have license you can use that license number but have to pay them commission. Agent + license owner commission.After you have completed all this procedure you place your order to any Thai importer or you get them personally from Thailand.The fishes have Landed in Mumbai you show those permit papers and get import clearance. Can someone help with a stepwise procedure to get transcripts from Pune University to be sent to WES?

Most of the relevant information is already mentioned in the previous posts. I would like to share my experience. I have completed my MCA and from my batch of BCS, first year's marksheets were distributed by college instead of University of Pune.Hence, I went to the college authorities and requested to issue the separate transcript of 1st year's marksheet. It takes roughly 1 week and you can expect a fee of 500 for first copy and +100 for each extra copy of transcript.Make sure to verify it and then get the transcript in an envelope mentioning college's address and etc details. Do not forget to get it sealed and stamped by appropriate authority.As a backup I have also issued a copy of marksheet attested by college registrar, sealed and stamped.Then you need to send this envelope to WES. I have faced some difficulty because of a recent rule of Indian post office. One needs to attach a copy of aadhar card of the sender for an international courier. Initially I didn't take it seriously and attached Xerox of my aadhar card which resulted in rejection of the document with the reason “document is not directly sent by the issuing authority”. I have learnt it the hard way and then requested my vice principal for his aadhar card copy. Thankfully he understood the situation and gave me a Xerox stamped with his seal and contact number+email address written over it.You will also need a consignment form by Indian post office which needs details of the sender. Make sure to get it signed by the one whose aadhar card copy you are attaching.Rest of the procedure is well mentioned in the other posts. This extra aadhar card step was not necessary at Pune University post office though. This to and fro of documents delayed my WES evaluation to 4 months. And now it is about to get completed successfully.PS: If your application status is 'waiting for verification', instead of waiting directly go to the university. In Examination Department you can ask the authority to send the verification mail to wes and wait till they confirm. They will do it immediately upon request. Hope this helps someone.
