He is credited with saving us from Bush’s recession, which he didn’t, and passing a tax relief bill that hurts the middle-class while favoring the rich and led the war on Obamacare. I suppose that is an accomplishment of sorts. Many of what the Right claim are Trump’s successes are Obama’s successes or are short term or are dangerous such as pulling us out of the Paris Deal.Obama worked hard to bring us out of a historic recession sparked, in part, by Bush policies. The recession was in danger of becoming a depression. He set us on the road to an amazing recovery. Yet Trump supporters credit Trump with the recovery as though the instant he took office it began. That’s not even possible besides job creation was higher under Obama than under Trump.Trump has started a trade war that is harming American farmers and may put Harley-Davidson into bankruptcy. Trump’s lack of education and understanding may have a serious impact on our economy.He is threatening to get us out of the UN and NATO, Why?Trump clearly wants us to isolate us from the rest of the world and close our borders.
