1.Average 6 hr self study (4+2). It means sometimes you get only 3 hrs in week days remaining should be covered in weekends.(Coaching or tution time excluded in 6 hrs). 2 for school work and 4 for competition. You must try to do homework at school if possible.2. Two subjects only in a day (PCM) but remember it should be cyclically PC,CM,MP,PC ……like.3. Physical activity required for 30 mins not more than that( any outdoor games badminton, vollyball or….)4. Sleeping hrs 6(min)–7(max).5. Healthy food should be consumed with wallnuts, almonds, fruits not junk food.6.Maintain diary for daily/weekly plans. Write your mistakes those should not be repeated in next test.7. Min 250 Ques should be done in every topic of subjects.first do solved examples then try to solve unsolved without help/hint as you can. If you feel you can't then ask.8.
